技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于办公椅的气撑锁定装置，属于办公椅的优化技术。
背景技术
目前的办公椅，大部份都采用气撑进行高度调节，以满足不同身高的使用者的要求，并可以做360度旋转。但在某些特定的场合，例如搬动办公椅时、用办公椅垫脚时，都希望椅子不再转动。
因此，需要寻找一种使办公椅在需要时不再转动的装置。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种使办公椅在需要时不再转动的装置。
本发明的技术方案是：气撑锁定装置，包括气撑座1、活动杆2、座垫安装座3，在所述的座垫安装座3下方设有第一固定齿41，所述的气撑座1上部设有第二固定齿11，座垫安装座3向下移动到活动下限，第一固定齿41与第二固定齿11咬合，使活动杆2不能转动；所述的座垫安装座3下方设有一开口向下的中空定位座4，所述的第一固定齿41设置在定位座4的下部边缘，所述的活动杆2从下向上穿过定位座4固定在座垫安装座3上；所述的第二固定齿11设置在气撑座1的上部外缘；第二固定齿11数量与第一固定齿相同，并且其结构呈阴阳匹配，能够互相咬合，使活动杆2不能转动。
所述的第一固定齿41的数量为一个以上。
有益效果
在气撑座上方和座垫安装座下方设置能够互相咬合的第二固定齿和第一固定齿，使办公椅能够固定不再转动。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2和图3所示，气撑锁定装置，包括气撑座1、活动杆2、座垫安装座3，在所述的座垫安装座3下方设有第一固定齿41，所述的气撑座1上部设有第二固定齿11，座垫安装座3向下移动到活动下限，第一固定齿41与第二固定齿11咬合。
下面是第一固定齿41的一种优选方案，在所述的座垫安装座3下方设有一开口向下的中空定位座4，所述的第一固定齿41设置在定位座4的下部边缘，所述的活动杆2从下向上穿过定位座4固定在座垫安装座3上。
第一固定齿41还可以直接设置在座垫安装座3下方。
所述的第二固定齿11设置在气撑座1的上部外缘。
所述的第一固定齿41和第二固定齿11形成咬合的关系。
在需要固定办公椅不再转动时，跟日常使用一样，把活动杆向下移动到活动下限，第一固定齿41和第二固定齿11就会互相咬合，这时，办公椅就不能再转动，就能够固定在使用者想要的方向。

Claims (2)

1.气撑锁定装置，包括气撑座(1)、活动杆(2)、座垫安装座(3)，其特征在于：在所述的座垫安装座(3)下方设有第一固定齿(41)，所述的气撑座(1)上部设有第二固定齿(11)，座垫安装座(3)向下移动到活动下限，第一固定齿(41)与第二固定齿(11)咬合，使活动杆(2)不能转动；所述的座垫安装座(3)下方设有一开口向下的中空定位座(4)，所述的第一固定齿(41)设置在定位座(4)的下部边缘，所述的活动杆(2)从下向上穿过定位座(4)固定在座垫安装座(3)上；所述的第二固定齿(11)设置在气撑座(1)的上部外缘；第二固定齿(11)数量与第一固定齿相同，并且其结构呈阴阳匹配，能够互相咬合，使活动杆(2)不能转动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的气撑锁定装置，其特征在于：所述的第一固定齿(41)的数量为一个以上。
