Abstract
本发明涉及一种彩色即时贴膜及其制造方法。
该即时贴膜主要由经染色的聚酯薄膜膜基、膜基一侧
经真空喷涂而形成的铝层、该铝层外面的胶粘剂以及
剥离纸等组成。该方法之特征是在染液中加入一种
均染渗透剂和酯类物质,且在能均匀补充水份并及时
补充染液的条件下进行染色。
本发明的彩色即时贴膜之抗张强度、剥离强度、
持粘力均优于现有产品,并且其色彩更加鲜艳晶莹,
色牢度更佳,光老化后不起皱纹。
Description
本发明涉及一种彩色即时贴膜及其制造方法。
彩色即时贴膜是广泛地应用在商品广告、标牌和建筑物装潢上的一种薄膜状装潢材料,由于它具有色彩鲜艳、使用方便等优点,深受广大美工设计者以及普通消费者的欢迎。目前在我国,彩色胶粘贴膜已大量应用在商业广告上,但由于其膜基是纸质的,因此容易断裂,另外由于制造工艺较陈旧,其色彩也比较单调。在国外,彩色贴膜发展得较早,已广泛地应用在宣传厨窗的布置和建筑物的室内装潢上,但还存在着一些有待克服的问题。如西德的彩色即时贴膜多数是不透明的聚乙烯带色薄膜或普通塑料纸,它虽然具有材料价格低和制造工艺简单等优点,但存在着色彩不够鲜艳晶莹和容易褪色等缺点,另外,其抗张强度、剥离强度以及持粘力等均不够理想。
本发明的目的是要提供一种改进了的彩色即时贴膜,以使这种贴膜的色彩更加鲜艳晶莹,色牢度更佳(不易褪色),并且具有理想的抗张强度、剥离强度以及持粘力。
本发明的目的还在于提供上述彩色即时贴膜的制造方法,以使这种贴膜满足上述要求。
本发明的彩色即时贴膜主要由经染色的膜基、膜基一侧经真空喷涂而形成的铝层、该铝层外面涂敷的胶粘剂以及剥离纸等组成,其特征在于所说的膜基为聚酯薄膜。
本发明彩色即时贴膜的制造方法,包括对膜基进行染色、染色后去除浮色、然后进行烘干、复卷、真空喷涂铝和上胶复合,其特征在于:
a)所说的膜基为聚脂薄膜;
b)染色前,先把染料溶解在水中,然后加入一种均染渗透剂和一种酯类物质以形成染液;
c)所说的染色是在能均匀地补充水份并及时补充染液的条件下进行的;
d)所说的去除浮色是通过把经染色的膜基浸入含有洗洁剂和/或碱性物质的水中进行滚擦、然后用含有醚类的水进行擦洗而实现的。
本发明的彩色即时贴膜由于采用了聚酯薄膜作为膜基并通过上述方法进行制造,因而产生了以下效果:
1.彩色贴膜的色牢度好,即使经常性的日晒也不易褪色。
2.色彩更加鲜艳晶莹。
3.贴膜粘贴时的平整性好,不易起皱纹。
4.材料的抗张强度大,粘贴时不易破裂。
5.粘贴后的持粘力大,不易脱落。
6.光老化后不起皱纹。
以下将结合实施例来对本发明的彩色即时贴膜及其制造方法作更详细的描述。
附图是本发明彩色即时贴膜的截面示意图。
如图所示,本发明的彩色即时贴膜以经染色的聚酯薄膜为膜基[1],其品种有橙、紫、黄、深红、金黄、棕、绿、蓝等各种颜色,膜基的一面为经真空喷涂而形成的铝层[2],该铝层的外面为胶粘剂[3]以及剥离纸[4]。这里,所说的胶粘剂为水溶性压敏胶,压敏胶的厚度以2μm为宜,所说的剥离纸是一种涂塑后再涂上硅胶的纸材,它能使带胶薄膜与剥离纸复合,使用时能方便地剥离,并且在剥离纸上不带一点胶粘物。
本发明彩色即时贴膜的制造方法可分为以下几个步骤:
1.染液配制。染色前,把所定颜色的染料溶解在蒸馏水中,所说的染料为分散染料(其商品狢obacet绿5G、Foron蓝S-BGL、Foron棕S-2BL、Foron深红S-BWFL、Palanil兰S-BGF、Foron Br橙S-FL、Foron Br深红S-RL、Terasil Br黄SGFF、Pianix紫SG-SE或Palanil金黄2G),然后加入其商品名为IORSOR的均染渗透剂和水杨酸甲酯(均为微量,约为染液总量的万分之一),再以几万分之一的量加入十八烷基二甲基羟乙基铵硝酸盐(作为静电消除液),并进行高速搅拌,从而使水杨酸甲酯和染料溶解渗透在一起以形成适用于自动染色的染液。
