Abstract
一种能锚固在圆筒形钻孔中的楔牢式膨胀塞头,它具有一个带有一个逐渐变窄的内镗孔(6)的圆锥形逐渐尖削的膨胀部位,一个膨胀芯杆(4)可以被打入至该内镗孔内。在膨胀套管(1)的自由端处突出有一个具有一个圆周边刃口(11)的环形管周颈圈(10)。当膨胀时,环形管周颈圈(10)连同其刃口(11)深入到砖石结构中,在膨胀塞头和砖石结构之间产生一个牢靠的连接。
Description
本发明涉及一种能锚固在混凝土构件或类似的砖石结构中的圆筒形钻孔内的楔牢式膨胀塞头,它带有一个纵向裂口的膨胀套管,套管可以在钻孔中膨胀,在其圆锥形的逐渐变窄的内镗孔内可以打进一个膨胀芯杆。
美国专利US-PS 1392108中公开了一种类似的膨胀塞头,该塞头具有一个其中带有一个逐渐收缩的内镗孔的膨胀套管,为了锚固住膨胀套管,须在内镗孔中打入一个膨胀杆芯。该膨胀塞头的膨胀套管的外表面朝着其进口直至一个具有切削刃的环形卷边逐渐缩小。通过一个设置在膨胀套管上的端头凸缘使膨胀套管的顶端与钻孔底保持一定距离。这样就有可能将环形卷边连同打入的膨胀杆芯一起压入钻孔壁内。通过该端头凸缘,膨胀塞头只能以这样的方式使用,即在通过准备固定的物件时必须将膨胀塞头打入固定的基础内。这样,准备固定的物件的厚度就决定了膨胀塞头打入固定的基础内的深度。此外,不把膨胀塞头毁坏就不能把固定的物件从固定的基础内取出。
由于这个缺点,通常的膨胀塞头上就不带有端头凸缘。欧洲专利EP-A-0056854公开的膨胀塞头在打入膨胀杆芯时为了支撑膨胀套管,需要将钻孔基础扩开。在打入膨胀杆芯时,由于逐渐变小的钻孔基础和同时朝着钻孔基础方向移动,膨胀塞头的张开受到很大的阻碍。一个这样的带有一个切削刃的的环形卷边的膨胀塞头装置压入钻孔的壁内几乎是不可能的。
在德国专利DE 3833774 C1号上发表了一种可用于锚固在一个圆锥形地向里扩展的钻孔中的楔牢式膨胀塞头。这种已知的楔牢式膨胀塞头具有一个带有一个逐渐变窄的内镗孔的膨胀套管,内镗孔内可以打进一个膨胀芯杆。在膨胀的部位内,膨胀套管的外表面是圆柱形的。如果用在圆柱形的钻孔内就不可能将膨胀芯杆打入膨胀套管的逐渐变窄的内镗孔内。
本发明的目的在于提供一种能锚固在圆筒形钻孔中的楔牢式膨胀塞头,这种塞头有可能在一个混凝土构件或一些其它相类似的砖石结构中形成相互锁结连接。
本发明的目的是这样达到的,即这种膨胀塞头带有一个具有纵向裂口的膨胀套管,套管朝着其前方自由端逐渐缩小到一个环形管周颈圈处,该管周颈圈有一个径向的圆周边刃边。也就是说,该膨胀套管具有一锥形外表面,在其自由端处突伸出一个环形管周颈圈,该管周颈圈具有一径向的圆周边刃口。当膨胀时,环形管周颈圈连同其刃口深入到钻孔的圆柱形壁内,因而在楔牢式膨胀塞头和砖石结构之间产生一个相互锁结的连接。在优选的实施例中只提供了一个单一的环形管周颈圈。当使用更多的带圆周边刃口的环形管周颈圈时,将膨胀芯杆打入到逐渐变窄的内镗孔内就比较困难了。然而,在特殊的情形中,带有多个环形管周颈圈的实施方式也可以是适合的。在非膨胀状态下,环形管周颈圈的直径与楔牢式膨胀塞头的外径相等。只有在膨胀套管膨胀后,环形管周颈圈才明显地突出到膨胀塞头的直径之外,从而确保了牢牢地锚固在圆柱形钻孔之内。
用于膨胀的膨胀芯杆具有一个圆锥形的伸长部份,其外表面与膨胀塞头的中心轴线形成的夹角比圆锥形逐渐变窄的内镗孔的壁与膨胀塞头中心轴线形成的夹角要来得扁。由此导致这样的结果:即在膨胀操作开始时,膨胀芯杆顶压在逐渐变窄的内镗孔的前面部位,即环形管周颈圈所处位置。因此,当膨胀芯杆被打入时,膨胀压力直接从里面作用在环形管周颈圈上。实验证明使用了这方法后就有可能使环形管周颈圈的圆周边刃口深入到非常坚硬的混凝土构件中去。外表面的角度可以是例如从12°至14°,而膨胀部位圆锥形内镗孔的壁可以有大约为15°至18°的角度。以一个13°的圆锥形伸长部份角度和一个16°的内镗孔角度所做的试验获得了很大的成功。但是,需要明确指出这些角度数据并不意味着是对所列角度范围的任何限制。根据用途,与此不同的角度也可能是合适的。
在膨胀芯杆上,特别是在圆锥形伸长部份的部位上覆以一低摩擦层是非常有益的,这样有利于膨胀。
该优选的实施例在膨胀套管的端面上使用了一个塑料的间隔盖,该间隔盖有一个接纳室,膨胀芯杆的圆锥形伸长部份在膨胀过程中即穿入该接纳室。为了避免对膨胀套管膨胀的不必要的妨碍,要选择一种具有良好滑动性能的塑料来做间隔盖。然而,如果在膨胀塞头上,靠近钻孔的开口处突出有一个限位环以限制住膨胀塞头穿入至钻孔内,则这种间隔盖就可以不用。限位环这样就形成一个防止膨胀塞头穿入至钻孔的底部的限深挡块。在这种方式下,钻孔的底部范围内就可以有足够的自由空间来容纳打入的膨胀芯杆的圆锥形伸长部份。
