本发明涉及环保设备技术领域，更具体地说是一种蒸汽清污机。
背景技术
目前，油田开采、汽车维修等行业普遍开始采用蒸汽清洗，现有技术的蒸汽清污设备一般分为二大类，一是采用燃料加热锅炉产生蒸汽，二是采用电加热锅炉产生蒸汽；采用燃料加热锅炉产生蒸汽的装置一般由炉胆和螺纹烟管构成主要换热元件，热交换面积较大，燃料的燃烧效率较高，节省燃料，但一般尺寸都较大，设备较笨重，不易搬移；采用电加热锅炉产生蒸汽的装置一般由炉体、电阻丝和电控制部分组成，设备一般较小一些，但产生蒸汽的速度较慢，生产成本较高，生产效率低，上述生产水蒸汽的设备笨重，不易搬移，产生水蒸汽的速度较慢，生产成本较高，生产效率低，不适合油田开采过程中的设备清洗使用。
发明内容
为解决上述问题，本发明设计了一种结构简单、搬移方便、产生水蒸汽的速度较快、生产成本较低、生产效率高、适合油田开采过程中的设备清洗使用的蒸汽清污机，其技术方案为：所述的蒸汽清污机由箱体、配电箱、工作室、工具室、电缆接线室、蒸汽接线室、取暖器、蒸汽发生器、滑动底座、保温水箱组成，其特征是箱体设置为长方体形，箱体的前端设置工具室，箱体的后端设置工作室，工作室的后侧设置电缆接线室，电缆接线室的上侧设置配电箱，电缆接线室的一侧设置蒸汽接线室，蒸汽接线室的前侧设置取暖器，工作室的中部设置蒸汽发生器，工作室的前部设置保温水箱，蒸汽发生器通过管道与保温水箱相连接，箱体的底部设置滑动底座。
本发明所述的箱体，其特征在于箱体的内侧设置保温层。
本发明所述的蒸汽发生器，其特征在于蒸汽发生器采用的燃料为煤、汽油、柴油中的一种，或采用电为能源。
本发明所述的保温水箱，其特征在于保温水箱采用双层结构。
本发明的有益效果是蒸汽清污机结构简单，搬移方便，产生水蒸汽的速度较快，生产成本较低，生产效率高，适合油田开采过程中的设备清洗使用。
