本发明的一实施例的可分离采血针的采血针装置,包括:采血针持针器,其一端形成有能够安装采血针的采血针安装槽,另一端形成有分离孔;操作装置,设置在所述采血针持针器的另一端,并用于使所述采血针持针器移动规定的路径来储能击发;外罩,用于容纳所述操作装置,所述外罩的一端结合有所述采血针持针器;操作开关,连接在所述操作装置,通过加压使所述操作装置工作;盖子,与所述外罩结合并覆盖所述外罩的一端,所述盖子的中央形成有通孔,所述通孔供所述采血针的采血针头瞬间突出;及采血针分离装置,位于所述采血针持针器的另一侧,通过被导入所述采血针持针器的分离孔中而使所述采血针从所述采血针持针器分离。

Description

可分离采血针的采血针装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种可分离采血针的采血针装置,更具体地涉及能够最大限度地减少在分离采血针的过程中随着采血针的弹出而被采血针头刺到或者与该采血针头接触的危险的采血针装置。
背景技术
一般来讲,慢性糖尿病患者需要每天在家里亲自实施血糖监测并测量血糖值,而且进行疾病管理以维持规定的血糖值。
为了进行这种血糖监测需要采血,一般通过一次性采血针(lancet)穿通手指等身体部位的皮肤并采集少量的毛细血液后,沾在测试带(strip)上并使用安装测试带的血糖检测仪测量血糖值。
在此,用于采血的装置主要使用采血器具(lancing device)。
这种采血器具由安装一次性采血针的采血针持针器、覆盖采血针并为了穿通皮肤而形成有只供针的尖端突出的孔的盖子以及提供穿通力的弹簧和击发体构成。并且,所述一次性采血针在具有规定长度的采血针体的一端设置有采血针头,这种采血针头结合有保护盖。
根据这种结构,以往的采血器具首先从采血器具中分离盖子后,在采血针持针器上安装一次性采血针,并在压缩弹簧的状态下盖上盖子后将其紧贴在手指等毛细血管多的部位,然后加压击发用开关,以使一次性采血针击发后穿通皮肤。
由于采血针刺入人的皮肤,为了预防感染必须使用一次性采血针。
因此,被采血者将采血针夹在采血器具使用后,应重新拔出而扔掉。
但是,在分离采完血的采血针的过程中,被采血者需要用手分离,此时,采血针通过内部弹力分离而弹出,因此可能会刺到被采血者或者周边人的皮肤,因此具有严重的安全隐患。
尤其,在通过检测者(第三者)进行采血时,在从采血器具分离一次性采血针的过程中,检测者的手可能被沾有被采血者的血的采血针刺到或者与该采血针接触,因此存在可能被病菌感染的问题。
发明内容
本发明是为了解决上述问题而提供的,本发明的目的是提供一种可分离采血针的采血针装置,该采血针装置能够最大限度地减少在分离采血针的过程中随着采血针的弹出而被采血针头刺到或者与采血针头接触的危险。
为了实现这种目的,本发明的可分离采血针的采血针装置,包括:采血针持针器,其一端形成有能够安装采血针的采血针安装槽,另一端形成有分离孔;和采血针分离装置,通过被导入所述采血针持针器的分离孔中并对所述采血针进行加压,从而使所述采血针从所述采血针持针器分离。
如上所述,根据本发明,在从所述采血针装置分离采完血的所述采血针的过程中,通过使用所述采血针分离装置,能够最大限度地减少被采血者或者周边人的皮肤被采血针头刺到的可能性,被采血者能够稳定地分离所述采血针,并能够最大限度地减少由于检测者的手被采完血的采血针头刺到或者与该采血针头接触等而被病菌感染的情形。

