Abstract
用硫酸铜和苯扎溴铵作为主要成份,加渗透剂平平加和助剂水混配而成的杀菌剂组合物,对防治棉花枯萎病,黄萎病和苹果树枝干的腐烂病有特效;对梨树黑星病、苹果早期落叶病,棉花立枯病,霜霉病防效显著。
Description
本发明涉及一种杀菌剂组合物。
目前,应用于植物的杀菌剂尽管品种繁多,但总是不尽人意。如福美砷、843康复剂、S-921抗生素等治病单一,只能治果树的腐烂病;而有的药成本高,如843康复剂;有的药残毒大,如福美砷,代森锰锌;有的药不能与其它杀虫剂,杀螨剂混配使用,如波尔多液等。当多种病害同时发生时,只能同时喷洒多种农药,有时买到这种药却买不到那种药,且药效又低,使用起来极不方便,又不安全,费工费钱,特别是棉花的黄萎病,苹果树的斑点落叶病,梨树的黑星病等病害非常严重,当前还没有一种真正高效,低毒,使用经济方便的杀菌剂面世,年年造成重大损失。
本发明的目的是:提供一种高效,低毒,使用安全,经济方便,可与多种杀虫剂,杀螨剂混配使用的广谱性杀菌剂。
本发明提供一种杀菌剂组合物。它由苯扎溴铵和硫酸铜为主要成份,加渗透剂平平加和助剂水混配而成。
苯扎溴铵是阳离子型的表面活性杀菌剂,集中作用于菌体表面,通过阳电荷和菌体阴电荷结合破坏菌体外膜结构,引起菌体蛋白质变性致使菌体死亡,硫酸铜中的铜离子,一方面能同菌体细胞蛋白质结合,使其变性或凝固,使菌体死亡,另一方面它能保护植物叶面气孔,使细菌不易浸入,使细菌得不到繁殖和生存;渗透剂平平加是一种表面活性剂,它的主要作用是使以上两种成份均匀分散到被保护植物表面,以利杀菌和保护叶面;水是溶解硫酸铜和使溶液达选定浓度的必不可少的助剂。
优选的成份配比为:苯扎溴铵0.25--10;硫酸铜8--24;平平加3,水63--88.75(重量百分比)。
最佳的成份配比为:苯扎溴铵2--5;硫酸铜10--20;平平加3;水72--85(重量百分比)。
本发明的配制方法如下:将硫酸铜8--24%与3倍硫酸铜重的50--70℃的水搅拌均匀后,加平平加3%搅拌溶解,再将苯扎溴铵0.25-10%和余量的水(至百分之百重量)投入反应釜搅拌半小时,静置24小时后装瓶备用(以重量百分比计)。
本发明的优点是:
1,高效,低毒,杀菌面广:
(1)棉花枯萎病,黄萎病及立枯病的防治:采用浸种与灌根相结合的方法,首先用400倍到600倍液浸泡24小时,而后促芽播种。定苗后随即用300倍药液灌根2--3次,间隔15--20天左右,每次每株灌药液75毫升。
(2)果树腐烂病的防治:刮净病斑,涂20--50倍药液两次,间隔5天。
(3)对梨树黑星病,苹果早期落叶病(斑点落叶病),苹果炭疽病和轮纹病防治:从落花后开始,喷500倍药液,间隔10--15天一次。
(4)对果树根腐病防治:于发病初期,在树冠垂直投影范围内的地面开三,四寸深的辐射沟五,六条,顺沟浇灌200--300倍药液,而后复土,灌药液数量视树大小而定,一般每株50--150斤。
(5)对黄瓜,白菜霜霉病防治:喷500倍液,10--15天一次。
2,对植物具有调节生长的作用。
3,工艺简单,节省能源,因投入的原料全部转化成产品,故收率高,无三废排放。
4,使用经济安全方便,可与多种杀虫剂,杀螨剂混配使用。

例1:制备方法同上,配方如下(按重量份数):
苯扎溴铵 3份
硫酸铜 15份
平平加 3份
水 79份
例2,制备方法同上,配方如下(按重量份数):
苯扎溴铵 5份
硫酸铜 20份
平平加 3份
水 72份。
Claims (4)
1、杀菌剂组合物,其特征在于用苯扎溴铵0.25-10%,硫酸铜8-24%作为主要成份,加渗透剂平平加3%和助剂水63-88.75%混配而成(重量百分比)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的杀菌剂组合物,其特征在于其成份配比为:苯扎溴铵2-5%,硫酸铜10-20%,平平加3%,水72-85%(重量百分比)。
3、根据权利要求1所述的杀菌组合物的制备方法,其特征在于:将硫酸铜8-24%与3倍硫酸铜重的50-70℃的水投入反应釜中搅拌均匀后,加平平加3%搅拌溶解,再将苯扎溴铵0.25-10%和余量的水加至百分之百重量投入反应釜搅拌半小时,静置24小时后装瓶备用(重量百分比)。
4、根据权利要求1所述的杀菌剂组合物的用途,其特征在于可用于防止棉花枯萎病、黄萎病、立枯病、苹果树枝干的腐烂病、根腐病、苹果早期落叶病、梨树黑星病和蔬菜霜霉病等。
