Abstract

本发明公开一种新型石油管道外部密封标识带，包括钢带片，所述钢带片其中一端安装一个矩形连接头并且此矩形连接头中心处设有一个向外凸出的钢柱，位于与矩形连接头相对的钢带片另一端开设一个定位螺孔；所述钢带片表面设置条形孔，位于条形孔内部装入一个滑动座并且此滑动座中心部位开设一个石笔安装槽，位于钢带片两个侧边沿各设置一条密封条。本发明有益效果为：省时省力，可在不同管径的石油管道上稳固，从而保证了之后切割的平齐度；通过设置密封条并且在钢带移开之后，使管道待切割处反而形成了密封结构，两个密封条之间可供切割，具有使用方便、效率较高、节省人力等优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种石油管道维护辅助工具，尤其涉及一种新型石油管道外部密封标识带。
背景技术
目前，应用于石油、化工、电力、船舶、冶金、机械、纺织、食品、建筑、制药等行业的管件都需要具备较高的强度、耐压性、耐腐蚀、耐高温性能。在石油行业中，需要铺设较长的管道来用于石油的运输，但是由于石油管道大多铺设在较为恶劣的环境中，因此常常会出现渗漏、破裂等情况，若损伤不大，可直接在管道上进行补焊，若损伤较大且无法补焊时，即需将有破损的部分切割下来，更换新的管段，在更换的过程中，要保证切割管口的平齐。现在一般的工序是人工用圈带围住石油管道的外壁，另一个人用专用的石笔沿圈带画线，然后沿着画出的线进行切割，当管径较大时，必须要两个人同时操作才能完成画线工作，浪费人力，而且由于缺乏有效的工具导致画出的线往往无法保证平齐，影响了最后与新管段的连接及密封效果。因此，针对以上方面，需要做出合理的改进。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种可提高管道维护效率、确保切割面平齐、具有密封条结构、有利于降低劳动成本的新型石油管道外部密封标识带，以解决现有技术的诸多不足。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案来具体实现：
一种新型石油管道外部密封标识带，包括钢带片，所述钢带片其中一端安装一个矩形连接头并且此矩形连接头中心处设有一个向外凸出的钢柱，位于与矩形连接头相对的钢带片另一端开设一个定位螺孔；
所述钢带片表面设置条形孔，位于条形孔内部装入一个滑动座并且此滑动座中心部位开设一个石笔安装槽，位于钢带片两个侧边沿各设置一条密封条。
相应地，所述定位螺孔的孔径与钢柱的底面直径相同，所述条形孔的长度等于钢带片长度的三分之二。
本发明所述的新型石油管道外部密封标识带的有益效果为：
⑴通过将钢带缠绕在管道上，使其首尾相接，管道的不同直径大小，使钢柱插接在适合的定位孔内并旋紧，此时不锈钢带紧紧缠绕在管道上，利用滑动座底面的石笔沿着条形孔在管道上划线，然后进行切割活动即可；
⑵省时省力，可在不同管径的石油管道上稳固，从而保证了之后切割的平齐度，方便被切割管段与新管段之间的连接，保证连接之后的密封性；
⑶通过设置密封条并且在钢带移开之后，使管道待切割处反而形成了密封结构，两个密封条之间可供切割，具有使用方便、效率较高、节省人力等优点。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，本发明实施例所述新型石油管道外部密封标识带，包括钢带片1，所述钢带片1其中一端安装一个矩形连接头2并且此矩形连接头2中心处设有一个向外凸出的钢柱3，位于与矩形连接头2相对的钢带片1另一端开设一个定位螺孔并且此定位螺孔的孔径与钢柱3的底面直径相同；
所述钢带片1表面设置条形孔4并且此条形孔4上、下两侧分别延伸至钢带片1的矩形连接头2、定位螺孔部位，所述钢柱3插入定位螺孔内部扣紧；
同时，位于条形孔4内部装入一个滑动座6并且此滑动座6中心部位开设一个石笔安装槽5，位于钢带片1两个侧边沿各设置一条密封条7并且待钢带片1与管道接触之后，该密封条7可脱离钢带片1而粘接于管道表面。

1.一种新型石油管道外部密封标识带，包括钢带片，其特征在于：
所述钢带片其中一端安装一个矩形连接头并且此矩形连接头中心处设有一个向外凸出的钢柱，位于与矩形连接头相对的钢带片另一端开设一个定位螺孔；
所述钢带片表面设置条形孔，位于条形孔内部装入一个滑动座并且此滑动座中心部位开设一个石笔安装槽，位于钢带片两个侧边沿各设置一条密封条，所述定位螺孔的孔径与钢柱的底面直径相同，所述条形孔的长度等于钢带片长度的三分之二。