2.膜基染色。染色过程是在能均匀地补充水份并及时补充染液的条件下进行的,这样可以避免染色膜片的色差而使整卷膜基染出的色密度一致。具体是采用浮球自动放水开关,通过排水管细孔滴水法进行均匀的水量补充,染液的均匀补充则是通过设置在染缸上的定量定时补充装置进行的。
3.去除浮色。把刚出染缸的聚酯薄膜浸入去浮色缸,该缸中为含有洗洁剂(市售的白猫牌洗洁精)和/或氢氧化钠的水溶液,洗洁剂的浓度为0.02%,氢氧化钠的浓度为0.01%,同时通过二根软性毛刷滚轴进行快速滚擦。接着把该聚酯薄膜浸入水洗缸,也用二根软性毛刷进行快速擦洗,洗涤水为流动的且含有微量的烷基聚氧乙烯醚,这样可增加水流的润滑性以消除水迹。
4.烘干。通过加热鼓风机进行烘干,热风的温度控制在70~80℃之间。
5.复卷。烘干后的聚酯薄膜被复卷在一端接地的金属滚线轴上,从而消除了膜基因受摩擦而带的电荐。
6.真空喷涂铝。对经过染色的整卷聚酯薄膜进行单面真空喷铝,喷涂前要求膜基清洁无尘且干燥,喷涂时的状态为高温蒸气状。
7.上胶复合。在喷涂的铝层上面再涂上一层作为粘结剂的水溶性压敏胶,压敏胶的粘度要适中,涂敷厚度以2μm为宜。接着在80℃的温度下进行烘干。烘干后的聚酯薄膜再与剥离纸通过两根橡胶辊轴压紧在一起,经复合卷成一卷后即成为产品。
通过对本发明的彩色即时贴膜和西德的雅佳彩色即时贴膜进行测试和比较,得到如下结果。

日立340型紫外-可见-近红外分光光度计
晒灯老化试验机XENOTEST150S
测色仪Macbeth COLOR-EYE
测试条件:温度22℃ 相对湿度73%
以上测试结果表明,本发明彩色即时贴膜的抗张强度、剥离强度和持粘力等均优于进口产品,同等条件下的镜面反射率(色彩晶莹程度的度量)也高于进口产品,另外,光老化试验后不起皱纹。
Claims (7)
1、一种彩色即时贴膜,主要由经染色的膜基[1]、膜基一侧经真空喷涂而形成的铝层[2]、该铝层外面的胶粘剂[3]以及剥离纸[4]等组成,其特征是所说的膜基为聚酯薄膜。
2、一种彩色即时贴膜的制造方法,包括对膜基进行染色、染色后去除浮色、然后进行烘干、复卷、真空喷涂铝和上胶复合,其特征在于:
a)所说的膜基为聚酯薄膜;
b)染色前,先把染料溶解在水中,然后加入一种均染渗透剂和一种酯类物质以形成染液;
c)所说的染色是在能均匀地补充水份并及时补充染液的条件下进行的;
d)所说的去除浮色是通过把经染色的膜基浸入含有洗洁剂和/或碱性物质的水溶液中进行滚擦、然后用含有醚类的水进行擦洗而实现的。
3、根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征是所说的水为蒸馏水,所说的酯类物质为水杨酸甲酯。
4、根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征是所说的均匀补充水份是通过排管细孔滴水法而实现的。
5、根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征是所说的碱性物质为氢氧化钠,所说的醚类为烷基聚氧乙烯醚。
6、根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征是所说的染液中还添加有作为静电消除液的十八烷基二甲基乙基铵硝酸盐。
7、根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征是所说的复卷是把经染色的聚酯薄膜在烘干后复卷在一端接地的金属滚线轴上。
