本发明涉及一种永磁智能调速节能装置,包括永磁盘、主轴和导体铜盘,永磁盘和导体铜盘彼此相对地套装在主轴,主轴通过永磁盘和主轴之间的螺旋键驱动永磁盘旋转并靠近导体铜盘,在永磁盘和主轴之间设置限制永磁盘靠近导体铜盘的弹性元件。本发明的有益效果是:该调速机构通过螺旋键和弹性元件的共同配合,实现了根据负载情况自动调节永磁盘和导体铜盘之间的间隙或耦合度,结构简单,安装便捷,使用寿命长。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种永磁智能调速节能装置。
背景技术
目前在工矿企业中使用的大量的电机都是采用法兰盘直接与轴连结,虽然具有结构简单、传动效率高的特点,但这种刚性连接常常导致电机及其拖动系统处于非经济的运行状态,白白地浪费掉大量的电能。近年来,随着节能降耗技术日新月异般的发展。在电机拖动领域,开始出现从电机输出端来隔离起动时的冲击负荷并实现无级调速的永磁耦合驱动及调速技术。最早公知的永磁耦合驱动及调速技术参见美国专利No.5477094,是一种盘形轴向磁场的、气隙可调的永磁耦合调速器,该永磁耦合调速器由盘形的实心导体铜盘作为主驱动盘和安装有稀土磁钢的从动盘所组成,其工作原理是靠实心铜盘旋转时感应涡流并通过涡流来驱动永磁从动盘跟随旋转做功,通过调节两轮盘的间隙大小改变气隙长度来调整两轮盘的转差率而实现无级调速。
但是现有的永磁耦合调速器需要通过复杂的调节机构来改变两轮盘之间的间隙大小,不利于节能和设备的小型化。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种永磁智能调速节能装置,能够实现自动调节,而且结构简单。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种永磁智能调速节能装置,包括永磁盘、主轴和导体铜盘,永磁盘和导体铜盘彼此相对地套装在主轴,主轴通过永磁盘和主轴之间的螺旋键驱动永磁盘旋转并靠近导体铜盘,在永磁盘和主轴之间设置限制永磁盘靠近导体铜盘的弹性元件。
具体地,弹性元件为压力弹簧,在主轴上具有挡圈,压力弹簧套在主轴上,位于挡圈和永磁盘之间。
为电机的柔性启动,保护电机,并更好地适应负载变化大的场合,进一步限定,主轴上具有两根长度不同的压力弹簧,长度长的压力弹簧的弹簧常数小于长度短的压力弹簧的弹簧常数。
导体铜盘与主轴之间设置轴承。
本发明的有益效果是:该调速机构通过螺旋键和弹性元件的共同配合,实现了根据负载情况自动调节永磁盘和导体铜盘之间的间隙或耦合度,结构简单,安装便捷,使用寿命长。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,一种永磁智能调速节能装置,包括永磁盘1、主轴2和导体铜盘3,永磁盘1和导体铜盘3彼此相对地套装在主轴2,主轴2通过永磁盘1和主轴2之间的螺旋键4驱动永磁盘1旋转并靠近导体铜盘3,在永磁盘1和主轴2之间设置限制永磁盘1靠近导体铜盘3的弹性元件5,螺旋键优选螺旋花键。
弹性元件5为压力弹簧,在主轴2上具有挡圈,压力弹簧套在主轴2上,位于挡圈和永磁盘1之间。
主轴2上具有两根长度不同的压力弹簧,长度长的压力弹簧的弹簧常数小于长度短的压力弹簧的弹簧常数。长度长的压力弹簧还起到电机停止运行后,永磁盘1的复位,确保再次起动的柔韧性,保护电机使用寿命。压力弹簧的弹簧常数(倔强系数)的选配,可确保负载最终运行转速,因此可以根据不同的需要和负载的实际情况,匹配不同的压力弹簧而保证负载的最佳工况,从而得到高效结果。
导体铜盘3与主轴2之间设置轴承。
工作过程如下:
当电机起动带着主轴2一起转动,这时永磁盘1也跟随转动,而其有一定的转动惯量,而且与导体铜盘3有一定量的藕合,因而也受到一个阻碍其旋转的力,使其与主轴2的速度有一定的速差,这时永磁盘1向里移动,同时压缩压力弹簧,而当永磁盘1所受的总合力在轴向的分力与压力弹簧的弹簧力相等时,则主轴2与永磁盘1总成同步旋转,这时永磁盘1也处在相对静止状态。
因此当由导体铜盘3带动的负载增大时,其转速瞬间向小的方向变化,永磁盘1与导体铜盘3瞬间相对速度向大的方向变化,这时永磁盘1与导体铜盘3间瞬间产生一个强大的安培力,因它们间的强大的作用力与反作用力,而使永磁盘1与主轴2又存在一个很小的差速,使永磁盘1又向里移动,增加了藕合度。而当导体铜盘3了带动的负载减小时,其转速瞬间向大的方向变化,永磁盘1与导体铜盘3瞬间相对速度向小的方向变化,这时永磁盘1向外移动,使减小了藕合度。
由此可见,该装置可运用在多变工况环境,而智能地恒定负载转速,改良负载运行规律,达到高效节能的功效。

Claims (4)

1.一种永磁智能调速节能装置,其特征是:包括永磁盘(1)、主轴(2)和导体铜盘(3),永磁盘(1)和导体铜盘(3)彼此相对地套装在主轴(2),主轴(2)通过永磁盘(1)和主轴(2)之间的螺旋键(4)驱动永磁盘(1)旋转并靠近导体铜盘(3),在永磁盘(1)和主轴(2)之间设置限制永磁盘(1)靠近导体铜盘(3)的弹性元件(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的永磁智能调速节能装置,其特征是:所述的弹性元件(5)为压力弹簧,在主轴(2)上具有挡圈,压力弹簧套在主轴(2)上,位于挡圈和永磁盘(1)之间。
3.根据权利要求2所述的永磁智能调速节能装置,其特征是:所述的主轴(2)上具有两根长度不同的压力弹簧,长度长的压力弹簧的弹簧常数小于长度短的压力弹簧的弹簧常数。
4.根据权利要求1所述的永磁智能调速节能装置,其特征是:所述的导体铜盘(3)与主轴(2)之间设置轴承。
