315. The terminal judges whether the reselection priorities in the reselection priority list of the LTE neighboring cell are all larger than the reselection priorities in the reselection priority list of the non-LTE neighboring cell, if so, the step 311 is carried out; otherwise, step 313 and 314 are repeated until the reselection priorities of all the LTE neighbor cells are greater than the reselection priority of the non-LTE neighbor cell.
And step 316, the terminal determines a reselection target cell according to the priority information of each neighboring cell and a set reselection strategy.
For example, when the terminal is located in an overlapping coverage area of the LTE network and the WCDMA network and a current serving cell of the terminal is an LTE cell, the terminal reads an SIB3 in the system message by monitoring a system message issued by the current serving cell, and acquires a reselection priority of the current serving cell, that is, cell reselection priority _ LTE _ F0= 2; reading SIB6 in a system message, and obtaining reselection priorities of frequency points in a WCDMA neighboring cell, namely cellReselectionpriority _ NonLTE _ F1=1, cellReselectionpriority _ NonLTE _ F2= 0; the terminal analyzes the PRIORITYLADjustment parameter from the system message SIB 3; the neighbor list configured for the current serving CELL CELL A comprises a CELL CELL B on a frequency point of WCDMA F1 and a CELL CELL C on a frequency point of WCDMA F2.
The terminal arranges the WCDMA adjacent CELL lists according to the reselection priorities from high to low, the sorted WCDMA adjacent CELL lists are marked as { CELL B, CELL C }, and the corresponding CELL reselection priorities are marked as {1,0 }.
When the terminal in the area is mainly based on voice service, because the minimum value in the reselection priority list of the WCDMA neighboring area is 0 and is smaller than the reselection priority 2 of the LTE cell of the current service cell of the terminal, the terminal exchanges the minimum value in the reselection priority list of the WCDMA neighboring area with the reselection priority of the LTE cell; the reselection priority list of the regulated WCDMA neighboring cell is {1,2 }; after the reselection priority list of the WCDMA neighboring cell is reordered according to the sequence of the priorities from high to low, the reselection priority list of the WCDMA neighboring cell is {2,1 }; the values in the reselection priority list {2,1} of the WCDMA neighboring CELL are sequentially distributed to the reselection priority list { CELL B, CELL C } of the WCDMA neighboring CELL, namely the reselection priority of CELL B is 2, and the reselection priority of CELL C is 1; at this time, the reselection priority of the current serving CELL LTE CELL a of the terminal is 0. The terminal can reselect the cell according to the adjusted reselection priority parameter of each neighboring cell, so that the terminal mainly based on the voice service can preferentially reselect the WCDMA network.
When the terminal in the area is mainly based on the data service, the reselection priority of the current service cell LTE cell of the terminal is 2 and is greater than the reselection priorities of all WCDMA neighboring cells, so the terminal does not need to adjust the reselection priority.
In the embodiment, at least one target adjacent cell matched with the service characteristic type is determined according to the service characteristic type of the terminal and the adjacent cell network type information, when the priority of the target adjacent cell is lower than the priority of other adjacent cells except the target adjacent cell in the adjacent cells of the current service cell, the priority of the target adjacent cell is improved, so that the priority of all target adjacent cells is higher than that of other adjacent cells except the target adjacent cell in the adjacent cells of the current service cell, and the terminal adjusts the priority information of the adjacent cells of the current service cell, determining a reselection target cell according to the set reselection strategy, so that the terminal reselects to a cell matched with the service characteristic type of the terminal, namely, the terminal mainly based on voice service reselects to a 2G cell or a 3G cell, and the terminal mainly based on data service reselects to an LTE cell, so that the user experience is improved; and after the reselection priority is adjusted, the result of the corresponding reselection priority ranking of each neighboring cell matched with the service feature type of the terminal is kept unchanged, and the result of the corresponding reselection priority ranking of other neighboring cells except the neighboring cell matched with the service feature type in the neighboring cell of the current service cell of the terminal is also kept unchanged, so that the use of the flow regulation and control strategy of the operator in the hierarchical network is not influenced. In addition, after the terminal simultaneously improves the priority of each target adjacent cell, if the terminal fails to reselect the adjacent cell with the highest priority among the target adjacent cells, the terminal can also reselect the adjacent cell with the highest priority among the target adjacent cells, so that the success rate of the inter-system cell reselection is improved, and the terminal can be ensured to reselect the network matched with the service characteristic type of the inter-system cell.
