Description

Footwear with improved upper
Technical field
The present invention relates to comprise sport footwear or the walking shoes of outer heelpiece and upper of a shoe, for every footwear, upper of a shoe comprises for wrapping up the cladding of foot. The heelpiece of every footwear and upper of a shoe are soft, to allow the crooked of good foot stretching, extension and user's shank or to tilt. The field that described footwear can be used is as walking, running on rule or rolling ground, cycling, ball game or other field.
Background technology
For estimated purposes, relate to enough comfortablenesses and hold foot, especially by noting the good management and control of shoe temperature and humidity. This is important aspect running for example, and running is a kind of like this motion: user's achievement is subject to the impact of these factors especially.
Knownly for a long time use one or more material layers, as leather, nature or synthetic fabrics or various analog, manufacture the upper of a shoe of footwear.
The upper of a shoe of this footwear is suitable for carried out activity usually well: by keeping foot warm but not overheated, the upper of a shoe of this footwear provides enough comfortablenesses to foot.Yet, in some cases, comfortableness occurs sometimes and becomes not enough.
This situation for example occur in when footwear in the rain, while being used in the wet lawn of filtering, or as the distance of running in footwear while being soaked. In fact as long as walk and will occur through turbulent flow or in the puddles of water.
Service condition mentioned above causes that water enters footwear inside. In fact, the composition material of upper of a shoe has certain porosity, in the course of time, makes water enter.Upper of a shoe is soaked gradually, until soaked into, from this threshold value, water inlet is possible. This phenomenon especially is verified at the front end of footwear, because, along with mobile speed, this part is that exposure is maximum. Therefore, water preferentially infiltrates toe-cap.Therefore, footwear become uncomfortable.Foot turns cold.Skin may irriate, and in fact this cause injured.
For footwear are improved, prior art seeks to avoid into water. For this reason, the upper of a shoe of footwear becomes and seals.
For example, be set to add film in the thickness of upper of a shoe.Film is made by the synthetic material little with thickness usually, and film stops water to pass through.Thereby water can not pass to enter in footwear, even if the skin of upper of a shoe is soaked into. This protection foot is not subject to the intrusion of water.Yet, in some cases, comfortableness still can occur and become not enough.
This situation for example occurs in to be used for a long time when footwear, or high strength ground is while being used.In this case, foot perspires, and this means that foot produces water.Due to the sealing of footwear, water can not be discharged to outside footwear.Run counter to ground, the user is in the state of filtering heat and wet in every pin. This allow to keep good activity, but this situation also causes and can produce injured stimulation.
Thereby occur, interimly not in various situations or when each of operational phase according to the footwear of prior art provide enough comfortablenesses, the footwear according to prior art on this meaning can not be entirely satisfactory.Especially such when competing for running shoe, match continues a few hours and is various at the weather conditions that are associated with use during the games and stress.
Summary of the invention
By comparison, the footwear that are the practical activity to addressing for preamble of catalogue of the present invention are improved.Especially, the object of the invention is to retain the comfortableness of footwear.More exactly, the present invention seeks to reduce, and even eliminates the volume that can be present in the water in footwear.
For this reason, the present invention proposes a kind of footwear, and described footwear comprise outer heelpiece and upper of a shoe, footwear extend to leading section from rearward end on length, on width, extend in the outside and inboard between, and in height from heelpiece extend to upper end, after-opening is defined in upper end, and upper of a shoe comprises the first cladding.
Footwear according to the present invention are characterised in that, the first cladding comprises rear section, rear section itself comprises lateral wall, rear wall and madial wall, rear section mushy or more not anti-current body is at least in part passed through, and, the first cladding comprises forward part, and forward part itself comprises lateral wall, antetheca and madial wall, and forward part is that the anti-current body passes through or sealing.
At the front end of footwear, the forward part of the first cladding stops or greatly reduces water and infiltrate upper of a shoe inside.Consider that forward part is exposed to the splash of water maximum---for example in running, due to speed, cause, the principal risk that water infiltrates in footwear is avoided. As for the rear section of the first cladding, it enough easily or easily allows to discharge the water that may exist in upper of a shoe. This part is not accepted, or only accepts the splash of the water of a little.Water that but, may enter or that produced by foot can be discharged from.Even if basic concept of the present invention is to discharge unnecessary water---receive remainder, to remain under a threshold value, from this threshold value, footwear may become uncomfortable.
