Abstract

一种电子装置,其包括壳体组件、卡合结构及装设于该壳体组件上的显示屏,该壳体组件包括底壳、装设于该底壳上的加强框及固定装设于该加强框上的磁性件。该卡合结构包括磁性吸附件、卡合柱及卡合弹片,该磁性吸附件固定装设于背向该显示屏的一面,并与该装设于加强框上的磁性件抵靠及吸附于一起。该卡合柱固定装设于该磁性吸附件上,该卡合弹片固定装设于加强框上,并与该卡合柱相卡合,从而将该显示屏固设于该加强框上,加强框包括承载部及由承载部周缘垂直弯折延伸形成的固定部,卡合弹片包括固定装设于固定部上的基部及由基部的一端弯折延伸形成的装设部,装设部上背离固定部的表面上装设有磁铁。该电子装置具有使用寿命较长的优点。

电子装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种电子装置,尤其涉及一种具有用于固定显示屏的卡合结构的电子装置。
背景技术
为获得较好的质感,近年来电子装置多采用金属壳体组件。为了减轻电子装置的重量及提高电子装置的美观度,其金属壳体组件越来越轻薄。金属壳体组件的轻薄化大大降低了金属壳体组件的整体结构强度,从而导致电子装置的抗摔性能降低。为增强金属壳体组件的结构强度,现有电子装置的金属壳体组件包括底壳及与底壳固定连接的加强框,显示屏通过胶水与金属壳体组件的加强框固接。由于胶水有挥发性且易老化,长时间使用后,固化的胶水易翘起,从而使显示屏从壳体组件上脱落,严重影响了电子装置的整体使用寿命。
发明内容
鉴于上述状况,有必要提供一种使用寿命较长的电子装置。
一种电子装置,其包括壳体组件及装设于该壳体组件上的显示屏,该壳体组件包括底壳及装设于该底壳上的加强框,该显示屏装设于该加强框上。该壳体组件还包括磁性件,该磁性件固定装设于该加强框上。该电子装置还包括卡合结构,该卡合结构包括磁性吸附件、卡合柱及卡合弹片,该磁性吸附件固定装设于背向该显示屏的一面,并与该装设于加强框上的磁性件抵靠及吸附于一起。该卡合柱固定装设于该磁性吸附件上,该卡合弹片固定装设于加强框上,并与该卡合柱相卡合,从而将该显示屏固设于该加强框上,该加强框包括承载部及由该承载部周缘垂直弯折延伸形成的固定部,该卡合弹片包括固定装设于该固定部上的基部及由该基部的一端弯折延伸形成的装设部,该装设部上背离该固定部的表面上装设有磁铁。
在本发明实施方式中,电子装置采用的显示屏通过卡合结构装设于壳体组件上,卡合结构的磁性吸附件的一侧与显示屏相固接,相对的另一侧与壳体组件的加强框相磁吸,从而显示屏稳固地吸附并抵靠于加强框上。另外,装设于磁性吸附件上的卡合柱和装设于加强框上的卡合弹片相卡合,以增强显示屏和壳体组件之间的结合力,进一步延长了电子装置的使用寿命。

