本发明涉及一种治疗尿路结石类疾病的医疗器械-WX硬性内镜钳,用于治疗儿童输尿管结石患者,把取石钳加工成直径1.0MM左右,可以在4/6.5FR小儿输尿管镜下直接将结石取出,缩短手术取石时间,减少感染和损伤输尿管的机率。该产品外表面光滑、圆整,杆部平直,不得有锋棱、毛刺、裂纹等缺陷;钳头开闭应轻松灵活,无阻力、无重感、没有卡塞现象;钳头的钳瓣硬度值(400~530)HV0.2;钳头表面的粗糙度参数Ra应不大于0.2μm;钳头、管身、手柄由符合GB/T1220-2007《不锈钢棒》的材料制成,材料应满足生物相容性的要求。

一种WX型硬性内镜钳
技术领域:
本发明涉及一种治疗尿路结石类疾病的医疗器械。 
背景技术:
精囊镜微创技术是治疗血精、无精、不育症等男性疑难疾病的国际最新医学成果。精囊镜可通过射精管进入精囊,循正常的精道解剖途径逆行依次检查精囊和射精管,发现病变可同时腔镜下处理。如为结石,可在精囊镜下用取石钳把结石取出,具有操作方便,观察直接,效果肯定等特点,成为诊断、治疗的新武器。 
输尿管镜下碎石术在成人泌尿外科已经是非常成熟的微创手术。临床上大都用钬激光或气压弹道碎石,目前国内这项技术在儿童输尿管结石患者中的应用极少,其主要原因是因为儿童患者的泌尿系管腔系统极为细小,肾脏、输尿管组织非常脆弱,且儿童的体质较弱,代谢性疾病发生率高,对手术的耐受力差,施行这类手术对于患儿和泌尿外科医生来说风险很高,直径小于1cm且外形较圆滑的结石常有自行排出的可能,直径大于1cm或者外形欠圆整的结石则往往易滞留于输尿管中引起肾积水,甚至影响肾功能。因此,这类输尿管结石必须通过各种方法予以清除。 
发明内容:
为解决尿结石患儿在治疗过程中存在的上述各种问题,本发明借鉴成人输尿管镜取石钳的原理,把取石钳加工成直径1.0MM,可以在4/6.5FR小儿输尿管镜下直接把结石取出,缩短手术取石时间,减少感染和损伤输尿管的机率。 
由于内窥镜钳道的尺寸不同,为与其相匹配,可选择不同尺寸的硬性内镜钳。具体优选的尺寸见下表(单位:mm):

为精准、快速、便捷地取出身体中的异物或组织,内镜钳的钳口分别设计制造为塘鹅嘴形(GZ)、鳄口形(GH)、鼠齿鳄口形(GK)、口杯形(GI)等钳头形状。 
同时产品外表面应光滑、圆整,杆部应平直,不得有锋棱、毛刺、裂纹等缺陷;钳头开闭应轻松灵活,无阻力、无重感、没有卡塞现象;钳头的钳瓣硬度值(400~530)HV0.2;钳头表面的粗糙度参数Ra应不大于0.2μm;钳头、管身、手柄由符合GB/T1220-2007《不锈钢棒》的材料制成,且材料均满足生物相容性的要求。

具体实施方式:
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的描述。 
在硬性内窥镜监视下,内镜钳通过内窥镜钳道进入人体、钳头靠近异物或组织处,操作手柄(张开钳口),调整内镜钳钳口方向,夹持住异物或组织,连同硬性内窥镜一起退出人体腔道,松开手柄,取出异物或组织。 

Claims (6)

1.一种HMM型硬性内镜钳,由钳头(1)、管身(2)和手柄(3)组成,钳头(1)、管身(2)和手柄(3)线性连接,其特征在于钳头的钳瓣硬度值(400~530)HV0.2
2.如权利要求1所述的WX型硬性内镜钳,其特征在于:钳头(1)表面的粗糙度参数Ra应不大于0.2μm。
3.如权利要求1所述的WX型硬性内镜钳,其特征在于:钳头部外径尺寸在1.0mm至4.6mm之间。
4.如权利要求1所述的WX型硬性内镜钳,其特征在于:钳子的有效长度在210mm至960mm之间。
5.如权利要求1所述的HMM型硬性内镜钳,其特征在于:钳口为塘鹅嘴形、鳄口形、鼠齿鳄口形或口杯形。
6.如权利要求1所述的WX型硬性内镜钳,其特征在于:钳头(1)、管身(2)、手柄(3)由符合GB/T1220-2007《不锈钢棒》的材料制成,且满足生物相容性的要求。
