Abstract

自然资源在建筑物上的综合利用系统;本方案是自然资源,在城市建筑中综合利用的一个技术领域。为了能在建筑物上综合地利用自然资源,本方案采取了如下措施:在建筑物的顶楼设置顶楼储水池3,地下楼层设置地下楼层储水池4。在顶楼储水池3和地下楼层储水池4之间分别通过管道连接多台水泵5,又在顶楼储水池3和地下楼层储水池4之间通过管道连接水力发电机6。楼顶的雨水通过集雨管流入顶楼储水池3,楼顶上安装有太阳能电池1和风力发电机2。太阳能电池1和风力发电机2连接控制器,控制器分别连接多台水泵5,顶楼储水池3通过管道连接厕所,地下楼层储水池4通过管道连接花园;这样做的好处是:风能、太阳能和雨水都能得到综合的利用。

技术领域
[0001] 本方案是自然资源,特指风能、光能和雨水,在城市建筑中综合利用的一个技术领域。
背景技术
[0002] 我们居住的地球上很多自然资源有枯竭的一日,例如石油、煤炭等,化学能源的枯竭给人类的生存和发展带来了莫大的隐忧。另一方面,化学能源的消费又给我们的生存环境带来了难以逆转的破坏,当然这些都是人类自私自利的结果。要所有人,特别是富有人家自觉地降低生活享受、减小对能源的浪费几乎是不可能的。在这样的社会环境下,怎样减小对化学能源的依赖来换取人类生存环境恶化程度的减缓,是现代人该思考和动作的时候了 ;在城市的环境里,可供利用的自然资源其实是不少的,例如太阳能、风能、雨水等。但是,由于太阳光和自然风存在不稳定性,它给我们使用带来了不小的困难,增加了不少的成本。在现有技术下使用太阳能电池和风力发电机,为了获得稳定的电源都离不开配套使用蓄电池。虽然蓄电池在使用过程中,基本不会对环境有太多的污染。可是在制造和报废它时,它对环境的污染是非常大的,而且蓄电池是一个昂贵又短命的部件,它的使用必然带来成本的大幅度上升。可见大量使用蓄电池同样是一条不可接受和不能持续发展的路;专利申请号为201210008037.X (太阳能电池的高效低成本使用方法)的发明专利申请,提出了一个使用太阳能电池发电时,不使用蓄电池和逆变器,能解决太阳能电池输出不稳定的技术方案。该方案的特点是以太阳能电池供电为主,以电网供电为辅。实现了不使用蓄电池和逆变器,主要用太阳能电池稳定为家用电器或其他直流负载供电目标。该技术方案虽然能实现高效和低成本使用太阳能电池,但是,当大规模使用该项技术时,它对电网所造成的影响是电力公司所不愿见到的。因此它的使用效果并不完美。
[0003] 另一方面,我们的城市人口越来越多,城市的用水量越来越大,水厂都在超负荷运行。水资源虽然不会枯竭,但是它的紧张却愈演愈烈。水是大自然的恩赐,它无偿无私地提供给每一个人。可是在城市里一方面是用水紧张,另一方面是水资源的大量浪费,这里头还包括雨水。其实雨水是我们可以充分利用的,它可以用来冲厕所、淋花和清洁道路等。然而在城市里,大自然赐给我们的雨水是白白地流走的。真的令人感到可惜。如果能充分利用好雨水那么城市的用水紧张将得到很大的缓解。
[0004]目前城市的建筑物“越长越高”可为利用太阳能、风能和雨水提供了优厚的条件。在高空中风力是双当可观的,同时风能相对于太阳能也有它的优势,那就是它不分日夜,也不受云层的影响,几乎是24小时都可供利用;太阳能电池是静止的,使用和维护成本较低。太阳能和风能在不同的季节各有不同的表现,它们之间也有一定的季节互补性。比如夏天,太阳能较为强烈,冬天时,风能肯定占优势。所以如果能同时利用太阳能和风能可起到相互补充等的作用;虽然在城市里自然资源不少,但是,在现有技术中能充分利用的并不多见。
发明内容
[0005] 为了能在建筑物上充分、综合地利用自然资源,本方案采取了如下措施:在建筑物的顶楼设置顶楼储水池3,地下楼层设置地下楼层储水池4。在顶楼储水池3和地下楼层储水池4之间分别通过管道连接多台水栗5,又在顶楼储水池3和地下楼层储水池4之间通过管道连接水力发电机6。楼顶的雨水通过集雨管流入顶楼储水池3,楼顶上安装有太阳能电池1和风力发电机2。太阳能电池1和风力发电机2连接控制器,控制器分别连接多台水栗5,顶楼储水池3通过管道连接厕所,地下楼层储水池4通过管道连接花园。
[0006] 这样做的好处是:风能、太阳和雨水都能得到充分的利用,降低天气或气候对整个系统的影响并基本能保障全天候24小时都能发电。与此同时,本方案充分运用了建筑物的顶层与底层的高度差,利用雨水作储能和发电的介质,使蓄能和发电摆脱了过去必须依靠化学电池的传统做法。而且,它无须逆变就可获得能给我们常用电器直接使用的正弦交流电。多余的雨水还可以利用这些储水池储藏起来,用作建筑物内冲厕或淋花等用水要求不高的地方。实现了在城市范围内的自然资源的充分综合利用。

