The method for acquiring the mobile phone ID and/or the email address of the contact person pushed by the current terminal agent module comprises the following steps:
a-1, a current terminal agent module generates a monitoring target adding window;
step a-2, collecting the mobile phone ID and/or email address of the contact person input by the user and the corresponding instant messaging contact person information of the user.
The current terminal agent module generates a monitoring target adding window, a user inputs a mobile phone ID and/or an email address corresponding to an instant messaging contact person of the user through the window to serve as a target to be detected, and simultaneously, the user adds user instant messaging contact person information corresponding to the mobile phone ID and/or the email address information, for example, the instant messaging ID, a nickname and the like of the instant messaging contact person corresponding to the third-party terminal contact person can determine data information of the instant messaging contact person.
The current terminal is the terminal where the instant messaging client is located, and the instant messaging client usually contains contact information of an instant messaging contact, wherein the contact information comprises a mobile phone ID and/or email address information filled by the instant messaging contact and mobile phone ID and/or email address information added by a user for remarking the instant messaging contact. Therefore, the current terminal agent module acquires the mobile phone ID and/or the email address of the instant messaging contact person contained in the instant messaging client by traversing the user instant messaging client, generates a monitoring target selection list, sets the corresponding mobile phone ID and/or the email address as a monitoring target according to the selection operation of the user, and further acquires the instant messaging contact person information corresponding to the selected mobile phone ID and/or the email address,
the two acquisition modes of the monitoring target are mutually complementary, and especially when the corresponding contact mode of the instant messaging contact person is not stored in the instant messaging client, the user needs to manually add the monitoring target through the monitoring target adding window.
The current terminal agent module pushes the acquired monitoring target to a third party terminal agent module, taking a real-time monitoring mode as an example, when a third party terminal, such as a mobile phone, receives or sends a mobile phone short message, the third party terminal agent module acquires mobile phone contact information, namely a mobile phone ID, corresponding to the mobile phone short message, compares the mobile phone contact information with the set monitoring target, and if the mobile phone ID belongs to the monitoring target, the mobile phone short message is the corresponding monitoring data.
After acquiring and obtaining corresponding monitoring data, namely external communication data, the third-party terminal agent module pushes the external communication data to a current terminal agent module in a terminal where the instant communication client is located. And the current terminal agent module triggers the instant messaging client to add the external communication data into the instant messaging interaction record of the user and the contact according to the instant messaging contact information corresponding to the external communication data.
Specifically, when external communication data is pushed, the external communication data is transmitted to the current terminal agent module by the third-party terminal agent module through network data, or is pushed to the specified system server first and then is downloaded by the current terminal agent module through the system server.
Fig. 5 is a block diagram illustrating a system for recording external communication data in instant messaging according to the present invention. As shown in the figure, the instant messaging recording external communication data system 100 includes the following components:
an external communication data acquisition unit 110, disposed in the external communication data generation terminal, for acquiring external communication data except for instant communication corresponding to the instant communication contact person;
and the external communication data display unit 120 is connected with the external communication data acquisition unit 110, is arranged in the instant messaging client, and is used for embedding the external communication data into the instant messaging interaction record of the user corresponding to the contact according to the occurrence time or the acquisition time of the external communication data.
The current mobile phone agent module 111 is further arranged corresponding to the external communication data acquisition unit 110, and is used for establishing a monitoring relation for mobile phone short message data and/or mobile phone call data generated by a terminal when the external communication data acquisition unit 110 and the external communication data display unit 120 are located in the same terminal, and after the corresponding monitoring data are obtained, storing the acquired data through a storage path of the terminal guided by the instant communication client, and/or pushing the acquired data to a system server designated by the instant communication client for storage; or only the existing storage path index information of the acquired data is acquired.
A mail agent module 112 is further disposed corresponding to the external communication data obtaining unit 110, and is configured to establish a monitoring relationship for email data generated by a terminal when the external communication data obtaining unit 110 and the external communication data displaying unit 120 are located in the same terminal, obtain email data generated between a user in the terminal and an instant communication contact of the user, store the collected data in a data storage path directed by an instant communication client through the terminal, and/or push the collected data to a system server designated by the instant communication client for storage; or only the existing storage path index information of the acquired data is acquired.
The third-party terminal agent module 113 is further disposed corresponding to the external communication data obtaining unit 110, and configured to monitor external communication data generated by the third-party terminal when the external communication data obtaining unit 110 and the external communication data display unit 120 are located in different terminals, and push the obtained data to the current terminal agent module 121 described below when corresponding monitoring data is obtained, or push the obtained data to a specified system server first, and download the obtained data by the current terminal agent module 121 through the system server.
