本发明公开了一种工作台台板,包括不锈钢板(1)、均设于不锈钢板(1)内腔的蜂窝板(2)、隔离层(3)及反射层(5),所述的隔离层(3)设于蜂窝板(2)的顶部和四周;所述的蜂窝板(2)的蜂窝内设有可发热的内胆(4),所述的内胆(4)与设于外部的插头电连接,所述的蜂窝板(2)的蜂窝为上大下小的倒锥型,且蜂窝的内壁刷有一层热反射隔热涂层;所述的反射层(5)设于所述的蜂窝板(2)的底部,所述的隔离层(3)与反射层(5)均为绝缘耐温材料制成的。该工作台台板能满足耐高温、耐磨损,便于安装、轻质化、耐冲击、抗剪切能力强,又能加热产品的多样化需求。

技术领域
本发明涉及工作台领域,特别涉及一种工作台台板。
背景技术
目前,工业所使用的常见的工作台台板,如榉木工作台台板、钢板合成工作台台板。榉木工作台台板,表面光滑平整,美观不易变型,耐油、耐热、耐酸碱,但重量重,不易安装,易开裂,不易清洁;钢板合成工作台台板美观耐用、耐高温、耐磨损、耐油、使用寿命长,但强度和抗冲击性相对较低。且现有技术的工作台台板均功能单一,特别是无法满足在电子装配、清洗行业中,既耐高温、耐磨损,便于安装、轻质化、耐冲击、抗剪切能力强,又能加热产品的多样化需求。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种能满足耐高温、耐磨损,便于安装、轻质化、耐冲击、抗剪切能力强,又能加热产品的多样化需求的工作台台板。
本发明解决上述问题所采用的技术方案为:一种工作台台板,包括不锈钢板、均设于不锈钢板内腔的蜂窝板、隔离层及反射层,所述的隔离层设于蜂窝板的顶部和四周;所述的蜂窝板的蜂窝内设有可发热的内胆,所述的内胆与设于外部的插头电连接,所述的蜂窝板的蜂窝为上大下小的倒锥型,且蜂窝的内壁刷有一层热反射隔热涂层;所述的反射层设于所述的蜂窝板的底部,所述的隔离层与反射层均为绝缘耐温材料制成的。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:该工作台台板采用不锈钢板作为表面,耐腐蚀、耐磨损,长期使用后仍能保持表面光洁,美观大方;而中间的蜂窝板不但重量轻,且能有效提高工作台台板的耐冲击、抗剪切能力;蜂窝板的蜂窝内设有可发热的内胆,内胆与设于外部的插头电连接,在需要时连接电源,加热放置在台板上的物品;蜂窝板的蜂窝为上大下小的倒锥型,内壁刷有一层热反射隔热涂层,可以利用蜂窝内壁向上反射热能,提高热能利用率;隔离层和反射层均为绝缘耐温材料,可在电路短路或内胆过烧的情况下,防止起火或漏电;且整体轻质化,便于安装。
作为优选,蜂窝板由铜或铝制成。可进一步提高工作台台板的耐冲击、抗剪切能力,确保工作台台板可用于承压较大的机械装配等领域。
内胆高度低于蜂窝板蜂窝的深度。确保非直接热传导方式,而是通过热辐射和热对流方式实现传热,使传热更加均匀。
反射层的上表面刷有一层热反射隔热涂层,可以反射热能,进一步提高热能利用率。

下面结合附图对本发明的实施例作进一步描述。
如图所示,一种工作台台板,包括不锈钢板1、均设于不锈钢板1内腔的蜂窝板2、隔离层3及反射层5,所述的隔离层3设于蜂窝板2的顶部和四周;所述的蜂窝板2的蜂窝内设有可发热的内胆4,所述的内胆4与设于外部的插头电连接,所述的蜂窝板2的蜂窝为上大下小的倒锥型,且蜂窝的内壁刷有一层热反射隔热涂层;所述的反射层5设于所述的蜂窝板2的底部,所述的隔离层3与反射层5均为绝缘耐温材料制成的。所述的反射层5设有电线固定槽,便于内胆之间电连接。
所述的蜂窝板2由铜或铝制成。
所述的内胆4高度低于蜂窝板2蜂窝的深度。
所述的反射层5的上表面刷有一层热反射隔热涂层。

1.一种工作台台板,其特征在于:包括不锈钢板(1)、均设于不锈钢板(1)内腔的蜂窝板(2)、隔离层(3)及反射层(5),所述的隔离层(3)设于蜂窝板(2)的顶部和四周;所述的蜂窝板(2)的蜂窝内设有可发热的内胆(4),所述的内胆(4)与设于外部的插头电连接,所述的蜂窝板(2)的蜂窝为上大下小的倒锥型,且蜂窝的内壁刷有一层热反射隔热涂层;所述的反射层(5)设于所述的蜂窝板(2)的底部,所述的隔离层(3)与反射层(5)均为绝缘耐温材料制成的。
2.根据权利要求1所述的工作台台板,其特征在于:所述的蜂窝板(2)由铜或铝制成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的工作台台板,其特征在于:所述的内胆(4)高度低于蜂窝板(2)蜂窝的深度。
4.根据权利要求1所述的工作台台板,其特征在于:所述的反射层(5)的上表面刷有一层热反射隔热涂层。
