Description
The invention relates to a cleaning luminous agent consisting of an anionic surfactant and a nonionic surfactant and a preparation method thereof.
Chinese patent application CN1030781A (application No. 88105538.7) discloses a 'cleaning and glazing agent', belonging to soft emulsion type cleaning and glazing agent, which contains 4-6% of wax, 13-24% of lubricant, 15-25% of filler, 2-2.5% of quaternary ammonium salt cationic surfactant, 2-2.5% of 18 alcohol and solvent, and is mainly used for cleaning and glazing automobiles. The Chinese patent applicationCN1043518A (application No. 88108733.5) discloses a 'decontamination polishing agent', which consists of triethanolamine, oleic acid, sodium citrate, white oil, methyl silicone oil, petroleum ether and water, is white emulsion and is used for decontaminating, polishing and protecting the surfaces of paint films, electroplating films, vehicles and various household appliances. Chinese patent application CN1049676A (application No. 89106518.0) discloses a multifunctional decontamination glazing agent which is produced by an acid method, namely, a polymer chemical combination reaction is applied, hydrolysis is carried out to generate decontamination, and a compact film bright layer is formed at the same time. The cleaning luminescent agent is prepared from chemical raw materials, and the cleaning luminescent agent taking tropical crop extracts as main components is not reported yet.
The invention aims to provide a multifunctional cleaning and luminous agent taking tropical crop extracts as main components and a preparation method of the cleaning and luminous agent.
The cleaning luminous agent consists of the following components: 80-120 parts of rubber seed oil, 10-25 parts of potassium hydroxide, 8-40 parts of potassium salt, 10-40 parts of nonionic surfactant, 2-8 parts of additive and 700-1000 parts of water.
The main component of the clean luminous agent is rubber seed oil, the rubber seed oil contains 16.6 percent of saturated fatty acid, wherein: palmitic acid C16: 08.8%, stearic acid C18: 07.8%, and unsaturated fatty acid 83.4%, wherein oleic acid C18: 124.0%, linoleic acid C18: 236.1%, linolenic acid C18: 320.4%, stearidonic acid C18: 40.8%, and eicosadienoic acid C20: 22.1%. The compound generated by the reaction of the rubber seed oil containing a large amount of the octadecane polyunsaturated fatty acid and potassium hydroxide is a typical anionic surfactant, and the hydrolysis and dissociation mechanism of the compound is as follows:
experiments prove that the longer the fatty acid carbon chain is, the higher the unsaturation degree is, the higher the hydrolysis degree is, and the stronger the light-up rate of decontamination, descaling is, so that the compound generated by the action of the rubber seed oil and the potassium hydroxide is the main action object of the cleaning and light-emitting agent.
The potassium salt is more water-soluble than the sodium salt, and is diluted to be transparent along with hydrolytic dissociation, so that the hydrolysis degree is increased, the acidity is gradually weakened, the pH value is increased, and the detergent and descaling effects are extremely strong. In the cleaning luminous agent, the nonionic surfactant adopts triethanolamine, ethanol, isopropanol, glycerol, glycol and the like, and OH groups in molecules of the nonionic surfactant have hydration power with water molecules, and the OH groups and the water molecules are combined with hydrogen to form hydronium cations to be dissolved in water and not dissociated into an ionic state, so that a hydrophilic-lipophilic balance value is synthesized, and the cleaning luminous agent is favorable for the dirt removal and scale removal capacity of the anionic surfactant generated by the action of rubber seed oil and potash. The additive is ammonium hydroxide, calcium carbonate and perfume.
