Abstract

一种服务器机架,包括一长方形的机架本体及一对托架,该机架本体四角分别设有一支撑柱,每一支撑柱包括沿机架本体的长度方向延伸的侧向安装壁及沿机架本体的宽度长度方向延伸的端向安装壁,该机架本体的两端设有供服务器单元进入的开口,该对托架既可固定于对应的支撑柱的侧向安装壁之间,从而将该对托架沿机架本体的长度方向组设该机架本体以支撑该服务器单元,又可固定于对应的支撑柱的端向安装壁之间,从而将该对托架沿机架本体的宽度方向组设于该机架本体以遮挡散热气流流过该机架本体的开口。相较现有技术,由于该对托架可沿宽度长度方向组设该机架本体以遮挡散热气流,因此,本发明服务器机架无需单独设计挡风板,从而可节省材料。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种服务器机架。
背景技术
机架式服务器包括一机架及若干安装于机架中的服务器单元。该机架通常于两侧成对的设置若干托架,每一对托架用于安装一服务器单元。然而,根据使用需要,机架中有时并非装满服务器单元,而空置的位置需要装上挡风板以避免风流自空置的位置流失而影响其它服务器单元的散热效果,因此,需要单独设计挡风板。另一方面,机架中对应空置的位置的托架将被闲置,造成浪费。
发明内容
鉴于以上内容,有必要提供一节省材料的服务器机架。
一种服务器机架,包括一长方形的机架本体及一对托架,该机架本体四角分别设有一支撑柱,每一支撑柱包括沿机架本体的长度方向延伸的侧向安装壁及沿机架本体的宽度长度方向延伸的端向安装壁,该机架本体的两端设有供服务器单元进入的开口,该对托架既可固定于对应的支撑柱的侧向安装壁之间,从而将该对托架沿机架本体的长度方向组设该机架本体以支撑该服务器单元,又可固定于对应的支撑柱的端向安装壁之间,从而将该对托架沿机架本体的宽度方向组设于该机架本体以遮挡散热气流流过该机架本体的开口。
相较现有技术,由于该对托架既可沿长度方向组设该机架本体以支撑服务器单元,又可沿宽度长度方向组设该机架本体以遮挡散热气流,因此,本发明服务器机架无需单独设计挡风板,从而可节省材料。

如下具体实施方式将结合上述附图进一步说明本发明。
具体实施方式
请参阅图1,本发明机架包括一机架本体10、一对托架20及若干锁固件30。该机架本体10呈长方形并于四角分别设有一竖直的支撑柱13。该机架本体10的长度方向的两端分别设有一开口,以方便装入服务器单元800。
每一支撑柱13包括相互垂直的一侧向安装壁131及一端向安装壁132。这些侧向安装壁131沿机架本体10的长度方向设置并位于机架本体10的两侧。这些端向安装壁132沿该机架本体10的宽度方向设置并位于该机架本体10的两端。
请参阅图2,每一托架20包括一长条形的基板21及分别自该基板21的上、下侧向同一方向垂直延伸的翼板22。该基板21的两端分别设有一第一固定孔211及第二固定孔212。该两第一固定孔211位于该两第二固定孔212之间。
在本实施方式中,每一锁固件30包括一螺丝31及一抵块33。每一抵块设有一螺纹孔332。
请参阅图3及图4,当需要安装服务器单元800时,将该对托架20沿该机架本体10的长度方向放置于该机架本体10的两侧并使基板21分别贴靠这些支撑柱13的侧向安装壁131的内侧并使每一托架20的第一固定孔211分别对正对应的支撑柱13的侧向安装壁131的安装孔130;将这些锁固件30的抵块33分别抵靠于这些侧向安装壁131的外侧并使抵块33的螺纹孔332分别对正第一固定孔211;将这些螺丝31对应穿过这些第一固定孔211及与之对正的安装孔130并锁入对应的螺纹孔332。此时,该服务器单元800自机架本体10的开口装入后,其两侧面夹置于该对托架20的基板21之间,该服务器单元800的顶面及底面夹置于每一托架20的翼板22之间。
请参阅图5,当不需要安装服务器单元800时,将该对托架20沿该机架本体10的宽度方向放置于该机架本体10的两端并使基板21分别贴靠这些支撑柱13的端向安装壁132的外侧,每一托架20的第二固定孔212分别对正这些端向安装壁132的安装孔130。将这些锁固件30的抵块33分别抵靠于这些端向安装壁132的内侧并使抵块33的螺纹孔332分别对正该对托架20的第二固定孔212。将这些螺丝31对应穿过这些第二固定孔212及与之对正安装孔130并锁入对应的螺纹孔332,从而将该对托架20安装于该机架本体10的两端的开口,避免风流流失而影响散热效果。

Claims (2)

1.一种服务器机架,包括一长方形的机架本体及一对托架,该机架本体四角分别设有一支撑柱,每一支撑柱包括沿机架本体的长度方向延伸的侧向安装壁及沿机架本体的宽度方向延伸的端向安装壁,该机架本体的两端设有供服务器单元进入的开口,该对托架既可固定于对应的支撑柱的侧向安装壁之间,从而将该对托架沿机架本体的长度方向组设该机架本体以支撑该服务器单元,又可固定于对应的支撑柱的端向安装壁之间,从而将该对托架沿机架本体的宽度方向组设于该机架本体以遮挡散热气流流过该机架本体的开口,每一托架包括一长条形的基板及分别自该基板的上、下侧向同一方向垂直延伸的一翼板,该服务器单元可收容于每一托架的两翼板之间,该服务器机架还包括四锁固件,每一托架的两端被其中两锁固件固定于对应的支撑柱之间,每一基板两端分别设有一第一固定孔及第二固定孔,且该两第一固定孔位于该两第二固定孔之间,每一支撑柱的侧向安装壁及端向安装壁分别设有一安装孔,这些锁固件分别穿过该对托架的第一固定孔及对应的支撑柱的侧向安装壁的安装孔而将该对托架沿该机架本体的长度方向组设该机架本体;锁固件穿过第二固定孔锁入对应的支撑柱的端向安装壁的安装孔而将该对托架沿该机架本体的宽度方向组设于该机架本体。
2.如权利要求1所述的服务器机架,其特征在于:每一锁固件包括一螺丝及一抵块,该抵块设有一螺纹孔,该螺丝穿过该托架的第一固定孔或第二固定孔及对应的支撑柱的安装孔并锁入对应的螺纹孔。
