本发明公开了一种滑板支架用双层避震器，其特征在于：包含避震器主体和支撑轴套，所述避震器主体为圆锥型或圆柱型，避震器主体内开有通孔，通孔分两段，支撑轴套设置在通孔内的直径较大的一段内，并且内径与通孔另一端相等平滑过渡。通过这样的技术方案，本发明的滑板支架用双层避震器通过在避震器内设置一个支撑轴套，这样加大了避震器的支撑强度，使得避震器在拐弯和形变后能够更加迅速地恢复，提高了滑板的操控性。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种避震器，尤其涉及一种滑板支架用双层避震器。
背景技术
滑板项目可谓是极限运动历史的鼻祖，许多的极限运动项目均由滑板项目延伸而来。20世纪50年代末60年代初由冲浪运动演变而成的滑板运动，在而今已成为地球上最酷的运动。滑板的左右运动的控制主要由滑轮的避震器的形变来完成，通过人在滑板上的左右重心的便宜来控制滑板支架上的避震器的形变，以此来完成滑轮方向的控制。传统的避震器直接采用整体塑胶材料的避震器，这样在形变之后，由于避震器本身材质的问题，难以在短时间内回复原位，导致滑板的方向控制的不准确性。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种能够在最短时间使滑板转向后恢复原位的滑板支架用双层避震器。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明所采用的技术方案是：
一种滑板支架用双层避震器，其特征在于：
所述滑板支架用双层避震器包含避震器主体和支撑轴套；
所述避震器主体为圆锥型或圆柱型或者两者的结合；
所述支撑轴套为空心圆柱体，所述避震器主体沿轴向中心开有通孔，通孔分为直径不等的两部分，通孔直径较大的部分直径与支撑轴套的外径相等，长度为支撑轴套的1/2长度，支撑轴套设置在通孔直径较大的部分之内；所述通孔直径较小的部分直径与支撑轴套的内径相等。
进一步地，所述支撑轴套采用PC材料、尼龙、ABS、金属、TPU混合玻璃纤维中任一种材料制成。
进一步地，所述支撑轴套采用PC材料制成。
进一步地，所述避震器主体采用高回弹聚酯材料制成。
采用上述技术方案，本发明的滑板支架用双层避震器通过在避震器内设置一个支撑轴套，这样加大了避震器的支撑强度，同时通过这样的结构，使得避震器本体在方向控制产生形变后，能够较快地恢复成原来的状态，这样使得整个滑板在操控的时候更加的灵活准确，能够在剧烈的转弯或形变后依然快速恢复，提高了滑板的操控性。

具体实施方式
如图1至图8所示，本发明的滑板支架用双层避震器包含避震器主体1和支撑轴套2。避震器主体1为圆台型或圆柱型或者两者的结合。支撑轴套2为空心圆柱体，避震器主体1沿轴向中心开有通孔3，通孔3分为直径不等的两部分，通孔3直径较大的部分直径与支撑轴套2的外径相等，长度为支撑轴套2的长度的1/2，支撑轴套2设置在通孔3直径较大的部分之内。通孔3直径较小的部分直径与支撑轴套2的内径相等。
避震器主体1采用高回弹聚酯材料制成，通过高回弹聚酯材料支撑的避震器主体1，这样两个避震器相互配合设置在滑板上，通过螺栓固定，在滑板一侧施加压力后，使两个避震器产生形变，从而带动支架的转轴转动而改变了滑轮的方向。支撑轴套2采用PC材料、尼龙、ABS、金属、TPU混合玻璃纤维中任一种材料制成，这里优选PC材料，这样制成的支撑轴套2强度高，韧性强，并且具有很强的抗挤压能力，在受到1800N的压力的情况下，依然不会碎裂。
采用上述技术方案，本发明的滑板支架用双层避震器通过在避震器内设置一个支撑轴套，这样加大了避震器的支撑强度，同时通过这样的结构，使得避震器本体在方向控制产生形变后，能够较快地回复成原来的状态，这样使得整个滑板在操控的时候更加的灵活准确，能够在剧烈的转弯或形变后依然快速恢复，提高了滑板的操控性。

Claims (4)

1.一种滑板支架用双层避震器，其特征在于：
所述滑板支架用双层避震器包含避震器主体（1）和支撑轴套（2）；
所述避震器主体（1）为圆锥型或圆柱型或者两者的结合；
所述支撑轴套（2）为空心圆柱体，所述避震器主体（1）沿轴向中心开有通孔（3），通孔（3）分为直径不等的两部分，通孔（3）直径较大的部分与支撑轴套（2）的外径相等，长度为支撑轴套（2）的1/2长度，支撑轴套（2）设置在通孔（3）直径较大的部分之内；所述通孔（3）直径较小的部分直径与支撑轴套（2）的内径相等。
2.按照权利要求1所述的滑板支架用双层避震器，其特征在于：所述支撑轴套（2）采用PC材料、尼龙、ABS、金属、TPU混合玻璃纤维中任一种材料制成。
3.按照权利要求2所述的滑板支架用双层避震器，其特征在于：所述支撑轴套（2）采用PC材料制成。
4.按照权利要求1所述的滑板支架用双层避震器，其特征在于：所述避震器主体（1）采用高回弹聚酯材料制成。