Finally, thus unnecessary water is eliminated.Even if remain with little water in the cladding of upper of a shoe, this is a small amount of, sometimes or even minute quantity, does not more even have.In various situations, with the humidity that the footwear of using according to prior art obtain, compare, user's foot keeps being exposed to humidity enough in low atmosphere.Consequent advantage is that comfort level increases.Especially, while running on damp ground---can continue the running of a few hours, surprisingly, by means of foot of the present invention only considerably less, even be not exposed to water at all, and user's comfortableness obviously increases. Then produce the good protection to foot. Therefore, sports achievement is improved.

-Fig. 4 is the view sub-anatomy of a wall body of forward part of the first cladding of the footwear of Fig. 1,
-Fig. 5 is the view sub-anatomy of a wall body of rear section of the first cladding of the footwear of Fig. 1.
The specific embodiment
Hereinafter described embodiment relates to for example running shoe. But the present invention is applicable to other field in field as mentioned before.
The embodiment proposed is described to Fig. 5 by means of Fig. 1.
As shown in Figure 1, running shoe is arranged for the foot that holds the user.Known ground, footwear 1 comprise outer heelpiece 2 and the upper of a shoe 3 be connected mutually with heelpiece.Footwear extend between rearward end or heel 4 and leading section or toe-cap 5 according to longitudinal direction L on length, and according to horizontal direction W, extend between the outside 6 and inboard 7 on width.
As shown, upper of a shoe 3 comprises lower part 10, and lower part is arranged for parcel foot, but does not comprise any high part.Yet the present invention also is applicable to comprise the footwear of high part, high part is arranged for the parcel ankle and wraps up when needed a part of shank of user.
According to described embodiment, upper of a shoe 3 and therefore same lower part 10, have top or upper end 12.Therefore, footwear in height from heelpiece 2 extend to upper end 12.
Can observe, after-opening 13 is defined in upper end 12, and after-opening is positioned near rearward end 4, is provided for holding bottom or a part of ankle of ankle.
Footwear 1 are configured to allow: the inclination of shank when controlling slide plate, and the good stretching, extension of foot during walking, the transmission of sensory information, for supporting or the transmission of the impact information of land (r é ception). Here it is, and why outer heelpiece 2 is relative soft with upper of a shoe 3.
Non-limiting ground, upper of a shoe 3 comprises that the first cladding 14, the first claddings are shown schematically on Fig. 2.The first cladding 14 forms the interior part of upper of a shoe 3.Thereby the first cladding 14 defines the outside 6 and inboard 7 of heel 4, toe-cap 5 and upper of a shoe 3.As a supplement, upper of a shoe 3 comprises that the second cladding 15, the second claddings are visual on Fig. 1, and the second cladding covers the first cladding 14.Therefore, the second cladding 15 also defines the outside 6 and inboard 7 of heel 4, toe-cap 5 and upper of a shoe 3.To see better that hereinafter 15 pairs of footwear 1 of the second cladding are reinforced, and retain the flexibility of footwear simultaneously, be particularly effective for the reversible fastening of upper of a shoe.
According to the present invention, especially with reference to Fig. 2, the first cladding 14, it is actually for directly wrapping up the interior cladding of foot, the first cladding comprises that 20, rear section, rear section itself comprises lateral wall 21, rear wall 22 and madial wall 23, and rear section 20 is mushy or more not anti-current body passes through.
Can consider, the only part of rear section 20 is mushy.Still, according to the present invention, the first cladding 14 comprises forward part 25, and forward part itself comprises lateral wall 26, antetheca 27 and madial wall 28, and forward part 25 is that the anti-current body passes through or sealing.Related fluid is the outside or inner water from footwear.
So construct, interior cladding 14 fully or very doughtily stops passing through of water in its forward part. This is particularly advantageous aspect running, and this is because, due to gait of march, the front end of footwear 1 directly receives the splash of possible water in large quantities. The splash of water is from the dew on for example rain, grass or other. Then make, foot is prevented water, at least is the protection that unnecessary water immerses.
