口琴用覆盖膜的加工方法,用环已酮5-10CC,二辛脂2-4CC,丙酮2-4CC,树乙脂4-5g,二氧化硅2-4g五种原料放入容器中混合,调均匀后,用厚0.5mm的白色薄膜平摊在玻璃上,将调好的原料倒在薄膜的中央,用拖板将其拖平、凉干、烘干,用平板玻璃做隔层压好;再用0.5mm的红色薄膜剪切成与白色薄膜平面大小相等的尺寸,覆盖在制作好的白色有颗粒状的薄膜上,用胶合剂粘在一起,放在平板玻璃板下压平、烘干,按音簧规格的大小尺寸切成成品。本发明的产品覆盖在音簧上,可以有效地增加音簧的重量,吹奏时,音簧不产生颤抖的声音。防止了口琴演奏时的串音、漏气现象,改变了口琴演奏的音质,达到设计所需的效果。

口琴用覆盖膜的加工方法
技术领域:本发明涉及到一种半音阶高档口琴用覆盖膜的加工方法。
背景技术:口琴作为我国一种比较传统的口奏乐器,受到越来越多人的喜爱,它具有携带方便,演奏简单,音质优美,价格低廉等诸多优点。但目前如果被专业演奏人员使用,还存在着发音不太准确,吹奏时容易产生音簧颤抖的声音,及串音、漏气等缺陷,不适宜在高等级场合演凑。
发明内容:本发明的目的就是要提供一种口琴用覆盖膜的加工方法,它能有效地克服以上设计时所存在的缺陷。本发明的目的是这样实现的,口琴用覆盖膜的加工方法,其特征在于:它是由环已酮、二辛脂、丙酮、聚乙烯、二氧化硅五种原料所组成;分别用重量是环已酮5-10CC,二辛脂2-4CC,丙酮2-4CC,聚乙烯4-5g,二氧化硅2-4g五种原料同时放入容器中混合,调均匀后,先将厚度为0.5mm左右的白色薄膜平摊在平面玻璃上,然后将调好的五种化学原料倒在薄膜的中央,采用拖板,将其均匀地拖平,并使其凉干,凉干后的薄膜放到已加温至100℃左右的烘箱中,时间控制在5-15分钟,取出后用平板玻璃做隔层压好;再用厚度为0.5mm左右的红色薄膜剪切成与白色薄膜平面大小相等的尺寸,覆盖在已加工制作好的白色薄膜上,用胶合剂粘在一起,将粘接好的薄膜放在平板玻璃板下压平,摆放2-3天时间,再放入烘箱,烘干3-4小时,烘箱温度控制在80-90℃,取出后按音簧规格的大小尺寸切成成品。本发明生产的覆盖膜加装在音簧上,可以有效地增加音簧的重量,使吹奏时,音簧不产生颤抖的声音。同时,也防止了口琴演奏时的串音、以及漏气的现象发生,明显地改变了口琴演奏的音质,达到设计所要求的效果,确保了演奏者的水平,能适合在高等级场合演凑。
具体实施方式:
口琴用覆盖膜的加工方法,其特征在于:它是由环已酮、二辛脂、丙酮、聚乙烯、二氧化硅五种原料所组成;分别用重量是环已酮5-10CC,二辛脂2-4CC,丙酮2-4CC,聚乙烯4-5g,二氧化硅2-4g五种原料同时放入容器中混合,调均匀后,先将厚度为0.5mm左右的白色薄膜平摊在平面玻璃上,然后将调好的五种化学原料倒在薄膜的中央,采用拖板,将其均匀地拖平,并使其凉干,凉干后的薄膜放到已加温至100℃左右的烘箱中,时间控制在5-15分钟,取出后用平板玻璃做隔层压好;再用厚度为0.5mm左右的红色薄膜剪切成与白色薄膜平面大小相等的尺寸,覆盖在已加工制作好的白色薄膜上,用胶合剂粘在一起,将粘接好的薄膜放在平板玻璃板下压平,摆放2-3天时间,再放入烘箱,烘干3-4小时,烘箱温度控制在80-90℃,取出后按音簧规格的大小尺寸切成成品。具体实施时,采用环已酮8CC,二辛脂3CC,丙酮3CC,聚乙烯4.5g,二氧化硅3g,五种原料同时放入容器中混合,调均匀后,先将厚度为0.5mm的白色薄膜平摊在平面玻璃上,然后将调好的五种化学原料倒在薄膜的中央,采用木拖板,将其均匀地拖平,并使其凉干,凉干后的薄膜放到已加温至100℃的烘箱中,时间控制在10分钟,取出后用平板玻璃做隔层压好,再用0.5mm的红色薄膜剪切成与白色薄膜平面大小相等的尺寸,覆盖在已加工制作好的白色薄膜上,用胶合剂粘在一起,将粘接好的薄膜放在平板玻璃板下压平,摆放3天时间,再放入烘箱,烘干3.5小时,温度控制在85℃,取出后按音簧规格的大小尺寸切成成品。覆盖在所需规格尺寸的音簧片上,能增加音簧的重量,使吹奏时,音簧不产生颤抖的声音,音色优美,达到设计所要求的效果。
