本发明涉及一种电器设备用耐高温绝缘涂料及其制备方法,该涂料以质量份计含有以下成分:聚酯亚胺10~18份,马林酸树脂20~30份,多异氰酸酯35~45份,氧化铬绿7~15份,导电云母粉8~15份,磷酸铝5~13份,三聚氰胺树脂4.5~10份,硅烷偶联剂0.8~3份,钛酸正丁酯1~3.2份,亚甲基双苯二胺8.5~15份,防尘剂0.6~2.5份,防虫剂0.4~1.5份,乙二醇4.2~7份,二甲苯3.5~6份。本发明提供的电器设备用耐高温绝缘涂料,具有很好的耐高温性能和绝缘作用,能够消除静电带来的危害,同时还具有防尘和防虫的作用,可以长时间用于电器设备的涂覆。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种涂料及其制备方法,尤其涉及一种电器设备用耐高温绝缘涂料及其制备方法。
背景技术
电器设备在使用时一般都会产生发热的现象,现有的电器设备用涂料如果长时间处于高温下,就会发生劣化,强度降低,导致剥落。同时,电气设备在运作过程中容易产生静电,静电一旦产生放电现象就会带来很大的危害,因此要及时消除静电。
发明内容
解决的技术问题:针对电器设备长时间处于高温状态和容易产生静电的缺点,本发明提供一种电器设备用耐高温绝缘涂料及其制备方法。
技术方案:电器设备用耐高温绝缘涂料,以质量份计含有以下成分:
聚酯亚胺                                            10~18份
马林酸树脂                                          20~30份
多异氰酸酯                                          35~45份

第一步:将多异氰酸酯、氧化铬绿、导电云母粉、磷酸铝、三聚氰胺树脂、硅烷偶联剂、钛酸正丁酯、防尘剂、防虫剂、乙二醇和二甲苯加入反应釜中,在转速为400~500rpm下搅拌50~60min;
第二步:再加入聚酯亚胺和马林酸树脂,继续搅拌10~20min,最后加入亚甲基双苯二胺,搅拌混合均匀后得到电器设备用耐高温绝缘涂料。
有益效果:本发明提供的电器设备用耐高温绝缘涂料及其制备方法,该涂料具有很好的耐高温性能和绝缘作用,能够消除静电带来的危害,同时还具有防尘和防虫的作用,可以长时间用于电器设备的涂覆。

本实施例提供一种电器设备用耐高温绝缘涂料,以质量份计含有以下成分:

磷酸铝                                              13份
三聚氰胺树脂                                        10份
硅烷偶联剂                                          3份
钛酸正丁酯                                          3.2份
亚甲基双苯二胺                                      15份
防尘剂                                              2.5份
防虫剂                                              1.5份
乙二醇                                              7份
二甲苯                                              6份。
电器设备用耐高温绝缘涂料的制备步骤如下:
第一步:将多异氰酸酯、氧化铬绿、导电云母粉、磷酸铝、三聚氰胺树脂、硅烷偶联剂、钛酸正丁酯、防尘剂、防虫剂、乙二醇和二甲苯加入反应釜中,在转速为400~500rpm下搅拌50~60min;
第二步:再加入聚酯亚胺和马林酸树脂,继续搅拌10~20min,最后加入亚甲基双苯二胺,搅拌混合均匀后得到电器设备用耐高温绝缘涂料。

第一步:将多异氰酸酯、氧化铬绿、导电云母粉、磷酸铝、三聚氰胺树脂、硅烷偶联剂、钛酸正丁酯、防尘剂、防虫剂、乙二醇和二甲苯加入反应釜中,在转速为400~500rpm下搅拌50~60min;

第二步:再加入聚酯亚胺和马林酸树脂,继续搅拌10~20min,最后加入亚甲基双苯二胺,搅拌混合均匀后得到电器设备用耐高温绝缘涂料。
