本发明涉及一种蝶形光缆擦字装置,设置于挤塑机的机头上,包括导流管、擦拭海绵、滚轮、滚轮支撑轴、废液杯、升降调节杆、支架以及底座,所述底座固定于挤塑机的机头上,所述支架设置于底座上,所述滚轮支撑轴设置于支架的下部,所述滚轮可转动地支撑在所述滚轮支撑轴上,确保光缆通过该滚轮防线时使光缆保持平整,所述升降调节杆可滑动地连接于滚轮支撑轴上方的支架上,所述导流管设置于升降调节杆上,所述擦拭海绵与所述导流管的一端连接。有益效果为:可以将原有印字擦得比较干净,特别是凹槽内的印字,能够做到不留痕迹。

一种蝶形光缆擦字装置
技术领域
本发明涉及光缆擦字,尤其涉及一种蝶形光缆擦字装置。
背景技术
蝶形光缆在发生印字错误时,需要返修处理,擦字重印。由于蝶形光缆的外周存在凹陷,若蝶形光缆的凹陷内喷印到印字油墨时,现有的设备无法完全擦干净,会留有残留印迹,导致客户投诉。
目前国内厂家采取的擦字重印的方法是用布条包裹蝶缆,向布条上浇上清洗剂,倒盘过程中可将油墨擦拭干净,但凹槽内会有油墨残留,而且每次添加油墨的量无法控制,加少了容易擦不干净;加多了会造成清洗剂的浪费,而且,清洗剂会滴到地面上,造成环境污染。
发明内容
本发明目的在于克服以上现有技术之不足,提供一种蝶形光缆擦字装置,具体有以下技术方案实现:
所述蝶形光缆擦字装置,设置于挤塑机的机头上,包括导流管、擦拭海绵、滚轮、滚轮支撑轴、升降调节杆、支架以及底座,所述底座固定于挤塑机的机头上,所述支架设置于底座上,所述滚轮支撑轴设置于支架的下部,所述滚轮可转动地支撑在所述滚轮支撑轴上,确保光缆通过该滚轮防线时使光缆保持平整,所述升降调节杆可滑动地连接于滚轮支撑轴上方的支架上,所述导流管设置于升降调节杆上,所述擦拭海绵与所述导流管的一端连接。
所述蝶形光缆擦字装置的进一步设计在于,所述擦拭海绵包括锥形海绵体与矩形海绵体,所述矩形海绵体的中部设有与所述锥形海绵体相对应的锥孔,所述锥形海绵体通过所述锥孔与矩形海绵体穿接,所述锥形海绵体的锥头与蝶形光缆的凹陷处相对应。
所述蝶形光缆擦字装置的进一步设计在于,还包括一废液杯,所述废液杯设置于底座的底部,用来接收洗涤后的废液。
所述蝶形光缆擦字装置的进一步设计在于,还包括一洗涤剂杯,所述洗涤剂杯悬于所述支架的上方,洗涤剂杯的底部通过一软管与导流管的另一端连接。
本发明的优点如下:
本发明提供的蝶形光缆擦字装置,可以将原有印字擦得比较干净,特别是凹槽内的印字,能够做到不留痕迹。而且,不需人工经常添加清洗剂,只需在其储液罐内添加一次,可连续擦字较长时间,操作人员只需关注罐内液面,可知罐内清洗剂的量的多少,是否需要添加清洗剂。另外,在其下方还设置了废液杯,能够将擦字后溢出的液体收集起来,避免洒在地面上,造成浪费和污染。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明方案进行详细说明。
如图1,本实施例提供的蝶形光缆擦字装置,设置于挤塑机的机头上,主要有导流管3、擦拭海绵4、滚轮5、滚轮支撑轴9、废液杯7、升降调节杆10、支架2以及底座1组成。底座1固定于挤塑机的机头上,支架2设置于底座1上。滚轮支撑轴连接于支架2的下部,滚轮5可转动地支撑在滚轮支撑轴上,以确保光缆通过该滚轮5防线时使光缆保持平整,避免光缆褶皱影响擦拭。升降调节杆10可滑动地连接于滚轮支撑轴上方的支架2上。导流管3固接于升降调节杆上,擦拭海绵4与导流管3的一端连接。
其中,擦拭海绵4由锥形海绵42体与矩形海绵41体组成。矩形海绵41体的中部设有与锥形海绵42体相对应的锥孔,锥形海绵42体通过该锥孔与矩形海绵41体穿接。锥形海绵42体的锥头与蝶形光缆的凹陷处相对应。
进一步的,为了接收洗涤后的废液。该装置还设计了一废液杯,废液杯设置于底座1的底部。
另外为方便操作,还设置了一洗涤剂杯6,洗涤剂杯悬于支架2的上方,洗涤剂杯的底部通过一软管8与导流管3的另一端连接。这样,不需人工经常添加清洗剂,只需在其洗涤剂杯6内添加一次,可连续擦字较长时间,操作人员只需关注罐内液面,可知罐内清洗剂的量的多少,是否需要添加清洗剂。
使用时,让蝶形光缆通过滚轮上沿通过,再调节升降调节杆,使得升降调节杆上擦拭海绵的锥形海绵的头部抵触蝶形光缆的凹陷处即可。
经实践,本实施例提供的蝶形光缆擦字装置,可以将原有印字擦得比较干净,特别是凹槽内的印字,能够做到不留痕迹。

1.一种蝶形光缆擦字装置,设置于挤塑机的机头上,其特征在于包括导流管、擦拭海绵、滚轮、滚轮支撑轴、升降调节杆、支架以及底座,所述底座固定于挤塑机的机头上,所述支架设置于底座上,所述滚轮支撑轴设置于支架的下部,所述滚轮可转动地支撑在所述滚轮支撑轴上,确保光缆通过该滚轮防线时使光缆保持平整,所述升降调节杆可滑动地连接于滚轮支撑轴上方的支架上,所述导流管设置于升降调节杆上,所述擦拭海绵与所述导流管的一端连接,所述擦拭海绵包括锥形海绵体与矩形海绵体,所述矩形海绵体的中部设有与所述锥形海绵体相对应的锥孔,所述锥形海绵体通过所述锥孔与矩形海绵体穿接,所述锥形海绵体的锥头与蝶形光缆的凹陷处相对应。
2.根据权利要求1所述的蝶形光缆擦字装置,其特征在于还包括一废液杯,所述废液杯设置于底座的底部,用来接收洗涤后的废液。
3.根据权利要求1所述的蝶形光缆擦字装置,其特征在于还包括一洗涤剂杯,所述洗涤剂杯悬于所述支架的上方,洗涤剂杯的底部通过一软管与导流管的另一端连接。
