技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于焊接电子元器件的工具，特别是一种电烙铁。
背景技术
电烙铁是一种用于焊接集成元件的工具，使用时，将电烙铁通电，使烙心发热，以熔化焊锡以便焊接电子元器件的引脚。日常所用的电烙铁为了防止不用时高温的烙心烫伤操作者或者烧坏物品，而配备一个支架，但这种支架一般都很笨重，而且造价昂贵，不易保存。
现在有技术中，如专利号为“03264955.X”的一种电烙铁，包括手柄、支架、烙嘴和烙芯，其特征在于还包括一支架，所述支架上设置有卡口，所述的手柄右端的侧表面上设置与卡口形状相匹配的卡槽，所述支架通过卡口卡入卡槽中。但支架易丢失，且长期使用后会造成卡口磨损，固定效果不理想。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是针对以上弊端提供一种电烙铁，该电烙铁内置活动支架，携带方便，易于保存，同时还具有防烫伤的作用。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明的技术方案是：
一种电烙铁，包括手柄、烙嘴，所述的烙嘴固定于手柄左端，其中，所述的手柄设有两层壳体，所述的两层壳体之间安装有两个可活动的支架，所述的支架相对的安装于手柄两侧。
上述一种电烙铁，其中，所述的支架由第一支撑条与第二支撑条组成，所述的第一支撑条的一端可旋转的固定于手柄内层壳体左端，另一端设有一圆形滑纽；所述的第二支撑条一端开有长条形的通道，另一端可拆卸的固定于手柄内层壳体右端；所述的第一支撑条的圆形滑纽与第二支撑条的通道组合连接。
上述一种电烙铁，其中，所述的手柄外层壳体与内层壳体两端分别设有相互配合的卡槽，两层壳体滑动连接并通过卡槽来固定。
本发明的有益效果为：
将活动支架安装于两层壳体之内，需要使用时只需将外层壳体向烙嘴方向推出后，取下第二支撑条与内层外壳的连接端，移动调整使两根支撑条呈“L”型后，再次固定将第二支撑条固定于内层壳体右端，即可起来支架的作用，操作简单，与此同时，推出的外层壳体起到了保护烙嘴不烫伤人的作用，安全有效。
不使用时，只需要逆向操作上述步骤，将外层壳体复位即可，不用担心零配件的丢失，更加方便。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明做进一步说明。
如图所示一种电烙铁，包括手柄1、烙嘴2，所述的烙嘴2固定于手柄1左端，手柄设有两层壳体，外层壳体11与内层壳体12两端分别设有相互配合的卡槽4，两层壳体滑动连接并通过卡槽4来固定；两层壳体之间安装有两个可活动的支架3，所述的支架相对的安装于手柄两侧。
支架3由第一支撑条31与第二支撑条32组成，所述的第一支撑条31的一端可旋转的固定于手柄内层壳体左端，另一端设有一圆形滑纽311；所述的第二支撑条32一端开有长条形的通道321，另一端可拆卸的固定于手柄内层壳体右端；第一支撑条31的圆形滑纽311与第二支撑条32的通道321组合连接。
如图2所示，将活动支架安装于两层壳体之内，需要使用时只需将外层壳体向烙嘴方向推出后，取下第二支撑条与内层外壳的连接端，移动调整使两根支撑条呈“L”型后（此时圆形滑纽311固定于通道321的最右端），再次固定将第二支撑条固定于内层壳体右端，即可起来支架的作用，操作简单，与此同时，推出的外层壳体起到了保护烙嘴不烫伤人的作用，安全有效。
如图1所示，不使用时，只需要逆向操作上述步骤，将外层壳体复位即可（此时圆形滑纽311固定于通道321的最左端），不用担心零配件的丢失，更加方便。

1.一种电烙铁，包括手柄、烙嘴，所述的烙嘴固定于手柄左端，其特征为，所述的手柄设有两层壳体，所述的两层壳体之间安装有两个可活动的支架，所述的支架相对的安装于手柄两侧，所述的支架由第一支撑条与第二支撑条组成，所述的第一支撑条的一端可旋转的固定于手柄内层壳体左端，另一端设有一圆形滑纽；所述的第二支撑条一端开有长条形的通道，另一端可拆卸的固定于手柄内层壳体右端；所述的第一支撑条的圆形滑纽与第二支撑条的通道组合连接，所述的手柄外层壳体与内层壳体两端分别设有相互配合的卡槽，两层壳体滑动连接并通过卡槽来固定。
