一种散热器清洗箱，一个矩形箱体，箱体内的中间有一个可围散热器翻转架轴转动的散热器翻转架，散热器翻转架轴穿出箱体两个侧面并安装在箱体侧面的轴承上，箱体外一端的散热器翻转架轴上安装有皮带轮，皮带轮通过皮带连接电机轴轮上。本发明效果是：此散热器清洗箱，适合不同尺寸散热器清洁，节约了用水，清洗效果好，减少了人力使用，提高了清洁散热器的效率和质量。

本发明属于内燃机散热器清洗装备,特别涉及一种散热器清洗箱。
背景技术
内燃机车散热器使用一阶段需要清洗其上的灰尘和附着物，尤其功率大的内燃机散热器很大，用水枪冲洗，浪费水，并且清洗效果不好。车辆种类较多，车型比较复杂，针对各种车辆散热器清洗的工作较多，各种车型的散热器尺寸大小不同，在清洁过程中需要使用大量的水，清洁过程时间也较长。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是：提供一种散热器清洗箱。针对此种情况制作了散热器清洗箱，适合不同尺寸散热器清洁，节约了用水，减少了人力使用，提高了清洁散热器的效率和质量。
本发明的技术方案是：
一种散热器清洗箱，其特征在于：一个矩形箱体，箱体内的中间有一个可围散热器翻转架轴转动的散热器翻转架，散热器翻转架轴穿出箱体两个侧面并安装在箱体侧面的轴承上，箱体外一端的散热器翻转架轴上安装有皮带轮，皮带轮通过皮带连接电机轴轮上。
本发明效果是：
此散热器清洗箱，适合不同尺寸散热器清洁，节约了用水，清洗效果好，减少了人力使用，提高了清洁散热器的效率和质量。

具体实施方式
如图所示的一种散热器清洗箱，一个矩形箱体1，箱体内的中间有一个可围散热器翻转架轴转动的散热器翻转架2，散热器翻转架轴3穿出箱体两个侧面并安装在箱体侧面的轴承上，箱体外一端的散热器翻转架轴上安装有皮带轮4，皮带轮通过皮带连接电机轴轮5上。
1、散热器翻转架
将散热器固定在翻转架上，翻转架翻转可使散热器在盛有水的散热器箱体内翻转，翻转过程可使散热器得到清洗。
2、散热器清洗箱体
散热器箱体内部灌入水，水在散热器翻转过程中产生的水流可清洁掉散热器上的尘土。
3、翻转皮带轮
翻转皮带轮通过连接装置可由电机驱动，驱动力通过皮带传送带动轮子转动，轮子转动使翻转架翻转。
电机连接到皮带轮上带动皮带轮转动，皮带轮使翻转架翻转，翻转架翻转可使散热器在盛有水的散热器箱体内翻转，翻转过程产生的水流可清洁掉散热器上的尘土。

1.一种散热器清洗箱，其特征在于：一个矩形箱体，箱体内的中间有一个可围散热器翻转架轴转动的散热器翻转架，散热器翻转架轴穿出箱体两个侧面并安装在箱体侧面的轴承上，箱体外一端的散热器翻转架轴上安装有皮带轮，皮带轮通过皮带连接电机轴轮上。
