Abstract
焊接型材(H型钢、C型钢、箱型钢、T型钢)组立前材料一次定尺技术可广泛应用于钢结构、钢桥梁、大型机械设备领域,在实际操作中只要按比例把型材截面尺寸,板厚对应的收缩量加上所需材料的尺寸,就可以在焊接结束后得到需要的材料尺寸,该技术可以节约原材料、提高生产效率。

背景技术:
国内钢结构行业在焊接型材的主材在焊接主焊缝前大都采取所需材料长度加三厘米的方法下料,这个三厘米是为了弥补主焊缝焊接时型材受热会产生的收缩量,等完全冷却后再把多余的材料切割。
发明内容:
根据不同的型材截面尺寸、板材厚度把焊接收缩量的数量值确定下来。

具体实施方式:
本技术是在当前行业内普度采用的材料多放余量,焊接后再进行二次定尺的技术的改进。举例:比如需要一条十米长度的H型材,国内几家大型钢构厂都是采用在材料板下料的下料尺寸为10米加3厘米。而在实际这个3厘米是为了弥补型材主焊缝的收缩量,收缩量是随着焊接型材截面尺寸、板材厚度、焊脚尺寸变化的。焊脚尺寸会有些许的偏差,其它都是固定的。根据我多次的整理测量数据的值发现焊脚尺寸在国标允许的范围内的偏差对焊接收缩量产生的影响完全可以忽略不计。完全可以采取在下料时所需尺寸加该型材所对应的收缩量尺寸,一次定尺。