如下具体实施方式将结合上述附图进一步说明本发明。
具体实施方式
请参阅图1及图2,电子装置100包括壳体组件10、卡合结构50以及显示屏70,显示屏70通过卡合结构50固定装设于壳体组件10上。本发明的电子装置100可为触摸式电脑、手机、MP3、PDA、数码相框、液晶显示器等。在本实施方式中,以液晶显示器为例进行说明。
壳体组件10包括底壳11、加强框13及若干个磁性件15,加强框13固定装设于底壳11上,若干个磁性件15绕加强框13周缘方向相互间隔地固定装设于加强框13上。本实施方式中,底壳11及加强框13采用冲压成型方式形成。
底壳11包括底板111及由底板111周缘延伸弯折形成的周壁113。本实施方式中,底壳11的截面为U形状,底板111大致为矩形板状。可以理解,底板111也可以为其它形状。周壁113与底板111相接位置处呈圆弧形状结构,以增加电子装置100的美观度。周壁113大致为矩形环状,其与周壁113及底板111共同形成一个收容空间117,用于收纳各种功能模组(图未示)。底壳11的材料为金属,如铝合金、镁合金、钛合金或不锈钢等。
请同时参阅图3至图5,加强框13固定装设于底壳11上并与底壳11的周壁113相抵接。加强框13包括承载部131及由承载部131周缘垂直弯折延伸形成的固定部133。承载部131呈中空矩形框状,用以承载显示屏70。承载部131上绕其周缘间隔开设有若干个安装槽1311及卡合孔1317。本实施方式中,卡合孔1317数量为至少一个,其邻近其中一个安装槽1311设置。固定部133呈环形壁状,其外形尺寸与底壳11的周壁113相当,以与底壳11的周壁113相抵接并固定装设于一起。本实施方式中,固定部133通过焊接方式固定装设于周壁113上。
若干个磁性件15绕承载部131周缘方向分别固定装设并容置于承载部131的安装槽1311内,用于磁性吸附卡合结构50。本实施方式中,磁性件15为磁铁。
请一并参阅图4、图6及图7,卡合结构50包括磁性吸附件51、卡合柱53及至少一个卡合弹片55。
磁性吸附件51固定装设于显示屏70背面的周缘,并与装设于加强框13的承载部131上的磁性件15稳固地抵靠及吸附于一起。本实施方式中,磁性吸附件51呈中空矩形环状,其外形尺寸与加强框13的承载部131的外形尺寸相当,磁性吸附件51与显示屏70通过双面胶固接于一起。磁性吸附件51上背对显示屏70一面垂直延伸弯折形成有两个卡钩5131,两个卡钩5131间隔设置,并与加强框13的承载部131相卡合。
卡合柱53固定装设于磁性吸附件51上与卡钩5131相对的位置处,并穿过卡合孔1317。卡合柱53大致中部上绕其周缘凹设有卡槽。
本实施方式中,卡合结构50进一步包括两个定位柱57,其分别相对固定装设于磁性吸附件51上与卡合柱53所在侧边垂直设置的两相对侧边的中部。定位柱57与加强框13的承载部131相铆合,用于定位磁性吸附件51。
卡合弹片55邻近卡合孔1317固定装设于加强框13的固定部133上,用以卡合磁性吸附件51。卡合弹片55包括基部551、装设部553及卡合部555。基部551固定装设于固定部133底面上。装设部553由基部551一端弯折延伸形成,其上背离固定部133且朝向卡合孔1317的表面上装设有磁铁5531。卡合部555与卡合柱53的卡槽531相卡合,其由装设部553靠近承载部131的一侧边沿朝向卡合孔1317方向垂直弯折延伸形成。
显示屏70背面周缘与磁性吸附件51相固接,并通过磁性吸附件51装设于加强框13的承载部131上,使显示屏70与底壳11的周壁113的顶部平齐,以使电子装置100美观。
组装时,首先,磁性件15固定装设于加强框13的安装槽1311内;然后,将卡合弹片55的基部551邻近卡合孔1317固定装设于固定部133上;接着,将加强框13的固定部133固定装设于底壳11的周壁113上;再接着,将磁性吸附件51固定装设于显示屏70的背面,磁性吸附件51背对显示屏70的另一面装设卡合柱53和定位柱57;最后,将磁性吸附件51装设有卡合柱53和定位柱57的一侧朝向加强框13磁吸装设于加强框13的承载部131上,并卡合柱53穿设卡合孔1317且与卡合弹片55的卡合部555相卡合。
拆卸时,将外部磁铁放置于电子装置100的显示屏70上并对应磁铁5531的位置处,磁铁5531和外部磁铁相磁吸,以使装设部553朝向加强框13的固定部133运动,从而卡合部555脱离卡槽531,进而可以拆卸电子装置100的显示屏70。
在本发明实施方式中,电子装置100采用显示屏70通过卡合结构50装设于壳体组件10上,卡合结构50的磁性吸附件51的一侧与显示屏70背面相固接,相对的另一侧与壳体组件10的加强框13相磁吸,从而显示屏70稳固地吸附并抵靠于加强框13的承载部131上。另外,凸设有磁性吸附件51上的卡钩5131与加强框13的承载部131相卡合,装设于磁性吸附件51上的卡合柱53和装设于加强框13的固定部131上的卡合弹片55相卡合,以增强显示屏70和壳体组件10之间的结合力,进一步延长了电子装置100的使用寿命。
另外,由于通过焊接方式将加强框13与底壳11固定连接形成一个具有完整外观的壳体组件10,不会影响壳体组件10外观,且电子装置100通过卡合结构50的卡合弹片55上磁铁5531和外部磁铁进行拆卸,以使电子装置100拆卸方便。
可以理解,底壳11与加强框13也可采用其它固接方式取代焊接方式固定连接,如胶粘、卡合、铆合等。
可以理解,显示屏70和卡合结构50也可采用其它固接方式取代胶粘方式固定连接,如螺接、卡合、铆合等。
可以理解,卡钩5131的数量不限于本实施方式中的两个,也可以是一个或两个以上,根据可以根据实际需要而改变。
另外,本领域技术人员还可在本发明精神内做其它变化,当然,这些依据本发明精神所做的变化,都应包含在本发明所要求保护的范围内。

