Abstract
本发明公开了一种密封开关柜，包括相互拼接的前封板、侧封板和后封板，各封板之间接缝填封有密封胶条，前封板四周填封的密封胶条的高度大于其他部位填封的密封胶条的高度；开关柜内设置有压力传感器；前封板四周填封的密封胶条表面涂布有硅胶面层涂料。采用上述结构后，因密封胶条本身特性，将使接缝之间封填更为均匀，且易封填，封填后也容易更换；因前封板四周填封的密封胶条的高度大于其他部位，以及该处密封胶条表面涂有硅胶面层，故更耐磨损，不会因前封板的频繁开合动作，而降低开关柜的密封性能，从而延长了密封胶条的使用寿命。另压力传感器的使用，可以通过检测开关柜内压力的变化，从而监视开关柜的密封性能并提前预警。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及开关柜的密封领域，特别是一种密封开关柜。
背景技术
为防止灰尘、异物或水分等进入开关柜内部，而导致柜内部件的性能下降或损坏，密封开关柜的使用越来越广泛，故对密封的要求也越来越高，尤其是气体密封开关柜。
2012年2月22日公开的第201110164408.9号中国发明专利，揭示了一种密封开关柜箱体。该密封开关柜箱体包括相互拼接的前封板、侧封板和后封板，各封板之间用密封胶封填。该种封填方法易受操作方式或环境的影响，如因封填速度快或人员疏忽等，使胶体填封过少或各点填封不均匀，填封多的地方造成凸起，填封过少的地方，造成密封效果差，且封填过程操作繁琐，工作效率低，填封后不易更换。另外，前封板与其他各部位填封密封胶的高度相同，前封板因需经常开关，因摩擦，密封胶磨损快，易导致密封不良。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种封填均匀，且易封填、易更换的密封开关柜。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明提供的技术方案如下：
一种密封开关柜，包括相互拼接的前封板、侧封板和后封板，各封板之间接缝填封有密封胶条，所述前封板四周填封的密封胶条的高度大于其他部位填封的密封胶条的高度。
所述开关柜内设置有压力传感器。
所述前封板四周填封的密封胶条表面涂布有硅胶面层涂料。
所述密封胶条的截面为矩形，前封板四周填封的密封胶条的宽高比为2:1，其他部位填封的密封胶条的宽高比为3:1或4:1。
采用上述结构后，因密封胶条本身特性，将使接缝之间封填更为均匀，且易封填，封填后也容易更换；前封板四周填封的密封胶条的高度大于其他部位，以及该处密封胶条表面涂有硅胶面层，故更耐磨损，不会因前封板的频繁开关动作，而降低开关柜的密封性能，从而延长了密封胶条的使用寿命。另压力传感器的使用，可以通过检测开关柜内压力的变化，从而监视开关柜的密封性能并提前预警。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细的说明。
如图1所示，一种密封开关柜，包括相互拼接的前封板1、侧封板2和后封板3，各封板之间接缝填封有密封胶条4，所述前封板1四周填封的密封胶条4的高度大于其他部位填封的密封胶条4的高度。故该处的密封胶条4，更耐磨损，不会因前封板1的频繁开关动作，而降低密封胶条4的密封性能，延长密封胶条4的寿命。另密封胶条因本身特性，可以为整根带状材料，将使接缝之间封填更为均匀，操作人员容易安装封填；后续更换也比较容易，大大提高了工作效率。
所述开关柜内设置有压力传感器5，该压力传感器5可以检测开关柜内的压力变化，并将信号传递给控制器，检修人员可以通过该压力来判断该开关柜是否密封，是否需要更换密封胶条4，使开关柜的密封性能得到保证，也为维修人员提供了便利。
所述前封板四周填封的密封胶条4表面涂布有硅胶面层涂料。涂布后的密封胶条4将具有良好的耐磨、光滑性，表面摩擦系数小，也有利于前封板1的开合动作。
所述密封胶条4的截面为矩形，前封板1四周填封的密封胶条4的宽高比优选为2:1，其他部位填封的密封胶条4的宽高比优选为3:1或4:1，用户也可根据实际需要，选择其他尺寸的宽高比。
另外，密封胶条4为棒状，也在本发明的保护范围之内，密封胶条4表面也可根据需要涂布其他材料。
为进一步提高开关柜的密封性能，密封胶条4安装前，应使各封板接缝处的配合面保持一定的光洁度。

1.一种密封开关柜，包括相互拼接的前封板（1）、侧封板（2）和后封板（3），其特征在于：各封板之间接缝填封有密封胶条（4），所述前封板（1）四周填封的密封胶条（4）的高度大于其他部位填封的密封胶条(4)的高度；所述开关柜内设置有压力传感器(5)，压力传感器(5)可以检测开关柜内的压力变化，并将信号传递给控制器，检修人员可以通过该压力来判断该开关柜是否密封，是否需要更换密封胶条(4)；所述前封板四周填封的密封胶条(4)表面涂布有硅胶面层涂料；所述密封胶条(4)的截面为矩形，前封板(1)四周填封的密封胶条(4)的宽高比为2:1，其他部位填封的密封胶条(4)的宽高比为3:1或4:1。