Those of ordinary skill in the art will understand that: all or a portion of the steps of implementing the above-described method embodiments may be performed by hardware associated with program instructions. The program may be stored in a computer-readable storage medium. When executed, the program performs steps comprising the method embodiments described above; and the aforementioned storage medium includes: various media that can store program codes, such as ROM, RAM, magnetic or optical disks.
Fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of an embodiment of a cell reselection apparatus provided in the present invention, as shown in fig. 4, including:
the receiving module 41 is configured to receive system information broadcasted by the current serving cell, where the system information carries neighbor network type information of the current serving cell and priority information of a neighbor.
And the determining module 42 is configured to determine a target neighboring cell matched with the feature type according to the service feature type of the terminal and the neighboring cell network type information.
The service feature types comprise: the voice service is used as a main service and the data service is used as a main service; the network types include: 2G networks, 3G networks and LTE networks.
The determining module 42 is specifically configured to, if the service feature type is mainly voice service, determine that the network type of the target neighboring cell matched with the service feature type is 2G or 3G; or,
and if the service characteristic type is mainly data service, the network type of the target adjacent cell matched with the service characteristic type is LTE.
Further, the system information broadcasted by the current serving cell may also carry a priority adjustment indication, which is used to instruct the apparatus to adjust the priority of the target neighboring cell.
A raising module 43, configured to raise the priority of the target neighboring cell when the priority of the target neighboring cell is lower than the priorities of other neighboring cells, except the target neighboring cell, in the neighboring cell of the current serving cell, so that the priority of the target neighboring cell is higher than the priorities of other neighboring cells, except the target neighboring cell, in the neighboring cell of the current serving cell;
the determining module 42 is further configured to determine a reselection target cell according to the priority information of the neighboring cell of the current serving cell after the adjustment is improved.
Further, the improving module 43 may be specifically configured to, if a plurality of target neighboring cells are determined, execute a neighboring cell sorting operation by the terminal, where the neighboring cell sorting operation includes: respectively sorting the target neighbor cells and other neighbor cells in a descending order according to the corresponding priority to obtain a target neighbor cell list and other neighbor cell lists; the terminal executes the priority sorting operation, and the priority sorting operation comprises the following steps: respectively sequencing the priorities of the target neighbor cells and the priorities of other neighbor cells in a descending order to obtain a target neighbor cell reselection priority list and other neighbor cell reselection priority lists;
the terminal executes a priority switching operation, wherein the priority switching operation comprises the following steps: exchanging the lowest value in the target neighbor cell reselection priority list with the highest value in other neighbor cell reselection priority lists; the terminal repeatedly executes the priority exchange operation and the priority sorting operation until the lowest value in the target neighbor cell reselection priority list is higher than the highest values in other neighbor cell reselection priority lists; and the terminal sequentially distributes each priority in the adjusted target neighbor cell reselection priority list to each neighbor cell in the target neighbor cell list, and sequentially distributes each priority in the adjusted other neighbor cell reselection priority list to each neighbor cell in the other neighbor cell list.
In this embodiment, at least one target neighboring cell matched with the service feature type is determined according to the service feature type of the terminal and the network type information of the neighboring cells, when the priority of the target neighboring cell is lower than the priorities of other neighboring cells except the target neighboring cell in the neighboring cells of the current serving cell, the priority of the target neighboring cell is increased, so that the priority of the target neighboring cell is higher than the priorities of other neighboring cells except the target neighboring cell in the neighboring cells of the current serving cell, and the target cell is determined to be reselected according to the adjusted priority information of the neighboring cells of the current serving cell, so that the terminal is reselected to a cell matched with the service feature type thereof, that is, the terminal mainly based on the voice service is reselected to a 2G or 3G cell, the terminal mainly based on the data service is reselected to an LTE cell, and user experience is improved.
Finally, it should be noted that: the above embodiments are only used to illustrate the technical solution of the present invention, and not to limit the same; while the invention has been described in detail and with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some or all of the technical features may be equivalently replaced; and the modifications or the substitutions do not make the essence of the corresponding technical solutions depart from the scope of the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention.

Claims (8)

1. A method of cell reselection, comprising:
a terminal receives system information broadcasted by a current service cell, wherein the system information carries neighbor cell network type information of the current service cell and priority information of neighbor cells;
the terminal determines at least one target neighbor cell matched with the service feature type according to the service feature type of the terminal and the neighbor cell network type information;
when the priority of the target neighbor cell is lower than the priority of other neighbor cells except the target neighbor cell in the neighbor cells of the current service cell, the terminal increases the priority of the target neighbor cell so as to make the priority of the target neighbor cell higher than the priority of other neighbor cells except the target neighbor cell in the neighbor cells of the current service cell;
and the terminal determines to reselect the target cell according to the adjusted priority information of the adjacent cell of the current service cell.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the traffic feature type comprises: the voice service is used as a main service and the data service is used as a main service; the network types include: 2G networks, 3G networks and LTE networks;
the determining at least one target neighboring cell matched with the service feature type includes:
if the service feature type is mainly voice service, the network type of the target adjacent cell matched with the service feature type is 2G or 3G; or,
and if the service characteristic type is mainly data service, the network type of the target adjacent cell matched with the service characteristic type is LTE.
