Abstract

本发明公开一种节能加热炉,包括加热炉体。加热炉体开设有加热孔。加热炉体于加热孔的顶端设有弹性垫,弹性垫设有入孔。本发明节能加热炉通过加热孔顶端的弹性垫封堵向上流动的热气,防止加热炉体的热气从炉顶流失;节能加热炉在工作时,待加热体从入孔进入加热孔,由于弹性垫具有弹性,其入孔会随待加热体的不同大小变化而变化,这能确保入孔与待加热体之间不留间隙,不仅实现了待加热体的自适应免调,而且能够防止从圆形入孔与待加热体之间漏气,将加热炉体的热量损失减至最少,降低了生产成本。

技术领域
 本发明涉及一种加热炉,尤其涉及一种节能加热炉。
背景技术
传统加热炉一般呈直立状,设有上下贯穿的加热孔,待预热产品从该加热孔内穿过,通过加热炉内的热量对加热孔内的预热产品进行加热。
然而,上述加热炉的加热孔内的空气由于炉温的升高而受热不断向上流动,并经加热孔持续不断的流出,最终形成热风散发至大气中,该热风不间断的散发造成了很大的热量损失,同时也使加热炉周围环境温度升高。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种能够减少加热炉热量损耗的节能加热炉。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种节能加热炉,包括加热炉体。加热炉体开设有加热孔。加热炉体于加热孔的顶端设有弹性垫,弹性垫设有入孔。
优选地,所述弹性垫为橡胶弹性垫。
优选地,所述入孔为圆形入孔。
优选地,所述弹性垫的外表面包覆有陶瓷层。
如上所述,本发明节能加热炉通过加热孔顶端的弹性垫封堵向上流动的热气,防止加热炉体的热气从炉顶流失;节能加热炉在工作时,待加热体从入孔进入加热孔,由于弹性垫具有弹性,其入孔会随待加热体的不同管径变化而变化,这能确保入孔与待加热体之间不留间隙,不仅实现了待加热体的自适应免调,而且能够防止从圆形入孔与待加热体之间漏气,将加热炉体的热量损失减至最少,降低了生产成本。

请参阅图1和图2,本发明节能加热炉包括加热炉体10,加热炉体10开设有加热孔11,加热炉体10于加热孔11的顶端设有弹性垫20,弹性垫20设有入孔21。
弹性垫20设置于加热炉体10的方式可以有多种,例如在加热炉体10于加热孔11顶端开设固定孔12,弹性垫20固定于该固定孔12内。
优选地,所述弹性垫20为橡胶弹性垫。
优选地,所述弹性垫20的外表面包覆有陶瓷层。
本发明节能加热炉通过加热孔11顶端的弹性垫20封堵向上流动的热气,防止加热炉体10的热气从炉顶流失。
本发明节能加热炉在工作时,这里以待加热体热缩管材30为例进行说明,由于热缩管材30为管状,故入孔21也应配套为管状,热缩管材30从弹性垫20的入孔21进入加热孔11,由于弹性垫20具有弹性,其入孔21会随热缩管材30的不同管径变化而变化,这能确保入孔21与热缩管材30之间不留间隙,不仅实现了热缩管材30的自适应免调,而且能够防止从入孔21与热缩管材30之间漏气,将加热炉体10的热量损失减至最少,降低了生产成本。
进一步,还可以进一步在加热炉体10于加热孔11的底端设有弹性垫,弹性垫设有入孔,弹性垫的结构与设置在加热炉体顶端的弹性垫相同。
本发明不局限于上述具体实施方式,熟悉本技术领域的人员还可据此做出多种变化,但任何与本实发明同或相类似的变化都应涵盖在本实发明利要求的范围内。

1.一种节能加热炉,包括加热炉体,该加热炉体开设有上下贯穿的加热孔,待预热产品从该加热孔内穿过,通过加热炉内的热量对加热孔内的预热产品进行加热,其特征在于:所述加热炉体于加热孔的顶端设有弹性垫,所述弹性垫为橡胶弹性垫,该弹性垫设有入孔,所述入孔为圆形入孔,待加热体从所述弹性垫的入孔进入加热孔,所述入孔会随待加热体的不同管径变化而变化进而实现待加热体的自适应免调。
2.如权利要求1所述的节能加热炉,其特征在于:所述弹性垫的外表面包覆有陶瓷层。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的节能加热炉,其特征在于:所述加热炉体于加热孔的底端设有弹性垫,弹性垫设有入孔。
