If the error signal sent by the digital tv terminal 50 to the server 60 does not use the preset format, the server 60 will not be able to receive the error signal in real time, and when the digital tv terminal 50 fails, it cannot process the error signal in time.
The server 60 is configured to send a monitoring request to the digital television terminal, and receive a processing result of the monitoring request sent by the digital television terminal.

receiving a monitoring request of a server, wherein the monitoring request comprises a request for monitoring the working state and/or the working performance of the digital television terminal;
when the result of authenticating the monitoring request is legal, responding to the received monitoring request, and processing the local terminal including the working state and/or the working performance to obtain a processing result;
sending the processing result to the server;
when the result of the authentication of the monitoring request is illegal, an error signal is sent to a server; the error signal is used for prompting the server that the monitoring request is illegal operation;
