Abstract

PM2.5换气扇设有过滤装置,过滤装置设有双向排气扇、百叶窗、水泵以及水帘喷头,百叶窗设有过滤水帘,利用控制器控制双向排气扇的电机反转,把室内的空气排出到室外;利用控制器控制双向排气扇的电机正转,把室外的新鲜空气抽入室内,新鲜空气进入室内时先经过百叶窗的过滤水帘过滤,利用过滤水帘吸收室外空气的灰尘以及PM2.5,从而达到了更换以及净化室内空气的目的;同时,于过滤水帘加入消毒液,使过滤水帘具有消毒新鲜空气的功能。

背景技术
[0002] 目前,空气污染日益严重,不少地方的空气PM2.5指数经常处于非良好的状态,一些地方达到中度污染,有些室内场所甚至达到重度污染,影响人们了的身体健康,一种室内使用的PM2.5换气扇已经成为人们净化室内空气的需要。
发明内容
[0003] 本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种PM2.5换气扇,用于吸收室内的灰尘以及PM2.5,净化室内的空气。
[0004] 本发明所采用的技术方案是:PM2.5换气扇包括有过滤装置、外壳以及控制器;过滤装置包括有双向排气扇、水泵、水帘喷头以及百叶窗,双向排气扇包括有电机以及风叶,外壳设有进风口、出风口以及水箱,电机的机座与外壳固定连接,电机的前轴与风叶固定连接,电机的后轴与单向传动联轴器连接,单向传动联轴器与水泵的转轴固定连接,水泵的外壳座与外壳固定连接;电机正转时,带动水泵正转,电机反转时,由于单向传动联轴器只有单向传动的功能,水泵不转动;百叶窗位于出风口,百叶窗与外壳连接,水帘喷头位于百叶窗的上部,水箱位于百叶窗的下部,水帘喷头与水泵的出水口连接,水泵的入水口与外壳的水箱连接;水箱设有过滤水,用于产生过滤水帘,百叶窗设有过滤水帘,过滤水帘由水帘喷头喷出,水帘喷头喷出的过滤水帘经百叶窗流入水箱;水箱设有进水电磁阀以及水位开关,进水电磁阀与自来水管连接,用于向水箱自动补充水;控制器设有控制线与电机、进水电磁阀以及水位开关连接;水箱设有水过滤器以及消毒液注入装置,水过滤器用于净化过滤水,消毒液注入装置用于向过滤水注入消毒液。
[0005] PM2.5换气扇的工作原理是:将PM2.5换气扇安装于房间的墙壁孔上,并使外壳的出风口位于室内一侧,进风口位于室外一侧,利用控制器控制其过滤装置直接把室内的空气排出到室外,然后,将室外的新鲜空气通过其过滤装置过滤后引入室内,如此不断循环;由室外引入新鲜空气时,控制器控制电机正转,电机带动风叶以及水泵正转,水箱的过滤水被水泵抽至水帘喷头,由水帘喷头喷到百叶窗,过滤水由百叶窗的上部流向下部,过滤水在百叶窗形成一个过滤水帘;同时,风叶正转,将室外的新鲜空气由进风口抽入,新鲜空气经过百叶窗的过滤水帘过滤后由出风口进入室内,利用过滤水帘吸收新鲜空气中的灰尘以及PM2.5;引入新鲜空气时间到,控制器控制电机反转,单向传动联轴器反转不起传动作用,水泵不转动,电机只带动风叶反转,室内的空气由出风口进入,经百叶窗以及进风口排到室夕卜,把室内的空气排到室外;如此不断循环。
[0006] 本发明的有益效果是:PM2.5换气扇设有过滤装置,过滤装置设有双向排气扇、百叶窗、水泵以及水帘喷头,百叶窗设有过滤水帘,利用控制器控制双向排气扇的电机反转,把室内的空气排出到室外;利用控制器控制双向排气扇的电机正转,把室外的新鲜空气抽入室内,新鲜空气进入室内时先经过百叶窗的过滤水帘过滤,利用过滤水帘吸收室外空气的灰尘以及PM2.5,从而达到了更换以及净化室内空气的目的;同时,于过滤水帘加入消毒液,使过滤水帘具有消毒新鲜空气的功能。

