相应地,通常的手动焊接挤压机具有典型的“钻机形式”,其带有在旁侧突出于钻机纵轴的钻机把手和在旁侧突出于附加设备的壳体的挟持把柄。在焊接位置较窄,因而难以够到的情况下,所述钻机把手和挟持把柄妨碍对焊接挤压机的操作。此外不利的是,这种手动焊接挤压机比较重,这使得使用者持久地疲劳。因而通常希望能使用一种重量轻且占据空间小的手动焊接挤压机。
这种挤压焊接装置由DE 299 15 768 U1已知。就其所提出的装置而言,塑化蜗杆单元、热空气产生装置以及用于驱动挤压机蜗杆的驱动电动机设置在一个共同的壳体中,其中设置有外部的、准静止的调节单元,该调节单元用于调节塑化蜗杆单元的加热机构和热空气产生装置的加热机构,以及用于调节驱动电动机的转速。调节单元通过柔性的供应线可拆下地与手动焊接挤压机连接。被具有电的液压泵的液压机组驱动的集成的流体电机(Fluidmotor)表现出不利的结果,因为液压机组很重,且需要自己的繁琐的调节机构。
基于该现有技术,本发明的目的在于,提出一种手动焊接挤压机,其形状狭长,重量较轻,且具有电的驱动机构。
根据本发明,该目的通过具有权利要求1的特征的手动焊接挤压机得以实现。其它有利的实施方式可由从属权利要求得到。
本发明的手动焊接挤压机具有杆状的壳体,该壳体具有前面的焊接区段和沿着纵向与该焊接区段邻接的挟持把柄。在杆状的壳体内,在焊接区段中设置有塑化蜗杆单元以及热空气产生装置,且在挟持把柄中设置有电动机。电动机通过传动机构与挤压机蜗杆的轴连接,其中传动机构可以设置在手动焊接挤压机的杆状壳体的挟持把柄和/或焊接区段中。
根据手动焊接挤压机的一种优选的实施方式,传动机构设置在挟持把柄中,从而传动机构远离热空气产生装置的加热机构和/或远离塑化蜗杆单元,由此减少它们所施加的热量。此外,传动机构可以与电动机一起按照已知的方式通过空气流被冷却。
有利的是,杆状壳体的前面的焊接区段和后面的挟持把柄基本为圆柱形。由此实现手动焊接挤压机的狭长的形状,从而在空间狭小时也能使用该手动焊接挤压机。其它优点是,由此提供了一种形状简单且在人机工程学方面有利的挟持把柄,其直径基本上决定于电动机的结构形状。管状的焊接区段的圆柱形形状还能实现与热空气产生装置同心地、进而节省空间地将塑化蜗杆单元设置在所述焊接区段中。在此,热空气产生装置可以设置在塑化蜗杆单元的附近,或者可以在外部完全地或部分地同心地包夹塑化蜗杆单元。
塑化蜗杆单元和热空气产生装置通常具有不同的工作温度,其中塑化蜗杆单元的温度明显在热空气产生装置的温度以下被调节。已表明有益的是,塑化蜗杆单元和热空气产生装置彼此热解耦,以便在很大程度上避免相互的温度影响。由此它们的温度可通过相应的加热机构彼此独立地来调节。为了实现热解耦,在塑化蜗杆单元和热空气产生装置之间或者可以设置空气隙,或者可以设置另一种绝缘材料。在设置空气隙的情况下,冷的空气流流经空气隙,由此改善绝缘效果。
由于温度较高,在焊接挤压机的焊接区段会产生燃烧危险。因此有利的是,在杆状的壳体上设置冷的保护管,该保护管在很大程度上包夹焊接区段。保护管通过冷空气流被冷却,所述冷空气流流经在焊接区段的热的壳体与保护管之间的环形间隙。空气流沿着环形间隙的方向从挟持把柄排出。用于冷却保护管的空气流可以从用于热空气产生装置的冷空气分出。为了冷却,也可以使用流经传动机构和电动机的空气。