为实现上述目的而提供的一种楔牢式膨胀塞头,它是由一个具有一个朝该塞头的插入端逐渐变窄的内镗孔的膨胀套管和一个可以被打入该内镗孔内的膨胀杆芯构成的,该膨胀套管的外表面朝着其插入端逐渐缩小到一个环形管周颈圈处,该管周颈圈有一个切削刃口,其特征在于:该膨胀杆芯具有一个圆锥形伸长部份,该伸长部份在膨胀过程中接合在膨胀套管的圆锥形地逐渐变窄的内镗孔内,伸长部份的外表面相对于膨胀塞头的中心轴线的延伸角度小于还没有膨胀的膨胀套管的圆锥形逐渐变窄的内镗孔的延伸角度,并且在膨胀套管的端面上放置有一个用塑料材料或其它的一些能够滑动的材料制成的间隔盖,该间隔盖有一个接纳室以备膨胀芯杆的圆锥形伸长部份在膨胀套管膨胀时得以被打入其内。
下面将对本发明的实施例结合附图进行更为详细的描述,其中:
图1示出膨胀套管,其一半作了剖视;
图2示出锚固在混凝土构件的钻孔内的膨胀塞头。
图1中所示的膨胀塞头由一个可膨胀的膨胀套管1构成,该套管合并到一个带有内螺纹3的固定部份2。一个带有一个圆锥形逐渐削尖的圆锥形伸长部份5的膨胀芯杆4位于膨胀套管1内,圆锥形伸长部份5伸入膨胀套管1的逐渐变窄的内镗孔6内。膨胀套管1具有多条分布在其周边上的纵向裂口7。
膨胀套管1具有一个圆锥形逐渐削尖的外表面8,其延伸到一个形成在膨胀套管1的自由端9上的环形管周颈圈10。环形管周颈圈10具有一个径向的圆周边刃口11,其直径相当于膨胀塞头杆12的直径。
放在膨胀套管1的端而13上的是一个间隔盖14,它具有一个接纳室15,圆锥形伸长部份5可以被钉入其内。
圆锥形伸长部份5具有一个外表面16,它带有的相对于中心轴线17的倾斜角度小于内镗孔6的倾斜角度。因此在膨胀套管1的前面部位处产生一个支承点18。
外表面16覆有一层低摩擦材料19,例如覆有一塑料材料的覆盖层,以便改善膨胀芯杆4的滑动性能。
图2示出锚固在一个混凝土构件21的一个钻孔20内的膨胀塞头。膨胀芯杆4由一个撞击工具打入到以虚线所示的位置上,其圆锥形伸长部份5突入到间隔盖14的接纳室15内。环形管周颈圈10穿过钻孔的壁深入到混凝土构件21内。膨胀塞头就这样牢牢地锚固在混凝土构件21中,因而一个物件23就可以利用一个螺钉22以图中所示的方式被固定在壁表面24上。
带有膨胀套管1和固定部份2的膨胀塞头最好由一个整件的套管状金属部件构成。如果不用内螺纹,则也同样可以在杆12上形成一外螺纹,在这种情况下,杆12当然必须足以突出到钻孔外面,以便使物件23能够用一个螺母将其拧牢。
Claims (6)
1.一种楔牢式膨胀塞头,它是由一个具有一个朝该塞头的插入端逐渐变窄的内镗孔(6)的膨胀套管(1)和一个可以被打入该内镗孔(6)内的膨胀杆芯(4)构成的,该膨胀套管(1)的外表面(8)朝着其插入端逐渐缩小到一个环形管周颈圈(10)处,该管周颈圈有一个切削刃口(11),其特征在于:该膨胀杆芯(4)具有一个圆锥形伸长部份(5),该伸长部份在膨胀过程中接合在膨胀套管(1)的圆锥形地逐渐变窄的内镗孔(6)内,伸长部份的外表面(16)相对于膨胀塞头的中心轴线(17)的延伸角度小于还没有膨胀的膨胀套管(1)的圆锥形逐渐变窄的内镗孔(6)的延伸角度,并且在膨胀套管(1)的端面(13)上放置有一个用塑料材料或其它的一些能够滑动的材料制成的间隔盖(14),该间隔盖有一个接纳室(15)以备膨胀芯杆(4)的圆锥形伸长部份(5)在膨胀套管(1)膨胀时得以被打入其内。
2.如权利要求1所述的楔牢式膨胀塞头,其特征在于:该膨胀套管(1)的圆锥形逐渐削尖的外表面(8)上突出有至少一个带有圆周刃口的附加环形管周颈圈。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的楔牢式膨胀塞头,其特征在于处于未膨胀状态的环形管周颈圈(10)的直径等于楔牢式膨胀塞头的杆(12)的直径。
4.如权利要求1所述的楔牢式膨胀塞头,其特征在于该圆锥形伸长部份(5)的外表面(16)以介于12°至14°范围内的角度延伸,而该圆锥形内镗孔(6)的壁以介于15°至18°范围内的角度延伸。
5.如权利要求1所述的楔牢式膨胀塞头,其特征在于该膨胀芯杆(4)的圆锥形伸长部份(5)在膨胀开始时和膨胀的过程中是与逐渐变窄的内镗孔(6)的前面部份相接触的。
6.如权利要求1所述的楔牢式膨胀塞头,其特在于该膨胀芯杆(4)上覆盖有一低摩擦层(19)。
