Abstract
本发明名为“龈沟液吸收棒”,属于口腔临床操作领域。在口腔临床操作过程中,时常会出现患牙龋坏达牙龈下的情况,此时由于牙龈的遮挡不仅使医生视野不清,而且龈沟液的不断渗出也影响了材料的聚合,导致术中填充不完善,术后填充物易脱落的情况。即使在盲视的情况下,医生凭经验和手感填充了患牙,充填物的悬突和术后修整也是一个困难。本发明针对这种情况,利用可吸水的高分子材料制作成扁平的细棒,插入龋损部位两侧牙龈,该材料持续吸水性能和微膨胀性能使得牙龈得以撑开,龈沟液得以吸收。扁平的形状也使该棒不易移位,使得该困难得以解决。

背景技术
高分子吸水树脂由于其在分子结构上带有大量具有很强的亲水性的化学基因,而这些化学基因又可形成各种相应的复杂结构,从而使得该类材料高吸水和高保水特性,吸水树脂除具有吸水量高,保水性好、吸水性快、无毒副作用等特点外,最突出的特点是吸收水份后,变成一种凝胶状的物质,其广泛应用于医疗、卫生、生活用品等行业,高分子吸水树脂有很多种,所用原料及工艺方法也各不相同其中钾 - 聚丙烯酸脂 - 聚丙烯酰胺共聚体型保水剂吸水性强,吸水速度快,体积膨胀快,无毒副作用,最重要的是其吸水后变得十分柔韧、不易破碎、不易断裂。
发明内容
在口腔临床操作过程中,时常会出现患牙龋坏达牙龈下的情况,此时由于牙龈的遮挡不仅使医生视野不清,而且龈沟液和血的不断渗出也影响了材料的聚合,导致术中填充不完善,术后填充物易脱落的情况,即使在盲视的情况下,医生凭经验和手感填充了患牙,充填物的悬突和术后修整也是一个困难,
本发明针对这种情况,利用可吸水的高分子材料制作成扁平的细棒状物体,插入龋损部位两侧牙龈,该材料质软却不易断裂和破碎,持续吸水性能和微膨胀性能使得牙龈得以撑开,龈沟液得以吸收,扁平的形状也使该棒不易移位,使得该困难得以解决,而且在加工龈沟液吸收棒的过程中,我们可以人为的按一定比例的加入肾上腺素和利多卡因的混合溶液,使其在应用中不仅可以单纯的吸收龈沟液和渗出的血液并且可以释放一定量的利多卡因和肾上腺素,使牙龈从根源上减少分泌龈沟液及血液。

Claims (2)
1. 任何以可吸水性树脂为材料进行龈沟液吸收的用途,都需要被保护,因为可吸水性树脂为一个大的范围,其中包括很多类型,而很多类型都可以制作成此材料进行应用。
2.本发明可以做成大小,长短,形状不同的形态,比如扁长形、圆形、扇形、棒形、梯形、上圆下扁形等等,无论形状是什么,凡是应用于吸收龈沟液和血液的都在被保护范围内。