根据本发明的一种优选的实施方式,手动焊接挤压机具有移动的焊接单元和准静止的供应单元,它们彼此分开地设置,且通过柔性的连接线相互连接或可连接。这些柔性的连接线可以包括电的供应线和信号线以及软管线。供应单元本身与焊接单元一样可移动,其中焊接单元可以独立于供应单元移动。因此对于焊接过程来说,供应单元可以位置固定地即准静止地工作。该措施基于如下构思:尽可能地减小手动焊接挤压机的重量和体积,其方式为,手动焊接挤压机的所有不直接参与焊接过程的组件以及对于操作并非直接必需的操作部件都彼此分开,同时形成供应和焊接单元。
用于手动焊接挤压机的准静止的供应单元位置固定,且可以通过预设的连接线与已有的电压源和压缩空气源或鼓风机或相应的引线连接。为了实现舒适地操作手动焊接挤压机,这些柔性的连接线最好汇集成一个或多个线组,优选汇集成一个唯一的线组。用于有待塑化的塑料线的输送软管也可以属于线组。这些供应线可以被一个共同的套管包绕,或者被各个连接部件保持在一起。
根据一种优选的实施方式,柔性的连接线,例如用于空气输送的软管线和容纳于软管线中的电的连接线,通过可转动的耦联机构与焊接单元和/或供应单元连接。这引起焊接单元可相对于供应单元沿着圆周方向容易地转动,而不会使得连接线螺旋状地缠绕,也不会特别是在够不到的位置进行焊接工作时难以引导焊接单元。
优选地,本发明的手动焊接挤压机的供应单元具有控制和/或调节装置,其用于实现对塑化蜗杆单元和/或热空气产生装置和/或电动机的供应,其中用于在焊接单元与供应单元之间的连接线的接头在杆状的壳体上设置在焊接单元的挟持把柄的延长部分中。由此进一步突出了焊接单元的狭长的圆柱形状,从而手动焊接挤压机特别适用于在狭窄的因而难以够到的焊接位置进行挤压焊接。
在本发明的手动焊接挤压机的一种实施方式中,供应单元具有调节部件和/或显示部件,其用于确定或显示电动机转速和/或塑化的塑料条的温度和/或热空气的温度和/或热空气产生装置的输送空气的温度。这些调节部件和显示部件优选是数字化设计的,以便能实现精确的调节和读数,其中不排除模拟化的实施方式。
调节部件能够实现无误地调节手动焊接挤压机的焊接参数。除了供应单元上的调节和显示部件外,还可以在手动焊接挤压机的挟持把柄上设置其它调节和显示部件,这些其它调节和显示部件也作用于供应单元的控制和/或调节装置。这些其它调节和显示部件可以附加于所述调节和/或显示部件设置,进而可以平行于所述调节和/或显示部件设置。因而使用者可以在手动焊接挤压机工作期间直接控制和/或略微改变对于焊接过程重要的参数,而无需中断焊接过程。
根据手动焊接挤压机的一种有利的实施方式,挟持把柄优选在后端具有至少一个用于空气供应和/或能量供应的接头以及至少一个用于电动机和/或手动焊接挤压机的加热机构的操作部件,所述操作部件可以构造成开关或调节器。利用直接设置在把手上的操作部件,可以实现暂时中断和继续进行利用手动焊接挤压机的焊接过程。另外还可以在把手上设置用于集成到杆状的壳体中的调节传感器以及用于塑料线引线的接头。
作为塑化蜗杆单元的驱动机构,设置有具有电动机的电子驱动单元,所述电动机的转速可控制。这一方面可以实现较小的结构,且体积-功率比较好,另一方面可以实现可调节的、基本恒定的转矩,其中电动机适合于在高温下持久地工作。
下面借助两个在附图中示出的实施例来详细说明本发明。本发明的其它特征可由后面对实施例的说明结合权利要求书和附图得到。本发明的各个特征可以单独地或者多个一起地在本发明的不同的实施方式中实现。图中示出:
图1为第一本发明的具有刚性的耦联接头的手动焊接挤压机的立体图;
图2为图1的手动焊接挤压机的焊接单元的剖视图;
图3为图1的手动焊接挤压机的焊接单元的前面的焊接区段的局部放大剖视图;和
图4为第二本发明的具有可转动的耦联接头的手动焊接挤压机的立体图。
