Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种装饰性LED照明装置。
背景技术
装饰性照明领域的特征在于努力创新,无论是从不断寻找新形式的审美观点来讲,还是从通常支持这种新的审美趋势的技术和功能观点来讲。
有时,需要技术创新而制造美学上有效的产品,以隐藏一些如果看得见会影响产品美观性的功能部件。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于制造一种具有配有开孔的钟状物的LED照明装置,其中观察者几乎看不见LED光学组的功能部件。
此目的是通过本发明的照明装置实现的,本发明提供一种照明装置,包括:基座;从所述基座伸出且包括拱形部的支撑杆;扩散器组,由所述支撑杆支撑,所述扩散器组包括具有上部开孔的帽以及从所述开孔伸出并具有多个通孔的穹顶状壁;光学组,包括LED光源以及与所述光源连接并位于所述穹顶状壁内的散热器组。其中,所述散热器组包括定位成至少部分地与所述穹顶状壁接触的散热板,所述散热板具有沿着外周边缘的多个凸耳或孔,以再现所述穹顶状壁的所述孔的边缘,使得所述散热板被隐藏而不被观察者看到。

具体实施方式
参照附图,参考数字1表示落地照明装置。
该装置1包括基座2,优选地由大理石制成,具有例如平行六面体形状。
此外,装置1包括支撑杆4,其从基座2伸出并且包括第一大致竖直部4a和第二拱形部4b。
另外,照明装置包括由支撑杆4支撑的扩散器组10。
扩散器组10包括在上方通过上部开孔14而敞开的球截形的帽12。
优选地,该帽不透明。
优选地,具有多个通孔的穹顶状壁18从所述开孔14中伸出来。
优选地,扩散器组10包括钟状物30,帽12活动安装在所述钟状物30上。钟状物30的一部分形成从所述帽的开孔14中伸出来的穹顶状壁18。
装置1进一步包括用于光源的电连接和支撑的光学组。
优选地,光学组包括位于支撑杆4末端的连接器40,诸如线缆架(cablingjack),电缆隐藏在线缆架中并从其中伸出。
另外,光学组包括适于与钟状物30接合、穿过所述钟状物、且适于插入连接器40的插塞44。
例如,插塞44包括与钟状物30的外表面邻接的邻接基座44a,以及从基座44a伸出且穿过钟状物30的插入件44b。
另外,所述光学组包括LED光源46和散热器组48,适于与钟状物30接合、位于其内部,且位于与插塞44相对的侧面上。
散热器组48包括用于驱动器50以及散热板52,驱动器用于引导(pilot,控制)LED,可连接到穿过钟状物30的连接器40,散热板预定为与钟状物30接触。
优选地,散热板52与钟状物30类似地凹入,以附着至钟状物的内表面。
另外,散热板52设有孔54或沿着外周边缘的凸耳56以再现(reproduce,复制)钟状物30的孔20,使得散热板52的存在对于观察者来说实际上是隐蔽的。
另外,散热板52具有位于中心的用于插入插塞44的插入部44b的底座58,以及伸入到底座中的插脚60,且该插脚穿过插入部44的底部并与连接器40接合。
优选地,钟状物30和散热板52由金属制成,例如由钢制成。
还优选地,帽12由金属制成,例如由钢制成。
创新地,上述照明装置使得LED照明和同时隐藏各种可能有损装置美学外观的功能元件成为可能。
显然,本领域的技术人员可在保持处于由权利要求所界定的保护范围内的同时对上述照明装置做出更改,以满足相应要求。
Claims (9)
1.一种照明装置(1),包括:
-基座(2);
-从所述基座(2)伸出且包括拱形部(4b)的支撑杆(4);
-扩散器组(10),由所述支撑杆(4)支撑,所述扩散器组包括具有上部开孔(14)的帽(12)以及从所述开孔(14)伸出并具有多个通孔(20)的穹顶状壁(18);
-光学组,包括LED光源(46)以及与所述光源连接并位于所述穹顶状壁(18)内的散热器组(48),
其中,所述散热器组包括定位成至少部分地与所述穹顶状壁(18)接触的散热板(52),所述散热板具有沿着外周边缘的多个凸耳(56)或孔(54),以再现所述穹顶状壁(18)的所述孔(20)的边缘,使得所述散热板(52)被隐藏而不被观察者看到。
2.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其中,所述光学组包括用于引导LED的驱动器(50),所述驱动器耦接至所述散热板(52)并且连接至所述光源(46)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的装置,包括位于所述支撑杆(4)的端部处并由电力致动的连接器(40),所述连接器适于穿过所述穹顶状壁(18)而连接至所述驱动器组(50)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的装置,包括钟状物(30),所述帽(12)活动地安装在所述钟状物(30)上,其中,所述钟状物(30)的一部分形成所述穹顶状壁(18)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的装置,其中,所述光学组包括用于引导LED的驱动器(50),所述驱动器耦接至所述散热板(52)并且连接至所述光源(46)。
6.根据权利要求5所述的装置,包括位于所述支撑杆(4)的端部处并由电力致动的连接器(40),所述连接器适于穿过所述穹顶状壁(18)而连接至所述驱动器组(50)。
7.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其中,所述散热板(52)与所述穹顶状壁(18)类似地呈凹入状,以附着至所述穹顶状壁的内表面。
8.根据权利要求7所述的装置,其中,所述光学组包括用于引导LED的驱动器(50),所述驱动器耦接至所述散热板(52)并且连接至所述光源(46)。
9.根据权利要求8所述的装置,包括位于所述支撑杆(4)的端部处并由电力致动的连接器(40),所述连接器适于穿过所述穹顶状壁(18)而连接至所述驱动器组(50)。