具体实施方式
下面,参照附图详细描述本发明的优选实施例。首先需要注意的是,在对每个图的结构要素标注附图标记时,针对相同的结构要素,即使在不同的附图上出现,也尽量标注相同的附图标记。而且,在本发明的说明书中,当认为对相关公知功能或者结构的详细说明会导致本发明的要点不清楚时,省略其详细说明。
图1是本发明的一实施例涉及的可分离采血针的采血针装置的立体图,图2是本发明的一实施例涉及的可分离采血针的采血针装置的分解立体图,图3是图1的剖视图。
参照图1至图3,本发明的一实施例涉及的可分离采血针的采血针装置100大致包括采血针持针器110、操作装置120、外罩130、操作开关170、深度调节部件140、盖子150、结合装置160及采血针分离装置180。
所述采血针持针器110的一端形成有能够安装采血针10的采血针安装槽111,所述采血针持针器110设置在所述外罩130的内部的一侧。
其中,所述采血针10为一次性采血针,具有规定长度的采血针主体11的一端具有采血针头12,所述采血针头12与保护盖(未图示)结合构成。
所述保护盖以嵌件注塑方式结合在所述采血针头12的一端,根据这种结构,所述保护盖即使使用较小的力也能够从所述采血针头12分离。
所述操作装置120设置在所述采血针持针器110的另一端,并具有用于使所述采血针持针器110移动规定的路径来储能击发的结构,为此如图1所示具有多个弹簧121、122、123。
所述外罩130为使用者能够携带的大小的圆筒形状,并用于容纳所述操作装置120,所述外罩130的一端结合有所述采血针持针器110,在规定的位置上设置有与所述操作装置120联动的所述操作开关170。
所述操作开关170连接在所述操作装置120,通过加压使所述操作装置120工作。
即,当使用者加压所述操作开关170时,弹簧121、122、123收缩后瞬间向下部伸长,并使冲击传递棒124敲击位于下部的移动轴125,所述移动轴125再敲击固定有所述采血针10的所述采血针持针器110以使所述采血针10向外部突出。
所述深度调节部件140起到调节所述采血针头12的皮下刺入深度的作用。
所述盖子150与所述外罩130结合为覆盖所述外罩130的一端,在中央形成有供所述采血针10的采血针头12瞬间突出的通孔152,在前面形成有放射状的多个突起153,所述多个突起153以规定的角度相隔开。
所述结合装置160使所述外罩130的一端与所述盖子150铰接。
所述采血针分离装置180位于所述采血针持针器110的另一侧,通过被导入所述采血针持针器110的分离孔119并对所述采血针10进行加压,从而使所述采血针10从所述采血针持针器110分离。为此,所述采血针分离装置180包括:“┐”形状的杆181,具有被导入所述采血针持针器110的分离孔119中的一端181a;和采血针分离开关182,在内部形成有结合槽182a,并且与所述外罩130的外表面紧密结合,所述结合槽182a与所述“┐”形状的杆181的形成有台阶的另一端181b结合。
所述“┐”形状的杆181的所述一端181a形成为沿着所述移动轴125的长度方向延伸,从而能够通过所述采血针持针器110的分离孔119加压所述采血针持针器110的底面,所述另一端181b与所述一端181a垂直形成,并在末端形成有台阶,从而所述另一段181b卡接在所述采血针分离开关182的结合槽182a。
所述采血针分离开关182与形成在所述外罩130的外侧面上的结合孔139结合,并与所述杆181的另一端181b结合,当操作者沿着所述杆181的长度方向使所述采血针分离开关182移动时,通过所述采血针持针器110的分离孔119,使所述杆181导入所述采血针持针器110。
还可包括弹性体183,从而当操作者使所述采血针分离开关182移动后,所述采血针分离开关182能够柔和地复位。所述弹性体183为弹簧,其一端与所述深度调节部件140的另一端接触,所述弹性体183的另一端与所述杆181或者采血针分离开关182的侧面结合,以使被导入所述采血针持针器110的分离孔119中的所述杆181复位。
