Abstract

Description

本发明涉及一种卫生设备专用截止阀的顶部阀芯,包括一个能被一个O形圈密封的有螺纹的头部另件,一根芯轴,一个有多个孔眼的并和芯轴一起被驱动的可移动密封盘,一个有多个孔眼的回转地固定的密封盘,和一个横穿过头部另件或中间部件的驱动器销子,固定盘和可移动盘在底部与一个装在可移动盘凹槽内的驱动器相连。
在众所周知的这类顶部阀芯中,一个缺点是有时漏水和心轴处于锈蚀和水垢的危害中。本发明的目的是改进这种涉及到的顶部阀芯,获得一个功能稳定的阀芯,并防止泄漏、锈蚀和水垢。
根据本发明,在前述的顶部阀芯里,推荐将驱动器销子在底部焊接到驱动器上,驱动器销子和可移动圆盘之间的空间填入密封材料,驱动器销子在顶部压入心轴中,其深度的变化取决于这对圆盘制造厚度的差异,这对圆盘沿长度方向有轴向间隙,因此相当于可移位,其中心轴安装在一个衬套内。
现在参照附图,对本发明更详细地加以描述。图1表示了本发明的一个实施例,图2表示了另一个实施例。
图1表示了一个已装配好的卫生设备专用截止阀顶部阀芯的剖视图。该阀芯靠它的螺纹26安装在一个开口中并由相隔的O形圈14、15密封。为了控制水流,使用带有孔18、19的密封圆盘9和17。大量的这种密封盘,其中绝大部分用三氧化二铝制造,其表面抛光以便使两圆盘9和17的接触面形成一个好的密封。在两个圆盘之上是头部零件4,其上有螺纹26。心轴2装入该头部另件,并被一个球面卡紧螺钉1依次连接到一个操作杆上。以这样的状态,将心轴2与穿过固定圆盘17和可移动圆盘9的一根驱动器销子12压装组合并在底部用激光焊接到驱动器21上。驱动器装入可移动圆盘9中的一个凹槽22内,以便当心轴2运动时,圆盘9随驱动器销子12和驱动器21回转。按照它们的设置,一定体积的水能通过孔眼18和19流到排水孔处。为减少噪音,在两密封圆盘的入口处安置一个纤维制插入件16或一个网屏。心轴2装在一个具有内法兰6的衬套5中。该衬套由塑料构成是有益的,这样可防止心轴锈蚀和沉积水垢。在位于驱动器销子12通道附近的头部另件4的表面装有密封件13,由于驱动器销子端部的空间,销子12、驱动器21和可移动圆盘9之间同样被填入密封材料,没有水能沿着心轴泄漏,以此保持一个完备的密封。并且任何O形环也不在心轴处承受动载荷。
圆盘9、17的叠放要在顶部和/或底部具有间隙,即两圆盘的叠放不是被卡紧就位的。在阀芯的安装过程,根据各对圆盘厚度的差异选择一个间隙,该间隙受陶瓷制品的制造公差限定,可以在0.05到0.1mm之间。换言之,这对圆盘总可稍微地纵向和轴向位移,可移动圆盘总是自由移动。通过可变化深度地压入心轴2的驱动器销子12调整间隙,因此在心轴内不在配备任何止动器。
靠呈钟形的头部另件4的底部封闭密封圆盘9和17。头部另件4的钟形部分被一块栅格板24封闭地隔离。另外,一个凸爪7将头部另件4连接到固定圆盘17上,以此提供防泄漏的附加防护。为了卡住头部另件,也可以装备一个横插过顶部阀芯垂直轴的键3。
图2表示了本发明的另一个实施例。此图也表示了卫生装置专用截止阀所用的一个已装配好的顶部阀芯的剖面图。一个心轴2也与一个驱动器销子12压装在一起并装在一个带内法兰6的衬套5中。衬套5和它的法兰6可以是塑料的。在头部另件4的上部,靠螺纹26将顶部阀芯拧入一个开口(没表示)。在该开口处,密封环15密封顶部阀芯。与图1的实施例不同,在这个实施例中头部另件4坐在一个中间另件23上,在中间另件23中首先装有带法兰6的衬套5,其次安置固定圆盘17用的止动装置7。依反螺纹方向旋转,可由中间另件23上提升起头部另件4并转过90°后就可将阀开口由朝左转向朝右。
在中间另件23的表面上,也是在驱动器销子12的通道附近,有密封件13,它与密封件27一起对固定圆盘17起密封作用。驱动器销子12的端部附近支撑着一个驱动器21,该驱动器嵌入回转圆盘9中的一个凹槽22内。两个密封圆盘9和17被封闭在一个似风箱结构的分离壳体25中,因此可补偿较大的安装公差。
由于可用铸塑制造中间另件23的原故,故可用该方式获得一种可靠性高、价廉、适于多种不同条件的阀。

Claims (11)

1、一种卫生装置专用截止阀的顶部阀芯,包括由一个O形圈(15)密封并带有螺纹的一个头部另件(4),一根心轴2,一个具有多个孔眼(18)并与该心轴一起从动的可移动密封圆盘(9),一个具有多个孔眼(19)的回转固定密封圆盘(17),和一个穿过头部另件(4)或一个中间另件(20)的驱动器销子(12),固定圆盘(17)和下面的可移动圆盘(9),在底部与嵌入可移动圆盘(9)中的一凹槽内的一个驱动器(21)相连,其特征在于其中驱动器销子(12)在底部位置与驱动器焊接并且驱动器(21),销子(12)和可移动圆盘(9)之间的间隔用密封材料(11)充填,其中可根据这对圆盘(9、17)厚度的制造差异,由顶部可变深度地将驱动器销子(12)压入心轴(2),两圆盘被装配得带有纵向的轴向间隙,因此可各自移动并且其中的心轴(2)安装在一个衬套(5)中。
2、根据权利要求1的顶部阀芯,其特征在于衬套(5)由合成材料构成。
3、根据权利要求1或2的顶部阀芯,其特征在于衬套(5)有一个环绕驱动器销子(12)的法兰(6)。
4、根据前述任一权利要求的顶部阀芯,其特征在于头部另件(4)可拆卸地置于一个中间另件(23)之上并且衬套(5)可置于中间另件(23)之中。
5、根据前述任一权利要求的顶部阀芯,其特征在于头部另件(4)或中间另件(23)上装有密封件(13),该密封件(13)装在驱动器销子(12)的通道附近的前部表面上。
6、根据前述任一权利要求的顶部阀芯,其特征在于头部另件(4)或中间另件(23)靠一个凸爪(7)连接到固定密封圆盘(17)上。
7、根据前述任一权利要求的顶部阀芯,其特征在于中间另件(23)靠本身卡住固定密封圆盘(17)。
8、根据前述任一权利要求的顶部阀芯,其特征在于头部另件(4)的底部呈钟形,密封圆盘(9,17)置于该钟形空间内。
9、根据前述任一权利要求的顶部阀芯,其特征在于装有一粗制栅格板(24)。
10、根据前述任一权利要求的顶部阀芯,其特征在于密封圆盘(9.17)靠支撑在中间另件(23)上并能靠滚压附着在其上的一个分离壳体(25)封闭,该壳体带有与阀体相连的密封件(27)。
11、根据前述任一权利要求的顶部阀芯,其特征在于中间另件(23)由合成材料制造。
