发明内容
本发明的目的是在于提供一种具有削皮器的菜刀，结构简单，使用方便，能同时有切割和削皮的功能。
根据本发明的一个方面，提供一种具有削皮器的菜刀，包括一刀身和一把手，刀身和把手固定连接，刀身下缘设有一刀刃，刀身的上缘边设有一长条刀刃，该长条刀刃的邻边设有一间隙。
本发明结构简单，使用方便，能同时有切割和削皮的功能。

如图1所示，一种具有削皮器的菜刀，包括一刀身1和一把手2，刀身1和把手2固定连接，刀身1下缘设有一刀刃11，刀身1的上缘边设有一长条刀刃3，该长条刀刃3的邻边设有一间隙31。其中该长条刀刃3固定于刀身1上，并与刀身1一体冲压成型，使用者手持把手，并将刀刃3对应于水果的表皮上进行削皮的动作，则水果皮从间隙31跑出。由此该新型结构简单，使用方便，能同时有切割和削皮的功能。
