本发明涉及到热保护器领域，特别是涉及到一种塑封电机热保护器安装卡。
背景技术
传统的塑封电机安装热保护器时，需要用胶水在热保护器和槽之间固定；这种安装方式存在以下缺点：胶水的量不好控制、胶水受环境的变化会失效、热保护器易脱落等，从而造成电机的安全隐患。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是要提供一种塑封电机热保护器安装卡，它能地克服现有安装方式所存在以上的缺陷。
本发明的目的是这样实现的：塑封电机热保护器安装卡，包括限位B、限位C，其特征在于：所述的限位C侧面设置有限位B，所述的限位B的上方设置有限位D，所述的限位D相邻的面上设置有限位E；限位C的下面设置有限位A。
本发明解决了热保护器的失效隐患，不容易脱落，安全可靠。

具体实施方式
参照附图，塑封电机热保护器安装卡，包括限位B2、限位C3，其特征在于：所述的限位C3侧面设置有限位B2，所述的限位B2的上方设置有限位D4，所述的限位D4相邻的面上设置有限位E5；限位C3的下面设置有限位A1；具体实施时，限位A与热保护器安装槽A面配合，将热保护器定位在热保护器槽中，使热保护器不能背向引出线方向脱落，同时，限位A的沟形部分能防止安装卡从电机上脱落；限位B与热保护器安装槽B面配合；限位C与热保护器安装槽C面配合，防止保护器脱落；限位D与热保护器安装槽D面配合，安装卡就紧固保护器，同时，安装卡也不会从热保护器安装槽中脱落；限位E与热保护器安装槽E面配合，起到固定引出线线束的作用。

1.塑封电机热保护器安装卡，包括限位B(2)、限位C(3)，其特征在于：所述的限位C(3)侧面设置有限位B(2)，所述的限位B(2)的上方设置有限位D(4)，所述的限位D(4)相邻的面上设置有限位E(5)；限位C(3)的下面设置有限位A(1)，限位A(1)与热保护器安装槽A面配合，将热保护器定位在热保护器槽中，使热保护器不能背向引出线方向脱落，同时，限位A(1)的沟形部分能防止安装卡从电机上脱落；限位B(2)与热保护器安装槽B面配合；限位C(3)与热保护器安装槽C面配合，防止保护器脱落；限位D(4)与热保护器安装槽D面配合，安装卡就紧固保护器，同时，安装卡也不会从热保护器安装槽中脱落；限位E(5)与热保护器安装槽E面配合，起到固定引出线线束的作用。
