本发明涉及一种钢球焊座，尤其涉及一种密封式焊接座。
背景技术
钢球广泛应用于轴承、五金、电子、铁艺、机械设备、电力、矿山、冶金等领域，其制作工艺包括冲压、光磨、淬火、硬磨、外观、精研、清洗、防锈、品包装。例如，对于现有的一些机械设备组件，在固定钢球时，当底部的钢球座采用钢球与开口销焊方式时，一般需要使开口销与钢球之间点接触焊接，这使得在焊接时难度极大，而且这种结构方式使得钢珠极易脱落；同时，需要重视的是，当开口销插入弹簧座内部之后，二者之间缺乏有效的密封结构，这影响了钢球焊接之后的密封性，有时会缩短使用寿命。因此，针对以上方面，需要做出合理的改进。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种钢球易于焊接、加工方便、加强了密封性的密封式焊接座，以解决现有技术的诸多不足。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案来具体实现：
一种密封式焊接座，包括弹簧座与开口销，所述弹簧座中心位置处设置一个上下贯穿的通孔，该通孔内部插入一个开口销，位于弹簧座两侧的内壁面上各设置若干条形密封棉。
所述条形密封棉外表面粘接于开口销内壁面上，每两个相邻的条形密封棉之间相隔3cm。
所述弹簧座下部两侧与开口销外壁面之间分别装有挡板，该挡板里侧与一个条形密封棉相接。
本发明所述的密封式焊接座的有益效果为：通过在开口销与弹簧座之间设置若干条形密封棉，加强了整体密封性，也使得钢球易于焊接，能够长时间确保正常使用；结构便于安装，也使钢球与开口销之间的稳定性得以提高。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，本发明实施例所述密封式焊接座，包括弹簧座1与开口销2，所述弹簧座1中心位置处设置一个上下贯穿的通孔，该通孔内部插入一个开口销2并且此开口销2沿着弹簧座1内壁面由下至上逐渐嵌入，位于开口销2的开口端设置一个钢球3；
同时，位于弹簧座1两侧的内壁面上各设置若干条形密封棉4，此条形密封棉4外表面粘接于开口销2内壁面上，每两个相邻的条形密封棉4之间相隔3cm。
此外，所述弹簧座1下部两侧与开口销2外壁面之间分别装有挡板5，该挡板5里侧与一个条形密封棉4相接，从而节省了底部的密封结构，降低了生产成本。

1.一种密封式焊接座，包括弹簧座与开口销，其特征在于：所述弹簧座中心位置处设置一个上下贯穿的通孔，该通孔内部插入一个开口销，位于弹簧座两侧的内壁面上各设置若干条形密封棉。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种密封式焊接座，其特征在于：所述条形密封棉外表面粘接于开口销内壁面上，每两个相邻的条形密封棉之间相隔3cm。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种密封式焊接座，其特征在于：所述弹簧座下部两侧与开口销外壁面之间分别装有挡板，该挡板里侧与一个条形密封棉相接。
