本发明涉及一种聚氯乙烯管材。
背景技术
硬聚氯乙烯(PVC—U)管道自上个世纪三十年代问世以来,以其优良的物理机械性能、耐化学介质侵蚀性、良好的水力特性,以及便于安装维护的特点,使得这种管道在给水领域逐步取代传统的水泥管道和铸铁管道,进而得到迅猛发展。随着科技的发展,人们生活水平的提高,“健康”和“安全”成为现代人最关注的两大主题。饮用水的水质及水管的安全性也就成了人们关注的焦点之一。然而,近年来研究发现作为PVC热稳定剂的铅盐析出会直接造成饮用水的重金属污染。凡是使用铅盐稳定剂的PVC管材埋入地下后,管子周围的土壤都会出现重金属超标现象。用于空中的电线电缆中的铅盐随雨水的冲刷也会被带入土壤。由此可见,含铅的PVC管材会危害人们的身体健康。
发明内容
    针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种无环境污染、高韧性高强度的聚氯乙烯管材。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采取的技术方案是:一种聚氯乙烯管材,由以下重量份的成分组成:
氯化聚氯乙烯树脂                     60~80;
聚碳酸酯                             20~30;
碳酸钙                               10~20;
硬脂酸                               20~50;
氯化聚乙烯                            5~10;
天然硬石膏                            10~20;
亚磷酸酯                              1~2;
石蜡                                  1~2。 
本发明聚氯乙烯管材的优点是:本发明所得的无铅聚氯乙烯管材不含对人体有害的铅等重金属成分,对人体不会造成伤害,对环境不会造成污染,达到了健康和环保的目的。

氯化聚氯乙烯树脂                     60~80;

石蜡                                  1~2。