The current terminal agent module 121 is further disposed corresponding to the external communication data display unit 120, and configured to push an instruction to the third party terminal agent module 113 when the external communication data acquisition unit 110 and the external communication data display unit 120 are located in different terminals, receive data information acquired by the third party terminal agent module 113, and download corresponding data information from a system service when the data information is stored in the system server.
For the implementation process of recording external communication data in instant messaging according to the present invention, taking the external communication data record between the user a and the instant messaging contact B as an example, the detailed description of each functional module in the corresponding system is as follows:
first, the external communication data acquisition unit 110 provided in the external communication data generation terminal monitors the communication data occurring or occurring in the terminal. After acquiring and acquiring external communication data between the user and the instant messaging contact B of the user A, the external communication data is transmitted to the instant messaging client corresponding to the user A through the external communication data display unit 120 connected with the external communication data acquisition unit 110. When the external communication data is short message data and/or mobile phone call data and the external communication data generation terminal is a terminal where the instant messaging client is located, i.e., a mobile phone, the corresponding functional module of the external communication data acquisition unit 110 is the current mobile phone agent module 111.
In practical application, the user a firstly confirms the mobile phone contact corresponding to the instant messaging contact of the user a in the current mobile phone terminal of the user a through the current mobile phone agent module 111. The current mobile phone agent module 111 monitors communication data generated in the mobile phone terminal of the user a, and monitors that the user a and the mobile phone contact C are in communication, for example, the user a sends a mobile phone short message to the mobile phone contact C. After the mobile phone contact C is further determined to correspond to the instant messaging contact B of the user A, the mobile phone short message data are external communication data between the user A and the instant messaging contact B. After the current mobile phone agent module 111 collects the mobile phone short message data, the collected data is subjected to data storage through a storage path guided by the instant messaging client at the terminal, and/or is pushed to a system server appointed by the instant messaging client for storage; or only the existing storage path index information of the acquired data is acquired.
And then the external communication data display unit 120 acquires the external communication data and triggers the external communication data to be embedded into the instant communication interaction record of the contact B corresponding to the user A.
When the external communication data is an email and the external communication data generating terminal is the terminal of the instant messaging client, the corresponding function module of the external communication data obtaining unit 110 is the mail agent module 112.
In practical application, the user a firstly confirms the email box contact corresponding to the instant messaging contact of the user a in the current terminal of the user a through the mail agent module 112. The mail agent module 112 monitors communication data occurring in the mobile phone terminal of the user a, and monitors that the user a communicates with the email box contact D, if the user a receives an email from the email box contact D. After the email box contact D is further determined to correspond to the instant messaging contact B of the user A, the email data is external communication data between the user A and the instant messaging contact B. After the email agent module 112 collects the email data, the collected data is subjected to data storage through a storage path guided by the instant messaging client through the terminal where the collected data is located, and/or is pushed to a system server designated by the instant messaging client for storage; or only the existing storage path index information of the acquired data is acquired.
And then the external communication data display unit 120 acquires the external communication data and triggers the external communication data to be embedded into the instant communication interaction record of the contact B corresponding to the user A.
When the external communication data generating terminal is not the terminal where the instant messaging client is located, the corresponding functional module of the external communication data acquiring unit 110 is the third party terminal proxy module 113. The third-party terminal agent module 113 is used for monitoring external communication data occurring in the third-party terminal where the third-party terminal agent module is located. A current terminal agent module 121 is provided in the external communication data display unit 120 corresponding to the third party terminal agent module 113. The third party terminal is a terminal where external communication data occurs, and the current terminal is a terminal where the user A instant messaging new tool is located.
In practical application, the user a firstly confirms the mobile phone ID and/or the email address information corresponding to the instant messaging contact of the user a through the current terminal agent module 121. The current terminal agent module 121 then pushes the information corresponding to the aforementioned mobile phone ID and/or email address to the third party terminal agent module 113, so as to serve as the monitoring target.
The third-party terminal agent module 113 monitors external communication data generated in the terminal where the third-party terminal agent module is located, and obtains corresponding monitoring data by comparing the monitoring targets, such as call records generated by the mobile phone IDs of the user a and the corresponding instant messaging contact B. The external communication data is acquired and then pushed to the current terminal agent module 121, or pushed to a designated system server first, and downloaded by the current terminal agent module 121 through the system server.
And the current terminal agent module triggers the instant messaging client to add the external communication data into the instant messaging interaction record of the user A and the contact B according to the instant messaging contact information corresponding to the external communication data.