[0009] 图1所示的PM2.5换气扇的结构示意图,PM2.5换气扇包括有过滤装置1、外壳2以及控制器3 ;过滤装置I包括有双向排气扇37、水泵6、水帘喷头7以及百叶窗8,双向排气扇37包括有电机4以及风叶5,外壳2设有进风口 9、出风口 10以及水箱11,电机4的机座12与外壳2固定连接,电机4的前轴13与风叶5固定连接,电机4的后轴14与单向传动联轴器15连接,单向传动联轴器15与水泵6的转轴16固定连接,水泵6的外壳座38与外壳2固定连接,电机4正转时,带动水泵6正转,电机4反转时,由于单向传动联轴器15只有单向传动的功能,水泵6不转动;百叶窗8位于出风口 10,百叶窗8与外壳2连接,水帘喷头7位于百叶窗8的上部,水箱11位于百叶窗8的下部,水帘喷头7与水泵6的出水口17连接,水泵6的入水口 18与外壳2的水箱11连接;水箱11设有过滤水19,用于产生过滤水帘20,百叶窗8设有过滤水帘20,过滤水帘20由水帘喷头7喷出,水帘喷头7喷出的过滤水帘20经百叶窗8流入水箱11 ;水箱11设有进水电磁阀25以及水位开关26,进水电磁阀25与自来水管连接,用于向水箱11自动补充水;控制器3设有控制线与电机4连接;水箱11设有水过滤器24以及消毒液注入装置33,水过滤器24用于净化过滤水19,消毒液注入装置33用于向过滤水19注入消毒液;进风口 9设有安全网36,用于防止异物进入外壳2内。
[0010] 为了防止或者减少过滤水19进入室内,百叶窗8与出风口 10之间设有隔水网21,用于隔离由百叶窗8进入的水,隔水网21位于出风口 10里面,隔水网21与外壳2连接;被隔水网21吸收的过滤水19由隔水网21流回水箱11。
[0011] 为了净化过滤水19,水箱11包括有污水箱22以及净水箱23,污水箱22与净水箱23之间设有水过滤器24,用于循环净化过滤水19,由百叶窗8吸收灰尘以及PM2.5的过滤水19,由百叶窗8流到污水箱22,经水过滤器24过滤后流到净水箱23,循环使用。
[0012] 为了控制水箱11的水位以及向水箱11补充水,水箱11设有进水电磁阀25以及水位开关26,控制器3设有导线与进水电磁阀25以及水位开关26连接,进水电磁阀25的进水接头27与自来水连接,进水电磁阀25的出水接头28与净水箱23连接。
[0013] 为了实施于百叶窗8形成过滤水帘20,百叶窗8设有多个叶片29,每个叶片29之间留有间隙,过滤水帘20由百叶窗8上部的第一个叶片30流向最后一个叶片31,每个叶片29之间形成一个间隙水帘32,过滤水帘20由多个间隙水帘32构成,每个间隙水帘32位于相邻的叶片29之间。
[0014] 为了使过滤水19具有消毒的作用,水箱11连接有消毒液注入装置33,消毒液注入装置33包括有注入漏斗34以及管道35,注入漏斗34与管道35连通,管道35与水箱11连通,漏斗34位于出风口 10旁边,用于将消毒液导入水箱11,使过滤水19具有消毒以及杀菌的功能。
[0015] 为了实施双向排气扇37排气以及抽气的功能,风叶5为双向轴流风叶,由外壳2以及外壳2的进风口 9以及出风口 10构成一个轴流风道;由室外向室内抽入新鲜空气的状态为:电机4正转,风的流动方向为由进风口 9流向出风口 10 ;由室内向室外直接排除空气的状态为:电机4反转,风的流动方向为由出风口 10流向进风口 9。
[0016] 为了加强过滤水帘20的过滤效果,百叶窗8为阶梯式百叶窗,百叶窗8的每个叶片29与相邻上方的叶片29构成一个阶梯,每个叶片29到出风口 10的距离大于相邻上方一个叶片29到出风口 10的距离;每个叶片29与相邻上方的叶片29形成一个间隙水帘32,每个间隙水帘32到出风口 10的距离大于相邻上方间隙水帘32到出风口 10的距离,多个间隙水帘32构成阶梯式的过滤水帘20,使新鲜空气可以通过过滤水帘20,同时也使过滤水帘20不易被风吹散,保持其过滤效果。

1.PM2.5换气扇,其特征在于:所述的PM2.5换气扇包括有过滤装置(I )、外壳(2)以及控制器(3);过滤装置(I)包括有双向排气扇(37)、水泵(6)、水帘喷头(7)以及百叶窗(8),双向排气扇(37)包括有电机(4)以及风叶(5),外壳(2)设有进风口(9)、出风口(10)以及水箱(11 ),电机(4)的机座(12 )与外壳(2 )固定连接,电机(4)的前轴(13 )与风叶(5 )固定连接,电机(4)的后轴(14)与单向传动联轴器(15)连接,单向传动联轴器(15)与水泵(6)的转轴(16)固定连接,水泵(6)的外壳座(38)与外壳(2)固定连接;百叶窗(8)位于出风口(10),百叶窗(8)与外壳(2)连接,水帘喷头(7)位于百叶窗(8)的上部,水箱(11)位于百叶窗(8)的下部,水帘喷头(7)与水泵(6)的出水口(17)连接,水泵(6)的入水口(18)与外壳(2)的水箱(11)连接;水箱(11)设有过滤水(19),百叶窗(8)设有过滤水帘(20);控制器(3)设有控制线与电机(4);百叶窗(8)与出风口(10)之间设有隔水网(21),隔水网(21)位于出风口(10)里面,隔水网(21)与外壳(2)连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的PM2.5换气扇,其特征在于:所述的百叶窗(8)设有多个叶片(29),每个叶片(29)之间留有间隙,过滤水帘(20)由百叶窗(8)上部的第一个叶片(30)流向最后一个叶片(31),每个叶片(29)之间形成一个间隙水帘(32),过滤水帘(20)由多个间隙水帘(32)构成,每个间隙水帘(32)位于相邻的叶片(29)之间。
3.根据权利要求1所述的PM2.5换气扇,其特征在于:所述的水箱(11)包括有污水箱(22 )以及净水箱(23 ),污水箱(22 )与净水箱(23 )之间设有水过滤器(24),由百叶窗(8 )吸收灰尘以及PM2.5的过滤水(19),由百叶窗(8)流到污水箱(22),经水过滤器(24)过滤后流到净水箱(23),循环使用。
4.根据权利要求1所述的PM2.5换气扇,其特征在于:所述的水箱(11)设有进水电磁阀(25)以及水位开关(26),控制器(3)设有导线与进水电磁阀(25)以及水位开关(26)连接,进水电磁阀(25 )的进水接头(27 )与自来水连接,进水电磁阀(25 )的出水接头(28 )与净水箱(23)连接。
5.根据权利要求1所述的PM2.5换气扇,其特征在于:所述的水箱(11)连接有消毒液注入装置(33),消毒液注入装置(33)包括有注入漏斗(34)以及管道(35),注入漏斗(34)与管道(35)连通,管道(35)与水箱(11)连通,漏斗(34)位于出风口(10)旁边。