具体实施方式
[0009] 这里所称的自然资源仅限于太阳能、风能和雨水。太阳能、风能、雨水、建筑物,它们之间似乎没有多大的关系,其实只要合理地安排它们的觉色,它们就是大自然对人类的恩赐,是无价的宝贝;城市大楼越建越高、越建越大,细心思考一下,其实它为我们利用自然资源提供了一个很好的平台。在高楼的楼顶,因为它不受其他建筑物的遮挡,所以太阳能资源非常富足。在高楼的楼顶,风力资源更不用多说。很多人都知道,即使在地面没有风的情况下,在楼顶的风力却仍相当可观,足可推动发电机发电;城市大楼顶楼与地下楼层之间的高度差,又是水力发电的极好条件。现在城市里的高楼比比皆是,它们的高度从几十米到几百米。这样的高度差,水流所具有的势能是非常大的,用它于水力发电,不须要很大的流量也能推动大功率发电机。为了充分利用这些优越的条件,本发明在楼房的顶楼设置顶楼储水池3,地下楼层设置地下楼层储水池4,在顶楼储水池3和地下楼层储水池4之间分别通过管道连接多台水栗5,又在顶楼储水池3和地下楼层储水池4之间分别通过管道连接水力发电机6。楼顶的雨水通过集雨管流入顶楼储水池3,楼顶上安装有太阳能电池1和风力发电机2。太阳能电池1和风力发电机2连接控制器,控制器分别连接多台水栗5。顶楼储水池3通过管道连接厕所,地下楼层储水池4通过管道连接花园。
[0010] 它的工作原理是:每当下雨时,楼顶的雨水被集雨管道集流到顶楼储水池3里,雨水又通过管道推动水力发电机6发电,然后流入地下楼层储水池4。雨水被存储在上述的两个储水池中,如图1所示。这些雨水还可以利用来淋花、冲厕和洗路等用途。这是本发明对高楼雨水的利用;楼顶装有太阳能电池1和风力发电机2,它们都连接到控制器。控制器分别连接多台水栗5。控制器的作用是根据太阳能电池和风力发电机的发电情况,控制水栗的开启数量。当太阳能电池和风力发电机的发电情况理想,可全部水栗开齐。如果发电情况欠佳,则可减小水栗的开启数量。这样,地下楼层储水池4的雨水就被水栗5源源不断地送上顶楼储水池3。顶楼储水池3的雨水又通过管道推动发电机发电后,流回地下楼层储水池4。如此循环不息,我们就可以获得源源不断的、无须付燃料费的、不会污染环境的电力供应。多余的水还可以用于冲厕和淋花等。自然资源在建筑物上得到充分的利用,这是一条可持续发展的路。

1.自然资源在建筑物上的综合利用系统,包括太阳能电池(1)、风力发电机(2)、顶楼储水池(3 )、地下楼层储水池(4)、水栗(5 )、水力发电机(6 )和建筑物,其特征在于:在建筑物的顶楼设置顶楼储水池(3),地下楼层设置地下楼层储水池(4),在顶楼储水池(3)和地下楼层储水池(4)之间分别通过管道连接多台水栗(5),又在顶楼储水池(3)和地下楼层储水池(4)之间通过管道连接水力发电机(6),楼顶的雨水通过集雨管流入顶楼储水池(3),楼顶上安装有太阳能电池(1)和风力发电机(2),太阳能电池(1)和风力发电机(2)连接控制器,控制器分别连接多台水栗(5),控制器的作用是根据太阳能电池和风力发电机的发电情况,控制水栗的开启数量,顶楼储水池(3)通过管道连接厕所,地下楼层储水池(4)通过管道连接花园;上述技术特征能使风能、太阳能和雨水都能得到充分的利用,与此同时,上述技术特征能充分运用了建筑物的顶层与底层的高度差,利用雨水作储能和发电的介质,使蓄能和发电摆脱了过去必须依靠化学电池的传统做法,多余的雨水还可以利用这些储水池储藏起来,用作建筑物内冲厕或淋花的用水要求不高的地方,实现了在城市范围内的自然资源的充分综合利用。
