Abstract

本发明提供一种多媒体广播组播业务发送方式切换方法及装置,所述方法包括:网络侧通知用户设备一个或多个多媒体广播组播业务(MBMS)将以点到多点(PTM)方式发送,并发送所述一个或多个MBMS的相关信息给所述用户设备。本发明确保了PTP方式到PTM方式转换过程中UE正在接收的MBMS的连续性,实现简单,易于操作。
