背景技术
    圆盘剪刀在纵切配刀时容易造成分条卷边产生毛刺,导致产品质量下降。
发明内容
    为了提高产品质量,保证在纵切配刀时正常分条切边,本发明提供一种圆盘剪刀磨削方法
本发明的技术方案是:
1、磨床采用80#砂轮对圆盘剪刀进行粗磨1小时;
2、采用150#砂轮对圆盘剪刀进行精磨和抛光至粗糙度是0.1um。
本发明可以提高圆盘剪刀磨削精度,保证在纵切配刀时正常分条切边,提高带钢产品质量。
具体实施方式
1、磨床采用80#砂轮对圆盘剪刀进行粗磨1小时;
2、采用150#砂轮对圆盘剪刀进行精磨和抛光至粗糙度是0.1um。
