技术领域
本发明涉及固定建筑物技术领域,具体涉及一种固定建筑物的新型钢结构系统。
背景技术
低碳节能,是全球人类共同的任务和目标,而可持续科学发展的低碳节能建筑是其中的一个重要方面。现有的固定建筑物大都为钢筋混凝土结构,现场浇注,现场施工,原材料浪费严重,建筑垃圾多,费工费时,速度慢,能耗高,质量不可控,不能实现标准化、工厂化生产,不符合国家的环保节能政策,是一种淘汰的落后工艺方法。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:解决上述现有技术存在的问题,而提供一种工厂化标准化生产、现场组装、省工省时、速度快、无建筑垃圾、节省原材料、抗震、建筑强度高、环保节能的新型钢结构系统。
本发明采用的技术方案是:
这种新型钢结构系统,具有钢结构立柱和钢结构楼板,钢结构立柱与钢结构楼板采用螺栓连接。
上述技术方案中,钢结构立柱与钢结构楼板的梁之间安装有斜撑。
上述技术方案中,钢结构立柱与钢结构楼板的梁围成矩形,部分或所有矩形角上安装布置有斜撑。
本发明完全改变了传统落后的钢筋混凝土现场浇注施工方法,而采用新型钢结构系统,这样就可实现工厂化标准化生产,质量可控,现场组装,省工省时,速度快,质量好,节省原材料,无建筑垃圾,环保节能,而且建筑强度高,抗震抗灾,是建筑领域的重大创新。采用本发明的新型钢结构系统与其它工厂化标准化生产的抗震节能净化建筑部件一起构建可持续建筑能实现9度抗震,5倍节能,20倍空气净化,7%的建筑用工量,93%的工厂化程度,360小时建30层高楼,改写了人类的建筑历史。

具体实施方式
参见图1、图2,本发明的新型钢结构系统,具有钢结构立柱1和钢结构楼板2,钢结构立柱1与钢结构楼板2采用螺栓4连接。
上述技术方案中,钢结构立柱1与钢结构楼板的梁5之间安装有斜撑3。
上述技术方案中,钢结构立柱1与钢结构楼板的梁5围成矩形,部分或所有矩形角上安装布置有斜撑3。

1.一种新型钢结构系统,其特征在于:具有钢结构立柱和钢结构楼板,钢结构立柱与钢结构楼板采用螺栓连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型钢结构系统,其特征在于:所述的钢结构立柱与钢结构楼板的梁之间安装有斜撑。
3.根据权利要求1所述的新型钢结构系统,其特征在于:所述的钢结构立柱与钢结构楼板的梁围成矩形,部分或所有矩形角上安装布置有斜撑。
