本申请属于塑料材料领域,尤其涉及一种交联微发泡拖鞋塑料。
背景技术
微发泡注塑成型工艺,是一种革新的精密注塑技术,微发泡注塑成型工艺突破了传统注塑的诸多局限,可显著减轻制件的重量、缩短成型周期,并极大地改善了制件的翘曲变形和尺寸稳定性。在生产高质量要求的精密制品上,微发泡注塑成型工艺具有很大的优势。在注塑成型领域中,Trexel公司的MuCell微发泡成型工艺表现得尤为突出,也是精密成型技术中发展最快、应用最广泛的成型技术之一。
原材料价格不断飙升,对制造相对低廉的亚洲市场带来了巨大的冲击,很多加工商已经开始意识到,即使在中国也不再是廉价制品的产地。但是另一方面,为了占据有利市场先机,越南、印尼和其他一些国家的供应商却又不得不通过削减价格的方式适应消费者的需求,随着社会城市化、科技化、人性化的发展,设计一种交联度高,邵氏硬度高的交联微发泡拖鞋鞋材以满足市场需求,是非常必要的。

本申请针对现有交联微发泡拖鞋塑料交联度低和邵氏硬度低等技术问题,提供一种交联微发泡拖鞋塑料。
技术方案:
一种交联微发泡拖鞋塑料,由下列原料组成,以质量份数表示法为:LDPE100份;EVA30-40份;CPE10-20份;AC发泡剂3-5份;硫黄0.5-1份;DCP0.5-1份;石蜡0.1-1份;三碱式硫酸铅为1-3份;二碱式亚磷酸铅为0.5-1份;硬脂酸钡0.5-1份;碳酸钙10-15份;氧化锌0.5-1份;银离子抗菌剂0.3-0.5份。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案:所述交联微发泡拖鞋塑料,其组成成分,以质量份数表示法为:其组成成份以质量份数表示法为:LDPE100份;EVA35份;CPE15份;AC发泡剂4份;硫黄0.8份;DCP0.7份;石蜡0.5份;三碱式硫酸铅为2份;二碱式亚磷酸铅为0.7份;硬脂酸钡0.8份;碳酸钙12份;氧化锌0.7份;银离子抗菌剂0.4份。
 有益效果:
本发明所述一种交联微发泡拖鞋塑料采用以上技术方案与现有技术相比,具有以下技术效果:1、产品交联度高达85%,邵氏硬度50-55;2、相对密度0.15-0.2,拉伸强度18-22MPa;3、回弹率25-30%,断裂伸长率150-180%;4、产品耐酸碱、耐磨,可以广泛生产并不断代替现有材料。 
具体实施方式
实施例1:
 一种交联微发泡拖鞋塑料,其组成成份以质量份数表示法为:LDPE100份;EVA30份;CPE10份;AC发泡剂3份;硫黄0.5份;DCP0.5份;石蜡0.1份;三碱式硫酸铅为1份;二碱式亚磷酸铅为0.5份;硬脂酸钡0.5份;碳酸钙10份;氧化锌0.5份;银离子抗菌剂0.3份。
交联度高达82%,邵氏硬度50;相对密度0.15,拉伸强度18MPa;回弹率25%,断裂伸长率150%。
 实施例2:
 一种交联微发泡拖鞋塑料,其组成成份以质量份数表示法为:LDPE100份;EVA40份;CPE20份;AC发泡剂5份;硫黄1份;DCP1份;石蜡1份;三碱式硫酸铅为3份;二碱式亚磷酸铅为1份;硬脂酸钡1份;碳酸钙15份;氧化锌1份;银离子抗菌剂0.5份。
交联度高达84%,邵氏硬度53;相对密度0.18,拉伸强度20MPa;回弹率28%,断裂伸长率165%。
 实施例3:
一种交联微发泡拖鞋塑料,其特征在于:其组成成份以质量份数表示法为:LDPE100份;EVA35份;CPE15份;AC发泡剂4份;硫黄0.8份;DCP0.7份;石蜡0.5份;三碱式硫酸铅为2份;二碱式亚磷酸铅为0.7份;硬脂酸钡0.8份;碳酸钙12份;氧化锌0.7份;银离子抗菌剂0.4份。
交联度高达85%,邵氏硬度55;相对密度0.2,拉伸强度22MPa;回弹率30%,断裂伸长率180%。
以上实施例中的组合物所有组分均可以商业购买。
