Abstract

本发明公开一种保温塑料管道。该保温塑料管道的管壁由内向外依次为纤维缠绕内层、泡沫塑料层和纤维缠绕外层。本发明采用三层复合结构,在纤维缠绕层之间增加一泡沫塑料层,提高管道的保温能力,在纤维缠绕内层采用大的缠绕角有利于防止塑料管道胀裂,且具有良好的抗磨损能力,纤维缠绕外层采用小的缠绕角可以提高管道的抗弯曲性能。

本发明属于塑料管材领域,具体涉及一种保温塑料管道。
背景技术
现有塑料管道虽然具有良好的耐腐蚀性和重量轻等特点,但易弯曲,承重能力差,且不耐磨损和不保温。
发明内容
本发明的目的是解决现有塑料管道的上述缺陷,提供一种保温塑料管道。
本发明实现上述目的所采用的技术方案如下:
一种保温塑料管道,所述保温塑料管道的管壁由内向外依次为纤维缠绕内层、泡沫塑料层和纤维缠绕外层。
进一步,所述纤维缠绕内层的纤维缠绕角度为80O~85O
进一步,所述纤维缠绕外层的纤维缠绕角度为5O~10O
进一步,所述泡沫塑料层为聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料。
进一步,所述纤维缠绕内层的厚度为2~4mm。
进一步,所述泡沫塑料层的厚度为8~12mm。
进一步,所述纤维缠绕外层的厚度为3~5mm。
进一步,纤维缠绕内层由增强材料、树脂和填料在纤维缠绕机制成。
进一步,纤维缠绕外层由增强材料和树脂在纤维缠绕机制成。
所述增加材料为碳纤维、芳纶纤维或玻璃纤维,所述树脂为环氧树脂,所述填料为石英砂。
有益效果:本发明采用三层复合结构,在纤维缠绕层之间增加一泡沫塑料层,提高管道的保温能力,在纤维缠绕内层采用大的缠绕角有利于防止塑料管道胀裂,且具有良好的抗磨损能力,纤维缠绕外层采用小的缠绕角可以提高管道的抗弯曲性能。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图及实施例对本发明做进一步详细说明。
如图1所示,本发明的保温塑料管道的管壁由内向外依次为纤维缠绕内层(1)、泡沫塑料层(2)和纤维缠绕外层(3)。纤维缠绕内层是在纤维缠绕机上采用常规工艺将碳纤维、环氧树脂和石英砂绕制得到,纤维缠绕角度(纤维束与管道轴心的夹角)控制在80O-85O,厚度为2~4mm,纤维缠绕内层碳纤维质量百分含量控制在50~60%、树脂质量百分含量控制在25~30%,余量为石英砂。纤维缠绕外层则是在纤维缠绕机上采用常规工艺将芳纶纤维和环氧树脂绕制得到,纤维缠绕角度控制在5O-10O,厚度为3~5mm,纤维缠绕外层芳纶纤维质量百分含量控制在80~85%、树脂质量百分含量控制在20~15%。泡沫塑料层采用聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料,厚度为8~12mm。
实施例1
一种保温塑料管道,管壁由内向外依次为纤维缠绕内层、泡沫塑料层和纤维缠绕外层,纤维缠绕内层的缠绕角度为85O,厚度2mm,碳纤维含量60%、树脂30%,余量为石英砂;泡沫塑料层厚度为8mm;纤维缠绕外层的缠绕角度为5O,厚度为5mm,芳纶纤维含量为80%、树脂含量为20%。
实施例2
一种保温塑料管道,管壁由内向外依次为纤维缠绕内层、泡沫塑料层和纤维缠绕外层,纤维缠绕内层的缠绕角度为80O,厚度4mm,碳纤维含量50%、树脂25%,余量为石英砂;泡沫塑料层厚度为12mm;纤维缠绕外层的缠绕角度为10O,厚度为5mm,芳纶纤维含量为85%、树脂含量为15%。