According to selected application, interior cladding 14 slightly or more consumingly allows water passing through in its rear section. This cause part even all discharges may be contained in the water in footwear 1, these water or infiltrate by outside, or produce by foot.Rear portion is that the unsealed fact allows to discharge fully humidity surprisingly.
Finally, footwear 1 are configured to limit the water yield that it may hold, and remain under the threshold value that retains its comfortableness simultaneously.
Non-limiting ground, the lateral wall 21 of the rear section 20 of the first cladding 14, rear wall 22 and madial wall 23 form a continuous member. This has simplified the even contact of rear side on cladding 14 of manufacturing and be beneficial to foot, makes more comfortable and lighter.
For identical theory, the lateral wall 26 of the forward part 25 of the first cladding 14, antetheca 27 and madial wall 28 form a continuous member.Again, this has simplified the even contact of front side on cladding 14 of manufacturing and be beneficial to foot, makes more comfortable and lighter.
Can notice, each extends rear section 20 and forward part 25 on the whole height of upper of a shoe 3, according to proposed embodiment, on the whole height of lower part 10, extends. This gives footwear 1 with the porous on its whole height or the characteristic of sealing.
Can notice, dock in the direction that the rear section 20 of the first cladding 14 and forward part 25 extend mutually at them. The surface of the cladding 14 that this accurately will allow water to pass through with do not allow or the surface of only considerably less the cladding that allows water to pass through separates.
Usually, the connecting portion 30 of the connecting portion 29 of the lateral wall 21,26 of forward part 25 and rear section 20 and the madial wall 23,28 of forward part 25 and rear section 20, each length at the footwear 1 from leading section 5 35% to 70% a distance, know, from 45% to 60% value provides good result. In fact, this distribution is beneficial to the front side of foot is remained on to comfortable temperature. This relates to, and the front side to foot, particularly toe are excessive in temperature, protection when particularly mistake is cold.In fact, the blood circulation towards the foot end is few.
As reference, Fig. 5 is understandable, and the lateral wall 21 of rear section 20, rear wall 22 and madial wall 23 comprise three layer 35,36,37.For example be set to give these layers with different features, to optimize the characteristic of wall body 21,22,23.According to described embodiment, non-limiting ground, ground floor 35 is the common linings that are arranged for contact foot. For this reason, ground floor is made by for example quite meticulous fabric, is constructed the friction on wall body in order to anti-anti-foot.Then, the second layer 36 be clipped between other layer brings comfortableness. The second layer can be thicker, for example by reticulated, reticulated foams or various similar material, is made. Finally, the 3rd layer 37 is protective layers, the pressure or the friction that for the protection of the second layer 36 defence, by the second cladding 15, are produced.
For identical thinking, the lateral wall 26 of forward part 25, antetheca 27 and madial wall 28 comprise four layer 41,42,43,44.Still be set to give these layers with different features, to optimize the characteristic of wall body 26,27,28.As the setting for rear section 20, non-limiting ground, ground floor 41 is the linings that are arranged for contact foot. Then, still as the setting for rear section 20, the second layer 42 is clipped in addition between two-layer 41,43, so that more comfortable. But here differently, the lateral wall 26 of forward part 25, antetheca 27 and madial wall 28 comprise the sealant 43 of waterproof.Sealing layer 43 is sandwiched in addition between two- layer 42,44 equally; Sealant 43 is thin, or even thickness is less than the very thin of 1mm, knows, and the thickness that is less than 0.2mm provides good result.Sealant 43 for example is comprised of synthetic material membrane, and synthetic material is as polyethylene, polyamide, polyurethane or various similar material. When needed, sealing of sealant 43-ventilative, i.e. waterproof and ventilative. Then be protective layer 44, as the setting to rear section 20.Finally, whole part 25 due to sealant 43 but the sealing.
Addedly, and non-mandatorily, the upper of a shoe 3 of footwear 1 is configured to conveniently wear footwear or take off one's shoes, foot enter in footwear or from footwear, go out from. For this reason, central opening 48 is defined in upper end 12, and central opening extends after-opening 13 forward, and footwear 1 comprise tongue-like pieces 49, and tongue-like pieces is arranged for and seals partly at least central opening 48.
