Abstract

本发明提供了一种电机用柱轴承装配结构,本发明利用滑动轴承的原理,设计出一种既可以消除电机定、转子铁心中心不冲齐的装配缺陷,又能增大轴承承载能力的全新柱轴承装配结构,其特点是每台电机两端分别采用一个柱轴承,轴承内套与轴承内、外盖之间在轴向分别留有一定的游动间隙d,便于找出电机定子铁心的装配的轴向偏差,调整定子铁心的轴向位置,使电机定、转子铁心中心冲齐,避免了定、转子铁心不冲齐引起的轴承发热。并在轴承外盖上加装了温度传感器。本发明的有益效果是:增大了双轴承电机轴承的承载能力,降低了电机成本,由于加装了温度传感器,防止了轴承烧毁故障的发生。

一种柱轴承装配结构
技术领域
本发明涉及一种电机轴承装配结构,尤其是一种承载能力大,既可以在电机两端同时使用,又可以防止轴承烧坏的柱轴承装配结构,属于机械设计领域。
背景技术
大中型高压电机轴承装配结构目前主要分为双轴承结构和三轴承结构,双轴承结构就是电机两端分别采用一个球轴承和一个柱轴承,或者两端都采用球轴承(两极电机);三轴承结构就是当轴承的承载较大时,电机的非轴伸端采用一个柱轴承,轴伸端采用一个柱轴承加一个球轴承的结构。
电机装配时难免出现定、转子铁心中心不冲齐的现象,这样就会造成电机运行时在轴承内、外圈之间产生一个轴向的拉力。由于球轴承的承载能力较低,双轴承结构利用球轴承轴向定位功能解决了轴向拉力的问题,却无法满足大承载的需要;三轴承结构解决了轴向拉力的问题和承载能力增大的问题,却存在所使用的轴承个数增加,成本提高的问题。
发明内容
本发明要解决的问题是:利用了滑动轴承的原理,设计出一种既可以检测到并且能够消除电机定、转子铁心中心不冲齐的装配缺陷,又能增大轴承承载能力的全新柱轴承装配结构,其特点是电机两端分别采用一个柱轴承,轴承内套与轴承内、外盖之间在轴向留有一定的游动间隙d,并在轴承外盖上加装了温度传感器。
本发明的有益效果是:消除电机定转子铁心中心不冲齐而产生的装配缺陷,增大了轴承承载能力,降低了电机成本,由于加装了温度传感器,防止了轴承烧毁故障的发生。

(二)具体实施方式
如附图所示,本发明柱轴承装配结构的一种具体实施例,包括轴承内盖(1),轴承套(2),轴承外圈(3),轴承内圈(4),温度传感器(5),轴承外盖(6),挡油环(7)。
轴承外圈(3)的径向位置和轴向位置分别被轴承套(2)和轴承内盖(1)、轴承外盖(6)固定住,轴承内圈(4)是套在电机大轴上的,由于柱轴承的内、外圈之间可以轴向移动,挡油环(7)与轴承内圈(4)是紧靠在一起的,在挡油环(7)与轴承外盖(6)之间和轴承内盖(1)与轴承内圈(4)之间都要留出一定的间隙d,这样,轴承内、外圈之间产生了一个轴向可移动空间。电机两端都采用此种相同结构的柱轴承装配结构时,转子可以在很小的范围内做轴向游动,电机运行时又可以在电磁力的作用下自动找正。通过“自动找正”可以测出装配误差并做出修正。如此,既消除因装配误差造成的定转子铁心不冲齐而产生的轴向拉力,又解决了定子的轴向定位问题,同时也消除了轴向力引起的轴承发热问题。
挡油环(7)与轴承外盖(6)之间相对的表面和轴承内盖(1)与轴承内圈(4)相对的表面要求非常光滑。
由于柱轴承的承载能力比球轴承要大,电机两端都采用此装配结构的柱轴承比一端用球轴承另一端用柱轴承的承载力大大提高,和三轴承结构相比,减少了一个球轴承;大大降低成本,提高了运行可靠性。
造成轴承烧坏的原因很多,避免轴承烧坏的办法却只有一个,就是在轴承周围合适的地方加装温度传感器,如Pt100铂热电阻测温元件。随时将轴承温度远传至控制柜,一旦温度升高到限制温度,马上断电停机,在轴承烧毁之前,查明原因,排除故障后,重新启动电机。

1.一种柱轴承装配结构,包括轴承内盖(1),轴承套(2),轴承外圈(3),轴承内圈(4),温度传感器(5),轴承外盖(6),挡油环(7),其特征是:该新型柱轴承装配结构可以同时用在一台电机的两端。
2.根据权利要求1所述的柱轴承装配结构,其特征是:挡油环(7)与轴承内圈(4)是紧靠在一起的,在挡油环(7)与轴承外盖(6)之间和轴承内盖(1)与轴承内圈(4)之间都要留出一定的间隙d。
3.根据权利要求1所述的柱轴承装配结构,其特征是:在挡油环(7)与轴承外盖(6)之间相对的表面和轴承内盖(1)与轴承内圈(4)相对的表面要求非常光滑。
4.根据权利要求1所述的柱轴承装配结构,其特征是:轴承套(2)中装有温度传感器(5)。