The preparation method of the clean luminous agent takes tropical crops as raw materials and is prepared by the following extraction steps:
peeling rubber seeds to obtain rubber seed shells and rubber seed kernels;
burning the rubber seed shells obtained in the step (I) and the slag of other tropical crops together to obtain ash;
(III) extracting the ash with water, filtering and discarding residues;
evaporating and concentrating the extract liquid obtained in the step (III), crystallizing at different temperatures and concentrations to obtain potassium sulfate and potassium chloride, and refining for later use;
concentrating the mother liquor to dryness, dissolving in water after calcining, further extracting residual potassium sulfate and potassium chloride, evaporating, concentrating, centrifuging and dehydrating to prepare potassium carbonate;
causticizing the mother liquor obtained in the step five to obtain potassium hydroxide and calcium carbonate;
seventhly, crushing and squeezing the rubber seed kernels prepared in the step one to prepare crude oil;
(VIII), removing rubber from the crude oil, deodorizing and decolorizing to obtain refined raw oil;
ninth, synthesizing, mixing the raw oil prepared in the eighth step with potassium hydroxide according to a proportion, completely reacting at 100-135 ℃, adding salts prepared in the fourth, fifth and sixth steps according to a proportion, and then adding a nonionic surfactant, an additive and water according to a proportion;
and (tenth) carrying out fractionation until the reaction of the step (ninth) is completed, and obtaining the milky and transparent liquid cleaning and luminous agent.
In the step (II), the slag of the tropical crops is plant slag shells such as bagasse and coconut shells. The causticization in the step (six) is preferably to add lime milk into the potassium carbonate solution.The crude oil made from rubber seeds contains about 0.7-0.8% of natural rubber, oil-soluble pigment and unsaponifiable matter, under reduced pressure, the oil is heated to the tacky temperature of the natural rubber, 0.2-0.6% of phosphoric acid is added to neutralize the oily mass point charge of the rubber and mucilaginous latex to coagulate the rubber, promote the surface protective layer of the rubber ball-protein hydrolytic denaturation, or dissolve in phosphoric acid, or resin action, and then aggregate into black micelle and separate with the grease, besides, under constant load, the rubber is heated in a stretching state to generate reversible shrinkage, under constant temperature, the double bond of rubber hydrocarbon in a highly dispersed phase can be oxidized by adding phosphoric acid to become peroxide rubber, under the heat effect, the reversible shrinkage is generated to become a coagulated body. Adding adsorbent and filter aid, stirring, filtering, and stripping to obtain transparent refined liquid oil.
The multifunctional cleaning and luminous agent of the invention is widely used for decontamination and glazing of airplanes, automobiles, trains, ships, electric appliances, household appliances, leather, ceramics, pianos, chrome plating, wooden furniture and the like. The use is simple, no water is needed, and the cleaning and polishing can be completed at one time. Single raw material, simple production process, low cost and high benefit, and is suitable for industrial production of various scales.
The attached drawing is a flow chart of the method for preparing the cleaning luminous agent.
The following are examples of the present invention:
taking a proper amount of rubber seeds, adding bagasse intothe shelled rubber seed shells, burning the rubber seeds together, repeatedly soaking the burnt ash in water for 5-7 days, filtering, removing filter residues, evaporating and concentrating the extract liquor to 30-35 DEG Be ', cooling to 50 ℃, crystallizing and separating potassium sulfate, continuously concentrating the mother liquor to 52-54 DEG Be', cooling to 20 ℃, crystallizing and separating potassium chloride, evaporating and concentrating the mother liquor to porridge, and cooling and crystallizing to obtain potassium carbonate. And respectively refining the potassium sulfate, the potassium chloride and the potassium carbonate which are obtained by the steps, adding lime milk into the refined potassium carbonate and the obtained mother liquor, reacting at the temperature of 80-100 ℃, and obtaining potassium hydroxide and precipitated calcium carbonate for later use. Crushing and squeezing the rubber seeds to obtain crude oil, and synthesizing the crude oil according to the step (nine) after the crude oil is subjected to rubber removal, decoloration and deodorization treatment, wherein the adding proportion of each component is as follows: rubber seed oil 100 parts of ammonium hydroxide 0.08 part of potassium hydroxide 20 parts of triethanolamine 3 parts of potassium carbonate 5 parts of ethanol 6 parts of potassium chloride 7 parts of isopropanol 5 parts of potassium sulfate 13 parts of glycerol 5 parts of calcium carbonate 4 parts of water 850 parts
Proper amount of perfume
After the reaction is completed, the milky and transparent liquid cleaning luminous agents are respectively extracted.
