Abstract

本发明涉及一种单液油层堵水利,属于油田化学应用领域。该堵水剂以水泥、改性石棉颗立丙烯酰胺和膨润土为主原料,配制成水溶液,加入固化剂过硫酸胺和增强剂甲叉基双丙烯酰胺,将该堵水剂注入高渗透率或裂缝型出水油层,使之固化为一体,封堵出水层,以减少油井产水量,调整层间矛盾,减缓油田综合含水上升速度,达到控水稳油的目的。该堵水剂具有堵得浅、封堵强度高、容易解除堵塞、施工工艺简便、成本低等优点。

Description

单液油井堵水剂
本发明涉及一种单液油井堵水剂,属于油田化学应用领域。
早期注水的非均质多油层的砂岩油田,随着油田的开发,综合含水逐年升高,高渗透油层出水严重,影响中、低渗透油层生产潜力的发挥,为了减少油井产水量,调整层间矛盾,发挥中、低渗透油层的作用,必须用高强度堵水剂封堵高含水层,有效地减缓油田综合含水上升速度,提高油井产量,以达到控水稳油的目的。
目前国内外常用的堵水剂有两大类,一是以聚丙烯酰胺、丙烯晴、氯硅烷等一类选择性堵水剂,可起到同层内降低水、油比的作用,不足之处是用量大、成本高、强度低;二是以水玻璃加氯化钙为主要原料的双液堵水剂,它包括普通化学堵水和高强度化学堵水,采用该方法堵剂用量大,工艺繁琐,动用设备多。中国专利局于1991年6月19日公开了一种“复合高聚物封堵水井油井高渗透层的方法”,公开号CN1052350A,申请号为:89109209.9。该种堵剂以膨润土和丙烯酰胺为原料,无机过氧化物和无机盐类为助剂,将该堵剂注入井内,在出水层位形成粘弹性复合高分子材料,此种材料强度低、易变形、对高含水层渗透率的调节效果较好,但对渗透率差异较大的层段及压裂过的层段封堵效果较差。
本发明的目的在于避免上述已有技术的不足之处,而提供一种单液油井堵水剂,它可堵死高产液、高含水层,调整层间矛盾,发挥中、低渗透油层的生产潜力,且封堵强度高,封堵半径小,容易解堵。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案而达到:
该堵水剂配方其重量比为:水泥∶改性石棉颗粒∶丙烯酰胺∶膨润土=1.5∶1.5∶1∶1,按上述重量比配成20~40%的水溶液,然后加入0.01~0.3%的固化剂过硫酸胺和0.01~0.1%的增强剂甲叉基双丙烯酰胺。
本发明与已有技术相比在堵水剂配方内添加了水泥和改性石棉颗粒为主原料,不但价格低廉而且使固化后的堵剂有较高的封堵强度和固砂强度,从而达到堵死出水层的目的。该堵水剂内多数溶质的粒径大于砂岩孔隙,堵水剂予聚物不易进入孔隙深部,不仅限制了堵水剂用量,封堵浅,而且当需要重新开发被堵层时采用射孔或压裂就可解除堵塞。
本发明与现有技术相比具有堵剂用量少、堵得浅、封堵和固砂强度高、容易解除堵塞、工艺简便、成本低等优点。
使用时用泵将预聚物注入油井出水层位,聚合形成多组分韧硬性封堵材料,堵死出水层位。
对于高渗透率出水油层,利用上述堵水剂配方,其注入量为每米油层1-1.5m3
对于非均质厚油层或裂缝型出水层位,除使用上述高渗透出水油层堵水剂配方外,在地面泵压确定之后,根据地层不同厚度和吸水能力,还可加入转向剂:0.5~5.0%不同粒径的核桃壳,以防溶液沿裂缝突进。转向剂颗粒范围在0.45~0.9mm、0.9~2mm,2~8mm,地层厚度大、吸水能力强的选用的转向剂粒径和用量大。

  1. 一种单液油井堵水剂,其特征在于:该堵水剂配方其重量比为:水泥∶改性石棉颗粒∶丙烯酰胺∶膨润土=1.5∶1.5∶1∶1,按上述重量比配成20~40%的水溶液,然后加入0.01~0.3%的固化剂过硫酸胺和0.01~0.1%的增强剂甲叉基双丙烯酰胺。
