本发明公开一种高强度黄铜合金,按重量计由以下各组分组成:20~25%锌、0.7~1.0%钼、0.4~0.9%锰、0.08~0.13%锡、0.05~0.15%镍、0.06~0.13%铬、0.04~0.08%钒、0.03~0.07%铟,余量为铜。本发明的黄铜合金的抗拉强度达到1000MPa左右,导电率达到74~77%IACS,能够满足电气化、电子元件的应用要求。

技术领域
本发明属于合金材料领域,具体涉及一种高强度黄铜合金。
背景技术
普通黄铜是由铜、锌组成,具有良好的导热性和导电性,且价格相对便宜,但普通黄铜的机械强度低,使普通黄铜满足不了电气化、电子元件对高可靠、稳定性高的要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有普通黄铜强度低的问题,提供一种高强度的黄铜合金。
本发明实现上述目的所采用的技术方案如下:
一种高强度黄铜合金,按重量计由以下各组分组成:20~25%锌、0.7~1.0%钼、0.4~0.9%锰、0.08~0.13%锡、0.05~0.15%镍、0.06~0.13%铬、0.04~0.08%钒、0.03~0.07%铟,余量为铜。
进一步,按重量计由以下各组分组成:20%锌、1.0%钼、0.8%锰、0.13%锡、0.12%镍、0.06%铬、0.04%钒、0.03%铟,余量为铜。
进一步,按重量计由以下各组分组成:23%锌、0.7%钼、0.4%锰、0.10%锡、0.05%镍、0.08%铬、0.07%钒、0.05%铟,余量为铜。
进一步,按重量计由以下各组分组成:25%锌、0.9%钼、0.9%锰、0.08%锡、0.15%镍、0.13%铬、0.08%钒、0.07%铟,余量为铜。
有益效果:本发明在普通黄铜合金中添加钼、锰、锡、镍、铬、钒、铟元素,使得黄铜合金具备了高强度和高导电率,其抗拉强度达到1000MPa左右,导电率达到74~77%IACS,能够满足电气化、电子元件的应用要求。
具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本发明做进一步详细说明。
实施例1
在氩气气氛下,将铜加热到1300℃,等铜熔化后,再将锌、钼、锰、锡、镍、铬、钒、铟加入,熔炼,浇铸成型,得到的黄铜合金组成(重量计)为20%锌、1.0%钼、0.8%锰、0.13%锡、0.12%镍、0.06%铬、0.04%钒、0.03%铟,余量为铜。
实施例2
在氩气气氛下,将铜加热到1350℃,等铜熔化后,再将锌、钼、锰、锡、镍、铬、钒、铟加入,熔炼,浇铸成型,得到的黄铜合金组成(重量计)为23%锌、0.7%钼、0.4%锰、0.10%锡、0.05%镍、0.08%铬、0.07%钒、0.05%铟,余量为铜。
实施例3
在氩气气氛下,将铜加热到1400℃,等铜熔化后,再将锌、钼、锰、锡、镍、铬、钒、铟加入,熔炼,浇铸成型,得到的黄铜合金组成(重量计)为25%锌、0.9%钼、0.9%锰、0.08%锡、0.15%镍、0.13%铬、0.08%钒、0.07%铟,余量为铜。

1.一种高强度黄铜合金,其特征在于,按重量计由以下各组分组成:20~25%锌、0.7~1.0%钼、0.4~0.9%锰、0.08~0.13%锡、0.05~0.15%镍、0.06~0.13%铬、0.04~0.08%钒、0.03~0.07%铟,余量为铜。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高强度黄铜合金,其特征在于,按重量计由以下各组分组成:20%锌、1.0%钼、0.8%锰、0.13%锡、0.12%镍、0.06%铬、0.04%钒、0.03%铟,余量为铜。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高强度黄铜合金,其特征在于,按重量计由以下各组分组成:23%锌、0.7%钼、0.4%锰、0.10%锡、0.05%镍、0.08%铬、0.07%钒、0.05%铟,余量为铜。
4.根据权利要求1所述的高强度黄铜合金,其特征在于,按重量计由以下各组分组成:25%锌、0.9%钼、0.9%锰、0.08%锡、0.15%镍、0.13%铬、0.08%钒、0.07%铟,余量为铜。
