技术领域
本发明提供的是电力领域应用的一种刀闸触指装配工具。
背景技术
66千伏电压等级刀闸设备，多为GW5-66型，检修量也很大，其触指部分是检修的关键部，正常情况下触指的拆装可以靠手力完成，但GW5-66(2000A)刀闸的触指来说,用手力来完成几乎是不可能的;此触指装配是由10片触指分列两侧,有5根拉力弹簧来保持合闸后的足够拉力,要想用手力来分解安装,不是一般人可完成的。
发明内容
为了方便装配刀闸触指，本发明提供了一种刀闸触指装配工具。该工具通过执手夹力驱动触指，解决触指装配的技术问题。
本发明解决技术问题所采用的方案是：
在相对称的安装板上通过螺栓连接有执手，在执手内侧与触指之间夹有滚轴。
积极效果，由于本发明依靠杠杆原理对触指进行装配，所以具有省力的特点，并减少劳动强度。适宜作为电力领域刀闸触指装配的工具使用。

具体实施方式
据图所示，在相对称的安装板1上通过螺栓1.1连接有执手3，在执手内侧与触指之间夹有滚轴2。
使用方法：
使用时，将安装板固定在两触指01之间的刀闸0上，并将滚轴夹在触指和执手内侧，用手捏动两侧执手，通过滚轴挤压触指，实现触指的变形，有利于安装。
此工具前端的可调节宽度的型式，根据触指排列数量调节，两侧分别套入工具内，利用杠杆原理，靠一定的夹剪力就可以将触指拆装。
特点：
本发明工具制作简单，却是非常好用，省时省力。
