To facilitate understanding by those skilled in the art, the following description will be given by way of specific examples,
example one
Referring to fig. 12, a diagram of a first application example according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown;
in the figure, the wireless charging management device is integrated in the base station, but not limited thereto, and the embodiment takes a cellular network as an example, and specifically includes: the receiving antenna 1 (i.e. the first receiving unit, or the second receiving unit, or the first and second receiving units are integrated together, etc.), the charging management unit 2 and the wireless charging unit 3 are integrated on the base station, for example, and the charging management unit is connected to the original receiving antenna and wireless charging unit. Of course, in this embodiment, the charging management unit may also be directly integrated into the wireless charging unit or a baseband processing unit (not shown) of the base station, and this embodiment is not limited.
As shown in fig. 12, the process of implementing wireless charging by the mobile terminal 4 includes:
1) the mobile terminal initiates a wireless charging request to the base station when the battery power is insufficient.
Of course, in this embodiment, when the battery power of the mobile terminal is lower than the preset threshold (a), the mobile terminal may send a wireless charging request to the base station to perform wireless charging;
that is to say, the wireless charging request may be initiated by the mobile terminal actively, or the mobile terminal may be triggered actively in the background through an internal application program of the mobile terminal, which is not limited in this embodiment.
2) After the base station receives a wireless charging request sent by the mobile terminal through the receiving antenna 1, the charging management unit 2 judges whether a wireless charging function needs to be activated, namely whether the wireless charging unit 3 is in an open state; if yes, the charging management unit 2 controls the wireless charging unit 3 to wirelessly charge the mobile terminal; otherwise, the charging management unit 2 first turns on the wireless charging unit 3, and then controls the wireless charging unit 3 to wirelessly charge the mobile terminal.
In this step, after receiving the wireless charging request of the mobile terminal, the receiving unit of the base station sends the wireless charging request to the charging management unit, the charging management unit first determines whether the wireless charging unit is in an open state, and if the wireless charging unit is in a non-open state (i.e., a closed state), the wireless charging unit is first opened, then a corresponding charging instruction is generated according to the wireless charging request, and the charging instruction is sent to the wireless charging unit, so that the wireless charging unit wirelessly charges the mobile terminal.
Of course, in this embodiment, when receiving the wireless charging request, the base station may first send the wireless charging request to the baseband processing unit, where the baseband processing unit performs corresponding processing on the charging request to obtain a processing result, and sends the processing result to the charging management unit, and the charging management unit controls the wireless charging unit to wirelessly charge the mobile terminal according to the processing result.
Further, the method may further include:
3) the mobile terminal initiates a request for stopping wireless charging to the base station;
in one case, the mobile terminal initiates a stop wireless charging request to the base station based on the battery charge level, for example, when the mobile terminal battery charge level reaches a predicted threshold B (B > a). Of course, in this embodiment, the mobile terminal may also send other signals to the base station in other manners, and the user stops wireless charging, which is not limited in this embodiment.
Alternatively, when the mobile terminal leaves the service area of the base station due to movement or the like, a request for stopping wireless charging may be initiated to the base station;
for example, when the user camps on another cell from one cell according to the signal measurement result, the wireless charging stop request is sent to the base station;
4) and a charging management unit which stops wireless charging for the mobile terminal according to the received request for stopping wireless charging.
Of course, in this embodiment, the charging management unit may also track the number of wireless charging users in the cell, and determine whether to stop or continue to maintain the wireless charging function;
for example, when no terminal is in the cell for wireless charging, the wireless charging function is turned off; that is, the base station does not receive any wireless charging request sent by the terminal within the first preset time, and the wireless charging function is turned off.
Of course, when the second preset time is reached and before the wireless charging request sent by any terminal is not received, the wireless charging function is turned on, and the like.
That is, in the present embodiment, the wireless charging function may be turned on or off or maintained for a set time.
Example two
The difference between the second embodiment and the first embodiment is that the charging management unit 2 may be integrated in a controller or integrated with a wireless network control unit, as shown in fig. 13, where fig. 13 is a second application example provided in the embodiment of the present invention. In this embodiment, in a specific implementation, the charging management unit may be independently disposed in the controller, or a function of the charging management unit may be added to any original unit in the controller, which is not limited in this embodiment.
The different process from the first embodiment is as follows: after receiving a wireless charging request sent by a mobile terminal, a base station sends the wireless charging request to a controller through an interface between the base station and the controller (for example, an interface X and the like are different in names of different communication systems), then a charging management unit in the controller interacts with the base station after receiving the wireless charging request, whether a wireless charging unit of the base station is in an open state or not is judged, and if the wireless charging unit is in a closed state, an instruction for instructing to open the wireless charging unit is sent to the base station, so that the base station can open the wireless charging unit according to the instruction.
Of course, in this embodiment, the controller may also keep or turn off or on the wireless charging function according to the actual situation, and send an instruction to the wireless charging unit through the same interface.
EXAMPLE III
The third embodiment is different from the first embodiment in that the wireless charging unit can wirelessly charge the mobile terminal through the transmitting antenna of the base station, and also can wirelessly charge the mobile terminal through the charging transmitting antenna of the wireless charging unit, that is, the charging transmitting antenna is a user-defined antenna or multiple antennas, and if the charging transmitting antenna is user-defined, the charging transmitting antenna is connected with the wireless charging unit and is mainly used for wirelessly charging the mobile terminal, that is, the wireless charging unit controls the charging transmitting antenna to wirelessly charge the mobile terminal.
Example four
The fourth embodiment is different from the first embodiment in that the wireless charging unit can be turned on at a fixed time, and can be flexibly configured in specific time. For example, the wireless charging unit is turned off in the early morning and turned on in the rest of the time, and the wireless charging unit can be turned on forever or turned off forever under extreme configurations;
at this time, the mobile terminal does not need to send any wireless charging request message at the air interface, and only needs to open the wireless charging receiving unit of the mobile terminal, so that the available wireless charging signal can be detected and charged.
EXAMPLE five
On the basis of all the above embodiments, after receiving the wireless charging request or stopping the wireless charging request, the base station in the cellular network or the charging management unit controlling the base station in the cellular network sends the wireless charging request or stopping the wireless charging request to the core network of the wireless network, and the core network can perform processing such as charging and the like on the wireless charging of the mobile terminal.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the UE may be any one of a cellular phone (cellular phone), a Personal Digital Assistant (PDA), a wireless modem (modem), a wireless communication device, a handheld device (hand-held), a laptop computer (laptop computer), a cordless phone (cordless phone), or a Wireless Local Loop (WLL) station, and the UE may be distributed in the whole wireless network.