图1示出本发明的手动焊接挤压机1,其具有与焊接单元2分离的供应单元3,其中焊接单元2和供应单元3通过柔性的连接线4、5可拆下地相互连接。连接线4给焊接单元2供应以电能,连接线5给焊接单元2输送压缩的冷空气。焊接单元2具有杆状的、基本圆柱形的壳体6,该壳体具有前面的焊接区段7和后面的挟持把柄8。附加地还可以设置有在旁侧突出于壳体6的把手,如由其它设备已知。
在焊接区段7的前端设置有用于排出热空气的前向喷嘴9以及具有排出喷嘴11的焊接靴10,该排出喷嘴用于在该图中未示出的塑化的塑料条。此外在挟持把柄8的指配于供应单元3的后端设置有用于供应线4、5的接头14、15。供应单元3也具有相应的接头14、15。焊接单元2还具有包夹焊接区段7的冷却的保护管34,该保护管通过所输送的冷空气被冷却,所述冷空气沿着纵向穿流位于其间的空气隙35。
通过供应单元3给焊接单元2输送电流和冷空气。为此,供应单元3可以通过电的连接线缆16和空气连接软管17与图中未示出的电压源连接,且与压缩空气源或用于冷空气的鼓风机连接。从压缩空气源排出的冷空气通过节流阀18引入到焊接单元2中。节流阀18用于调节经由焊接单元2的空气流量,其方式为,可改变供气的高压。此外,供应单元3具有用于所供给的电网电压的电的启闭开关19。
图2为焊接单元2的剖视图。在挟持把柄8中设置有电动机20和传动机构21。电动机20通过传动机构21与挤压机蜗杆23的轴22连接,该挤压机蜗杆是塑化蜗杆单元24的一部分。塑化蜗杆单元24利用螺旋形加热机构25被加热。在焊接过程中,塑料线26被引入到塑化蜗杆单元24中,在那里被塑化,且在焊接靴10处经由排出喷嘴11从挤压机蜗杆23压出。
圆柱形的焊接区段7也具有用于产生热空气的热空气产生装置27,该热空气产生装置27带有加热部件28。热空气产生装置27从外部被供应以压缩的冷空气,所述冷空气由供应单元3通过节流阀18被供给。冷空气经由空气接头13进入到壳体2的挟持把柄8中,接下来为了冷却电动机20和传动机构21而经过它们,直至到达焊接区段7。在焊接区段7中,一部分压缩冷空气进入到热空气产生装置27中,在那里,这部分压缩冷空气被加热部件28加热,并在预热喷嘴9处作为热空气流被排出。另一部分压缩冷空气则进入到上述空气隙35中,用于冷却保护管34。
在用于冷空气的压缩空气接头13附近,且在用于给螺旋形加热机构25、加热部件28和电动机20供应能量的电接头12附近,设置有开关/调节器29,该开关/调节器29作为操作部件用于接通和切断电动机20,且用于电动机20的转速调节。另外,在挟持把柄8中还设置有电子电路30,该电子电路监视或调节焊接单元2的正常功能。如由图3可见,塑化蜗杆单元24以及热空气产生装置27通过空气隙38彼此热解耦。由此可以在很大程度上相互独立地调节塑化蜗杆单元24的加热机构25、28的温度以及热空气产生装置27的温度。而且在很大程度上避免了在切断手动焊接挤压机1之后由于热空气产生装置27而影响塑化蜗杆单元24的温度。
图1中所示的供应单元3在方形的壳体31中具有图中看不到的控制/调节装置,该控制/调节装置用于控制/调节塑化的塑料条的温度和所产生的热空气的温度以及用于控制/调节塑料条的输送量。为此,在焊接单元2的壳体6中装有相应的传感器,这些传感器在图中看不到。为了调节给定值,在壳体31上设置有调节部件32,这些调节部件32用于确定电动机20的转速,且用于确定塑化蜗杆单元24的加热机构25、28的温度以及热空气产生装置27的温度。调节部件32可以与壳体31的相应的显示部件33耦联。