3. The method according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the terminal increasing the priority of the target neighbor cell comprises:
if the terminal determines a plurality of target neighbor cells, the terminal executes neighbor cell sequencing operation, wherein the neighbor cell sequencing operation comprises: respectively sorting the target neighbor cells and the other neighbor cells in a descending order according to the corresponding priority to obtain a target neighbor cell list and other neighbor cell lists;
the terminal executes a prioritization operation, the prioritization operation comprising: respectively sequencing the priorities of the target neighbor cells and the priorities of the other neighbor cells in a descending order to obtain a target neighbor cell reselection priority list and other neighbor cell reselection priority lists;
the terminal executes a priority exchange operation, wherein the priority exchange operation comprises the following steps: exchanging the lowest value in the target neighbor cell reselection priority list with the highest value in the other neighbor cell reselection priority lists;
the terminal repeatedly executes the priority exchange operation and the priority sorting operation until the lowest value in the target neighbor cell reselection priority list is higher than the highest values in the other neighbor cell reselection priority lists;
and the terminal sequentially distributes each priority in the adjusted target neighbor cell reselection priority list to each neighbor cell in the target neighbor cell list, and sequentially distributes each priority in the adjusted other neighbor cell reselection priority list to each neighbor cell in the other neighbor cell list.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the system information broadcasted by the current serving cell further carries: and a priority adjustment instruction, wherein the priority adjustment instruction is used for instructing the terminal to adjust the priority of the target neighboring cell.
5. A cell reselection apparatus, comprising:
a receiving module, configured to receive system information broadcasted by a current serving cell, where the system information carries neighbor network type information of the current serving cell and priority information of a neighbor cell;
a determining module, configured to determine at least one target neighbor cell matched with the service feature type according to the service feature type of the terminal and the neighbor cell network type information;
a raising module, configured to raise the priority of the target neighbor cell when the priority of the target neighbor cell is lower than the priorities of other neighbor cells, except the target neighbor cell, in the neighbor cell of the current serving cell, so that the priority of the target neighbor cell is higher than the priorities of other neighbor cells, except the target neighbor cell, in the neighbor cell of the current serving cell;
the determining module is further configured to determine a reselection target cell according to the adjusted priority information of the neighboring cell of the current serving cell.
6. The apparatus of claim 5, wherein the traffic feature type comprises: the voice service is used as a main service and the data service is used as a main service; the network types include: 2G networks, 3G networks and LTE networks;
the determining module is specifically configured to, if the service feature type is mainly voice service, determine that a network type of a target neighboring cell matched with the service feature type is 2G or 3G; or,
and if the service characteristic type is mainly data service, the network type of the target adjacent cell matched with the service characteristic type is LTE.
7. The apparatus according to claim 5 or 6, wherein the increasing module is specifically configured to, if a plurality of the target neighbor cells are determined, the terminal performs a neighbor cell ranking operation, where the neighbor cell ranking operation includes: respectively sorting the target neighbor cells and the other neighbor cells in a descending order according to the corresponding priority to obtain a target neighbor cell list and other neighbor cell lists;
the terminal executes a prioritization operation, the prioritization operation comprising: respectively sequencing the priorities of the target neighbor cells and the priorities of the other neighbor cells in a descending order to obtain a target neighbor cell reselection priority list and other neighbor cell reselection priority lists;
the terminal executes a priority exchange operation, wherein the priority exchange operation comprises the following steps: exchanging the lowest value in the target neighbor cell reselection priority list with the highest value in the other neighbor cell reselection priority lists;
the terminal repeatedly executes the priority exchange operation and the priority sorting operation until the lowest value in the target neighbor cell reselection priority list is higher than the highest values in the other neighbor cell reselection priority lists;
and the terminal sequentially distributes each priority in the adjusted target neighbor cell reselection priority list to each neighbor cell in the target neighbor cell list, and sequentially distributes each priority in the adjusted other neighbor cell reselection priority list to each neighbor cell in the other neighbor cell list.
8. The apparatus of claim 5, wherein the system information broadcasted by the current serving cell further carries: a priority adjustment indication to instruct the apparatus to adjust the priority of the target neighbor.
