s310, responding to the first behavior of the user, and acquiring the current network state;
it should be noted that the method provided in the embodiment of the present invention may be applied to a client device and may also be applied to a server, which is not limited in the present invention.
For example, when the method provided by the embodiment of the present invention is applied to a client device, the behavior of a user may be monitored, and then, in response to the first behavior of the user, the network state may be monitored by, for example, determining the network connection state at predetermined intervals, reading the network speed, and the like, so as to obtain the current network state.
For another example, when the method provided by the embodiment of the present invention is applied to a server, the server may receive a message including a current network state monitored by a client device where the user is located in response to a first behavior of the user, and may feed back the message for performing a relevant operation for a second behavior to the client device when performing the relevant operation for the second behavior.
The first behavior described in the embodiment of the present invention may be any behavior performed by the user when using the application software running on the client device, for example, a behavior of not downloading the media file in the cloud to the local, a behavior of playing the media file at high sound quality, a behavior of playing the media file, and the like, and is not limited in the present invention.
The network state described in the embodiment of the present invention may be any state that reflects a network condition, such as a network normal connection state, a network non-connection state, a wifi connection state, a non-wifi connection state, a network speed normal state, a network speed abnormal state, and the like.
And S320, when the acquired current network state meets the execution condition of the second behavior, executing relevant operation aiming at the second behavior.
The second behavior described in the embodiment of the present invention may be a related behavior that can be performed based on the first behavior of the user and the network state setting. In practical applications, the first behavior, the second behavior execution condition, and the operation related to the second behavior may be set according to the relationship between the functions provided by the application software running on the client device and the requirement of the functions on the network state. The specific content of performing the relevant operation for the second behavior can be set according to implementation requirements. For example, the second action may be performed by issuing a prompt message to the user to perform the second action. Of course, other relevant operations may also be included, for example, relevant data required for the execution of the second behavior may be downloaded, and the like, which is not limited in the present invention.
In the following, embodiments of the invention will be described in detail with reference to several possible embodiments.
For example, in one possible implementation manner, the first action of the user may be to download the media file in the cloud to the local, the second action may be to download the media file to the local, and the execution condition of the second action may be that the network state connection is normal. The embodiment can guide the user to timely download when the user is in a network connection environment. Specifically, the embodiment may include:
responding to the behavior that the user does not download the media file from the server, and acquiring the current network state;
and when the acquired current network state shows that the connection is normal, sending a prompt that the current network state is normal and the media file can be downloaded to the user.
For another example, in a possible implementation manner, the first behavior of the user may be that "downloading using a mobile communication network" is not selected, and downloading is selected when wifi connection is normal, and the user leaves the wifi environment when downloading is not completed, the second behavior may be that downloading is automatically continued, and the execution condition of the second behavior may be that the current network state shows that wifi connection is normal. By applying the embodiment, incomplete downloading can be automatically continuously executed for the user when the wifi is connected. Specifically, the embodiment may include:
responding to the behaviors that the downloading is not selected to use the mobile communication network, the downloading is selected when the wifi connection is normal, and the current network state is obtained when the downloading is not completed;
and when the obtained current network state shows that the wifi connection is normal, automatically continuing to execute uncompleted downloading for the user.
For another example, in a possible implementation manner, the first behavior of the user may be a behavior of playing the media file according to a first sound quality, the second behavior may be a behavior of guiding the user to switch to a second sound quality, and the execution condition of the second behavior may be that the current network state meets a network speed requirement of playing according to the second sound quality. The embodiment can be applied to guide the user to select the proper tone quality playing behavior. Specifically, the embodiment may include:
responding to the behavior of a user for playing the media file according to the first tone quality, and acquiring the current network state;
and when the acquired current network state does not meet the requirement of the first tone quality, sending a prompt message for playing the media file according to the second tone quality to the user, and/or entering a tone quality switching page so that the user can select the second tone quality to play the media file.
The first tone quality can be high tone quality, for example, when the media file is played with high tone quality, the media file is relatively large, when the network speed is slow, the playing pause can occur, when the playing pause duration exceeds a threshold value, the media file is not suitable for playing with high tone quality, and the requirement of playing with low tone quality is met, the second tone quality can be low tone quality, a prompt message for playing the media file according to low tone quality is sent to a user, and/or, a tone quality switching page is entered so that the user can select the media file played with low tone quality; or,
the first tone quality can be low tone quality, for example, when the network speed is fast, the requirement of low tone quality playing is not met, and the requirement of high tone quality playing is met, then the second tone quality can be high tone quality, a prompt message for playing the media file according to the high tone quality is sent to the user, and/or the tone quality switching page is entered so that the user can select the high tone quality to play the media file.
For another example, in a possible implementation manner, the first behavior of the user may be a behavior of the user playing a media file, such as a media file in a media list, the second behavior may be a behavior of automatically playing a downloaded media file in the media list for the user, and the execution condition of the second behavior may be that the current network state shows wifi connection abnormality. Specifically, the embodiment may include:
responding to the action of a user for playing the media file, and acquiring the current network state;
and when the obtained current network state shows that the wifi connection is abnormal, automatically playing the downloaded media files in the media list for the user.
Or, the second behavior may be a behavior of automatically playing all media files in the media list for the user, and the execution condition of the second behavior may be that the current network status shows that the wifi connection is normal. Specifically, the embodiment may include:
responding to the action of a user for playing the media file, and acquiring the current network state;
and when the obtained current network state shows that the wifi connection is normal, automatically playing all media files in the media list for the user.
It should be noted that, in practical applications, any one or more of the above embodiments may be applied to a client device or a server, and the present invention is not limited thereto.
Therefore, by applying the behavior guidance method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the current network state is acquired in response to the first behavior of the user, and when the acquired current network state meets the execution condition of the second behavior, the related operation aiming at the second behavior is executed, so that the purpose of helping to guide the user to perform the potential next behavior based on the historical behavior and the network environment of the user is realized, and even under the condition that the user does not know the use method of the application software, the functions provided by the application software running on the client device can be smoothly used.