换言之,所述弹性体183与所述采血针分离开关182结合或者如本发明的一实施例与所述杆181结合,并沿着所述杆181的长度方向设置在所述杆181和所述外罩130之间的内部空间。而且所述弹性体183可设置为沿着所述采血针分离开关182的移动方向被压缩或者通过所述弹性体183的弹力从压缩状态复位。
在所述采血针分离开关182的外周部上以与长度方向垂直的方向形成有褶子182b,从而提高与操作者的手指表面的摩擦力,进而能够使所述采血针分离开关182沿着长度方向易于移动。
如图3所示,当所述采血针10和所述杆181相隔规定间距时,若推动所述采血针分离开关182,则所述杆181通过所述分离孔119向所述采血针10方向移动,从而所述采血针10能够从所述采血针持针器110分离。
下面,参照图4进一步详细探讨所述采血针分离装置180的使用方法。
图4是用于说明本发明的一实施例涉及的可分离采血针的采血针装置的采血针分离装置的使用方法的状态图。
首先,打开所述盖子150,并将所述采血针10安装在所述采血针持针器110中(图4的(a))。
而且,盖上所述盖子150,并调节所述采血针头12的皮下刺入深度,然后加压所述操作开关170来使所述操作装置120工作,进而进行采血。省略对该步骤的详细说明。
其次,需从所述采血针装置100分离所述采血针10,此时,将所述采血针分离开关180推向所述采血针10方向,以使所述杆181通过所述分离孔119被导入所述采血针持针器110。那么,所述采血针10通过所述杆181从所述采血针持针器110分离,所述弹性体183沿着所述采血针分离开关182和所述杆181的移动方向被压缩(图4的(b))。
在分离所述采血针10后,若释放所述采血针分离开关182,则所述弹性体183通过复原力恢复原状态,据此,所述采血针分离开关182和所述杆181也向与所述弹性体183被压缩的方向相反的方向移动,最终复位(图4的(c))。
根据所述采血针分离装置180的这种结构及操作方法,在将采完血的所述采血针10从所述采血针装置100分离的过程中,通过使用所述采血针分离开关182,可使被采血者或者周边人的皮肤被所述采血针头12刺到的可能性最小化。
即,以往的产品在采完血后,为了从所述采血针装置100分离所述采血针10需要用手拔出,因此会存在所述采血针10被分离而弹出,或者由此而可能被所述采血针头12刺到的问题,但在本发明中,被采血者不仅能够易于使用所述采血针分离开关182,而且能够稳定地分离所述采血针10。
因此,能够最大限度地减少由于检测者的手被采完血的所述采血针头12刺到或者与该采血针头12接触等原因被病菌感染的情形。

Claims (3)

1.一种可分离采血针的采血针装置,包括:
采血针持针器,其一端形成有能够安装采血针的采血针安装槽,另一端形成有分离孔;和
采血针分离装置,通过被导入所述采血针持针器的分离孔中并对所述采血针进行加压,从而使所述采血针从所述采血针持针器分离,
所述采血针分离装置包括:杆,具有通过所述采血针持针器的分离孔被导入所述采血针持针器中的一端;采血针分离开关,与所述杆的另一端结合,用于使所述杆的一端向所述采血针方向移动;和弹性体,所述弹性体与所述杆或者所述采血针分离开关结合,用于使被导入所述采血针持针器中的所述杆复位,其特征在于
所述杆为“┐”形状,在所述杆的另一端形成有台阶,在所述采血针分离开关的内侧形成有与所述杆的另一端卡接的结合槽。
2.根据权利要求1所述的可分离采血针的采血针装置,其中,
所述采血针分离开关在长度方向上与形成在外罩的外侧面的结合孔结合,从而能够沿长度方向移动。
3.根据权利要求1所述的可分离采血针的采血针装置,其中,
在与外罩的外侧面结合的所述采血针分离开关的外周部上以与长度方向相垂直的方向形成有褶子。