图4中所示的本发明的手动焊接挤压机1相比于图1中所示的手动焊接挤压机1的主要区别在于,伸至图4中未示出的供应单元3的柔性的连接线4、5被构造成柔性的线组36。电的连接线4位于用于供应外界空气的连接线5中。线组36带有作为套管的软管线5,该线组36通过可转动的耦联机构37可转动地与焊接单元2的挟持把柄8连接。根据第一实施例,线组36的指配于供应单元3的、图中未示出的端部可以具有彼此分开的空气接头和电接头14、15,或者具有一个共同的接头,在该共同的接头中,接头14、15优选相互同轴地设置。

Claims (11)

1.一种手动焊接挤压机(1),用于通过塑化的塑料条来焊接热塑性的塑料材料,具有塑化蜗杆单元(24)和热空气产生装置(27),所述塑化蜗杆单元通过传动机构(21)与驱动电动机(20)连接,所述热空气产生装置带有外部的空气供应机构,其中所述塑化蜗杆单元(24)、所述传动机构(21)、所述驱动电动机(20)以及所述热空气产生装置(27)设置在一个共同的壳体(6)中,其特征在于:杆状的壳体(6),该杆状的壳体具有前面的焊接区段(7)和沿着纵向与该焊接区段邻接的挟持把柄(8);热空气产生装置(27),该热空气产生装置与所述塑化蜗杆单元(24)共同地设置在所述焊接区段(7)中;和设置在所述挟持把柄(8)中的电动机(20)。
2.如权利要求1所述的手动焊接挤压机,其特征在于:所述传动机构(21)设置在所述挟持把柄(8)中。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的手动焊接挤压机,其特征在于:所述杆状的壳体(6)的前面的焊接区段(7)和后面的挟持把柄(8)基本为圆柱形。
4.如权利要求3所述的手动焊接挤压机,其特征在于:所述塑化蜗杆单元(24)和所述热空气产生装置(27)优选通过设置在它们之间的空气隙(38)彼此热解耦。
5.如前述权利要求中任一项所述的手动焊接挤压机,其特征在于:在所述焊接区段(7)上包夹地设置有冷却的保护管(34)。
6.如前述权利要求中任一项所述的手动焊接挤压机,其特征在于:所述手动焊接挤压机(1)具有移动的焊接单元(2)和准静止的供应单元(3),所述焊接单元和所述供应单元彼此远离地设置,且通过柔性的连接线(4、5)相互连接或可连接。
7.如权利要求6所述的手动焊接挤压机,其特征在于:所述供应单元(3)具有控制和/或调节装置,这些控制和/或调节装置用于实现对所述塑化蜗杆单元(24)和/或所述热空气产生装置(27)和/或所述电动机(20)的供应,其中在所述杆状的壳体(6)上,在所述焊接单元(2)的挟持把柄(8)的延长部分中设置有用于所述连接线(4、5)的接头(12、13)。
8.如前述权利要求中任一项所述的手动焊接挤压机,其特征在于:所述连接线(4、5)汇集成一个或多个线组(36),优选汇集成一个唯一的线组(36)。
9.如权利要求6至8中任一项所述的手动焊接挤压机,其特征在于:所述柔性的连接线(4、5)通过可转动的耦联机构(37)与所述焊接单元(2)和/或所述供应单元(3)连接。
10.如权利要求6或7所述的手动焊接挤压机,其特征在于:所述供应单元(3)具有优选数字化设计的调节部件(32)和/或显示部件(33),所述调节部件和/或显示部件用于确定和/或显示所述电动机(20)的转速和/或塑化的塑料条的温度和/或热空气的温度和/或所述热空气产生装置(27)的输送空气的温度。
11.如前述权利要求中任一项所述的手动焊接挤压机,其特征在于:所述挟持把柄(8)具有至少一个用于空气供应和/或能量供应的接头(12、13)以及至少一个用于所述电动机(20)或用于所述手动焊接挤压机(1)的加热机构(25、28)的操作部件(29)。
