本发明公开一种耐蚀铝合金,该合金按重量计组成为:硅4~6%、镁3~4%、铬0.1~0.2%、钛0.2~0.4%、锰0.04~0.08%、钨0.1~0.15%、镱0.1~0.18%、镍0.02~0.03%、锌1.5~1.7%,余量为铝。本发明能显著提高铝合金的耐腐蚀性,特别是耐碱蚀,腐蚀速率由原来的0.032~0.037g/(m2·h)降至0.0005g/(m2·h)左右。

本发明属于铝合金领域,具体涉及一种耐蚀铝合金。
背景技术
铝硅合金具有良好的延展性,常用来做变形合金,但实际使用时由于铝硅共晶存在选择腐蚀现象,如何提高铝硅合金的防腐性能成为急需解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是解决现有铝硅合金耐腐蚀性差的问题,提供一种具有优异耐腐蚀的铝合金。
本发明实现上述目的所采用的技术方案如下:
一种耐蚀铝合金,按重量计组成为:硅4~6%、镁3~4%、铬0.1~0.2%、钛0.2~0.4%、锰0.04~0.08%、钨0.1~0.15%、镱0.1~0.18%、镍0.02~0.03%、锌1.5~1.7%,余量为铝。
进一步,按重量计所述碱蚀铝合金组成为:硅4%、镁3%、铬0.2%、钛0.3%、锰0.04%、钨0.1%、镱0.16%、镍0.02%、锌1.6%,余量为铝。
进一步,按重量计所述碱蚀铝合金组成为:硅5%、镁3.5%、铬0.14%、钛0.2%、锰0.05%、钨0.13%、镱0.1%、镍0.03%、锌1.7%,余量为铝。
进一步,按重量计所述碱蚀铝合金组成为:硅6%、镁4%、铬0.1%、钛0.4%、锰0.08%、钨0.15%、镱0.18%、镍0.026%、锌1.5%,余量为铝。
有益效果:采用本发明的组成,能显著提高硅铝合金的耐蚀性,耐碱蚀,腐蚀速率由原来的0.032~0.037g/(m2·h)降至0.0005g/(m2·h)左右。
具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本发明做进一步详细说明。
实施例1
按重量计将硅4%、镁3%、铬0.2%、钛0.3%、锰0.04%、钨0.1%、镱0.16%、镍0.02%、锌1.6%,余量为铝,加入到熔炼炉中,于950℃下熔炼,浇铸成型得到碱蚀铝合金。
实施例2
按重量计将硅5%、镁3.5%、铬0.14%、钛0.2%、锰0.05%、钨0.13%、镱0.1%、镍0.03%、锌1.7%,余量为铝,加入到熔炼炉中,于1000℃下熔炼,浇铸成型得到碱蚀铝合金。
实施例3
按重量计将硅6%、镁4%、铬0.1%、钛0.4%、锰0.08%、钨0.15%、镱0.18%、镍0.026%、锌1.5%,余量为铝,加入到熔炼炉中,于900℃下熔炼,浇铸成型得到碱蚀铝合金。
耐腐蚀性实验:将合金浸入腐蚀介质1%NaOH,浸渍1个月,对比实验采用具有相同硅、镁含量的Si-Mg-Al合金,结果如下:

1.一种耐碱蚀铝合金,其特征在于,所述耐碱蚀铝合金按重量计组成为:硅4~6%、镁3~4%、铬0.1~0.2%、钛0.2~0.4%、锰0.04~0.08%、钨0.1~0.15%、镱0.1~0.18%、镍0.02~0.03%、锌1.5~1.7%,余量为铝。
2.根据权利要求1所述的耐碱蚀铝合金,其特征在于,按重量计所述耐碱蚀铝合金组成为:硅4%、镁3%、铬0.2%、钛0.3%、锰0.04%、钨0.1%、镱0.16%、镍0.02%、锌1.6%,余量为铝。
3.根据权利要求1所述的耐碱蚀铝合金,其特征在于,按重量计所述耐碱蚀铝合金组成为:硅5%、镁3.5%、铬0.14%、钛0.2%、锰0.05%、钨0.13%、镱0.1%、镍0.03%、锌1.7%,余量为铝。
4.根据权利要求1所述的耐碱蚀铝合金,其特征在于,按重量计所述耐碱蚀铝合金组成为:硅6%、镁4%、铬0.1%、钛0.4%、锰0.08%、钨0.15%、镱0.18%、镍0.026%、锌1.5%,余量为铝。
