本发明公开了一种治疗席汉氏综合征的中药有效部位组合物。本发明所述中药组合物由蝉花、柿霜、山萘、莲须、紫贝齿和香加皮为原料，按照一定的重量份数组成。本发明所述中药有效部位组合物，具有温补脾肾、益气养血、填精调经、疏肝理气、活血化瘀的作用，在治疗席汉氏综合征中疗效显著，无副作用，安全性高。

技术领域
本发明涉及中药组合物领域，具体涉及一种用于治疗席汉氏综合征的中药有效部位组合物。
背景技术
席汉氏综合征是常见的垂体前叶机能减退症。本征多因分娩大出血造成垂体缺血性坏死，垂体前叶内分泌功能不足所致。目前除替代疗法及对症治疗外，现代西医学尚无特殊疗法，属难治病之一。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种用于制备治疗席汉氏综合征的中药有效部位组合物，该有效部位组合物可以治疗席汉氏综合征，且不易复发。
席汉氏综合征的发生可有多种原因，但以产后大出血居多，造成产后血虚之候，甚至部分病人出现虚脱、休克的产后血晕之症。此乃血虚脉空、气随血脱之故。主要涉及脾、肝、肾三脏。对本病失治或久治不愈，迁延日久可出现气滞血瘀之症。
本发明上述目的通过以下技术方案予以实现：
一种治疗席汉氏综合征的中药有效部位组合物，由如下按照质量份数计的原料制成：蝉花26、柿霜25、山萘19、莲须15、紫贝齿14和香加皮1。
本发明所述中药有效部位组合物的制备方法是将上述原料组合物按照配比混合干燥，加入14倍量水，用武火煮沸，换成文火煎煮2小时，弃渣，即得。
与现有技术相比，本发明具有如下有益效果：
经实验发现，按照本发明配比制成的中药有效部位组合物具有温补脾肾、益气养血、填精调经、疏肝理气、活血化瘀的作用，可以用于治疗席汉氏综合征，治愈后不易复发。
具体实施方式
以下结合实施例来进一步解释本发明，但实施例并不对本发明做任何形式的限定。
实施例1
蝉花26g、柿霜25g、山萘19g、莲须15g、紫贝齿14g和香加皮1g，干燥后加14倍量水，以武火煮沸后，再用文火水煎120min，所得汤剂备用。
实施例2
临床观察席汉氏综合征患者200名。患者均经临床诊断确诊为席汉氏综合征。给患者服用实施例1所得汤剂，1日2次，早晚饭前服用，连续10天。
服用实施例1所得汤剂的患者统计结果见表1。表1中的显效包括治愈和有效，其中，治愈是指症状消失，月经正常或已受孕，实验室指标恢复或接近正常；有效是指症状基本消失，可恢复正常工作，实验室指标明显进步或接近正常。无效是指症状及实验室指标均无明显变化。

通过上述数据可知，本发明中药制成汤剂后，可以在10天内非常显著的治疗席汉氏综合征。
实施例3
使用实施例1制得的汤剂给药ICR小鼠，体重20~25g，雌雄各半，连续给药60d。
经预试，实施例1制得的汤剂毒性很低，测不出LD50，故对小鼠进行一日最大给药量测定。最大给药量为400ml/d，60天后观察无一例中毒死亡，全部健康存活，由此证明本发明所述组合物制成的汤剂对人体不会有毒副作用。

1. 一种治疗席汉氏综合征的中药有效部位组合物，其特征在于由如下按照质量份数计的原料制成：蝉花26、柿霜25、山萘19、莲须15、紫贝齿14和香加皮1。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的治疗席汉氏综合征的中药有效部位组合物，其特征在于所述中药有效部位组合物制成汤剂。
3. 权利要求1或2所述治疗席汉氏综合征的中药有效部位组合物的制备方法，其特征在于将各原料药按照配比混合干燥，加入14倍量水，用武火煮沸，换成文火煎煮2小时，弃渣，即得。
4. 权利要求1或2所述中药有效部位组合物的应用，其特征在于所述中药有效部位组合物用于制备治疗席汉氏综合征的药物。