Claims (9)

1. A method for recording external communication data by instant communication is characterized in that the method comprises the following steps:
step 1, collecting external communication data except instant communication corresponding to an instant communication contact person by a user;
step 2, according to the occurrence time or the acquisition time of the external communication data, embedding the external communication data into the instant communication interaction record of the contact corresponding to the user;
wherein,
the external communication data is obtained through the terminal of the instant communication client, which comprises the steps of,
the method comprises the steps that a current mobile phone agent module is preset and used for obtaining mobile phone short message data and/or mobile phone call data which are generated between a user and a corresponding mobile phone contact person of an instant messaging contact person in a current terminal;
establishing a monitoring relation for mobile phone short message data and/or mobile phone call data generated by a terminal through the current mobile phone agent module, and judging whether corresponding monitoring data can be obtained or not;
under the condition of obtaining, storing the acquired data through a storage path guided by the instant messaging client through the terminal, and/or pushing the acquired data to a system server appointed by the instant messaging client for storage; or, in the case of acquisition, only the existing storage path index information of the acquired data is acquired.
2. The method for instant messaging recording external communication data according to claim 1, wherein: the external communication data is electronic mail data generated between the contact and the user through an electronic mail, and/or short message data generated through a mobile phone, and/or call data generated through the mobile phone.
3. The method for instant messaging recording external communication data according to claim 1, wherein: the operation of determining the mobile phone contact corresponding to the instant messaging contact of the user comprises the following steps,
the mobile phone agent module traverses an address book in the terminal to generate a data monitoring contact person selection list;
and collecting selection operation of a user, setting the corresponding mobile phone contact person as a monitorable contact person, and adding the instant messaging contact person information of the user corresponding to the mobile phone contact person.
4. The method for instant messaging recording external communication data according to claim 1, wherein: or, the step of acquiring the external communication data through the terminal of the instant communication client is that,
the preset mail agent module is used for acquiring electronic mail data which is generated between a user in the terminal and an instant messaging contact person of the user;
establishing a monitoring relation for the e-mail data generated by the terminal through the mail agent module, and judging whether the corresponding monitoring data can be obtained or not;
under the condition of obtaining, storing the acquired data through a storage path guided by the instant messaging client through the terminal, and/or pushing the acquired data to a system server appointed by the instant messaging client for storage; or, in the case of acquisition, only the existing storage path index information of the acquired data is acquired.
5. The method for instant messaging recording external communication data according to claim 4, wherein: the email address corresponding to the instant messaging contact of the user is determined by the following steps,
the mail agent module traverses an address book in the terminal, acquires the address information of an electronic mailbox in the address book and generates a mail data monitoring contact person selection list;
collecting selection operation of a user, setting a corresponding email address as an address to be monitored, and adding instant messaging contact information of the user corresponding to the email address;
alternatively, the determination is made by the following steps,
generating an address adding window to be monitored;
collecting the email address information input by the user and the corresponding instant messaging contact information of the user.
6. The method for instant messaging recording external communication data according to claim 1, wherein: or the external communication data is acquired by a third party terminal except the terminal of the instant communication client, and the steps are that,
presetting a current terminal agent module and a third-party terminal agent module, wherein the third-party terminal agent module is used for acquiring external communication data generated on a third-party terminal, and the current terminal agent module is used for communicating with the third-party terminal agent module, pushing an instruction to the third-party terminal agent module and acquiring data acquired by the third-party terminal agent module;
the third-party terminal agent module is used for monitoring the external communication data generated by the third-party terminal,
judging whether corresponding monitoring data can be obtained or not;
and under the condition of obtaining, pushing the obtained data to the current terminal agent module, or pushing the obtained data to a specified system server, and downloading the data by the current terminal agent module through the system server.

The method for instant messaging recording external communication data according to claim 1, wherein: an external communication data index control is arranged on an ITEM and/or an instant communication interactive interface of a corresponding contact in an instant communication client, and after a trigger message for the control is acquired and acquired, an operation interface with corresponding external communication data is triggered, started and summarized.

The method for instant messaging recording external communication data according to claim 1, wherein: an external communication data export control is arranged on an ITEM and/or an instant communication interactive interface of a corresponding contact in an instant communication client, after a trigger message aiming at the control is acquired, a document file is created, corresponding external communication data is summarized, or the external communication data and the instant communication interactive data are written into the document file for storage.

the current mobile phone agent module is arranged corresponding to the external communication data acquisition unit and is used for establishing a monitoring relation for mobile phone short message data and/or mobile phone call data generated by a terminal when the external communication data acquisition unit and the external communication data display unit are positioned in the same terminal, and after the corresponding monitoring data are obtained, the acquired data are subjected to data storage through a storage path of the terminal guided by the instant communication client and/or are pushed to a system server appointed by the instant communication client for storage; or only collecting the index information of the existing storage path of the acquired data;
and/or, a mail agent module is arranged corresponding to the external communication data acquisition unit and used for establishing a monitoring relation for electronic mail data generated by the terminal when the external communication data acquisition unit and the external communication data display unit are positioned in the same terminal, acquiring the electronic mail data generated between the user in the terminal and an instant communication contact person thereof, and storing the acquired data by a storage path guided by the instant communication client through the terminal and/or pushing the acquired data to a system server appointed by the instant communication client for storage; or only collecting the index information of the existing storage path of the acquired data;
and/or a third-party terminal agent module is arranged corresponding to the external communication data acquisition unit and used for monitoring external communication data generated by the third-party terminal when the external communication data acquisition unit and the external communication data display unit are positioned in different terminals, and pushing the acquired data to the current terminal agent module or pushing the acquired data to a specified system server and downloading the data by the current terminal agent module through the system server under the condition of acquiring the corresponding monitoring data.