Claims (8)

1.一种电子装置,其包括壳体组件及装设于该壳体组件上的显示屏,该壳体组件包括底壳及装设于该底壳上的加强框,该显示屏装设于该加强框上,其特征在于:该壳体组件还包括磁性件,该磁性件固定装设于该加强框上;该电子装置还包括卡合结构,该卡合结构包括磁性吸附件、卡合柱及卡合弹片,该磁性吸附件固定装设于该显示屏的背面,并与该装设于加强框上的磁性件抵靠及吸附于一起;该卡合柱固定装设于该磁性吸附件背向该显示屏的一面上,该卡合弹片固定装设于加强框上,并与该卡合柱相卡合,从而将该显示屏固设于该加强框上,该加强框包括承载部及由该承载部周缘垂直弯折延伸形成的固定部,该卡合弹片包括固定装设于该固定部上的基部及由该基部的一端弯折延伸形成的装设部,该装设部上背离该固定部的表面上装设有磁铁。
2.如权利要求1所述的电子装置,其特征在于:所述磁性吸附件上背对该显示屏的一面垂直延伸弯折形成有卡钩,该卡钩与该卡合柱相对设置,并与该加强框相卡合。
3.如权利要求2所述的电子装置,其特征在于:所述磁性吸附件还包括定位柱,该定位柱固定装设于该磁性吸附件上与该卡合柱所在侧边垂直设置的两相对侧边的中部,该定位柱与该加强框相铆合。
4.如权利要求1所述的电子装置,其特征在于:所述加强框上开设有卡合孔;该卡合弹片还包括卡合部,该卡合部与该卡合孔邻近设置;该卡合柱上绕其周缘凹设有卡槽,该卡合柱能够穿过该卡合孔,该卡合部卡合于该卡槽。
5.如权利要求4所述的电子装置,其特征在于:该卡合孔开设于该承载部上;该装设部上靠近该承载部的一侧边沿朝向该卡合孔方向垂直弯折延伸形成有该卡合部,该磁铁装设在该装设部朝向该卡合孔的表面上。
6.如权利要求5所述的电子装置,其特征在于:所述承载部上绕其周缘间隔开设有若干个安装槽,该卡合孔与该安装槽邻近设置,该磁性件绕该承载部周缘方向分别固定装设并容置于该承载部的安装槽内。
7.如权利要求5所述的电子装置,其特征在于:所述底壳包括底板及由该底板周缘弯折延伸形成的周壁,该固定部与该周壁相抵接并固定装设于一起。
8.如权利要求7所述的电子装置,其特征在于:所述加强框的固定部与该底壳的周壁通过焊接、或胶粘、或卡合方式相抵接,以将该底壳与该加强框固定。
