Abstract

本发明公开了一种硬包装罐，包括罐体、取物勺和罐盖；取物勺包括勺头和勺柄；罐盖包括盖板和侧壁；盖板的内壁设有向下凸出的悬挂凸台，悬挂凸台上设有沿水平方向贯穿悬挂凸台的悬挂孔和连通悬挂孔与外界的导向通道；勺柄从导向通道中进入并卡接在悬挂孔中。本发明较为清洁卫生其使用方便。

本发明属于硬包装技术领域，具体涉及一种硬包装罐。
背景技术
随着人民生活水平的日益提高，硬包装罐如奶粉罐等已经普遍性用到人们日常生活中。但是众所周知，人民用取物勺取完奶粉后，一般是将勺子放回奶粉罐中，其缺点是勺子柄部的脏污会污染奶粉；另外，当奶粉罐稍微晃动后，勺子的局部甚至整体会埋没于奶粉中，给再次使用勺子造成麻烦。
发明内容
为解决上述问题，本发明提供一种较为卫生且使用方便的硬包装罐。
实现本发明的技术方案是：一种硬包装罐，包括罐体、取物勺和罐盖；取物勺包括勺头和勺柄；罐盖包括盖板和侧壁；盖板的内壁设有向下凸出的悬挂凸台，悬挂凸台上设有沿水平方向贯穿悬挂凸台的悬挂孔和连通悬挂孔与外界的导向通道；勺柄从导向通道中进入并卡接在悬挂孔中。
上述方案中，导向通道包括沿铅垂线方向设置在悬挂凸台底部上的导向缺口、以及从导向缺口顶部沿水平方向延伸的平移滑孔；悬挂孔与平移滑孔连通并位于平移滑孔远离导向缺口的一侧端的下方。
上述方案中，悬挂孔和导向通道组合形成倒Y字型。
上述方案中，勺柄尾部设有防脱凸台。
本发明使用时，把勺柄从导向通道中进入并卡接在悬挂孔中，从而将取物勺固定在罐盖内壁上，使得取物勺不会掉落至罐体内，避免与物料接触，从而保证卫生，避免污染；当需要使用取物勺时，把取物勺从悬挂孔中移出即可，较为方便快捷。

图1至图4显示了本发明的一种具体实施方式，其中图1是本发明第一种结构的一种立体结构示意图；图2是图1所示硬包装罐中取物勺悬挂在罐盖上时的一种立体结构示意图；图3是图1所示硬包装罐中悬挂凸台的一种立体结构示意图；图4是图1所示硬包装罐中取物勺的一种剖视图。
本实施例是一种硬包装罐，见图1至图4所示，包括罐体1、取物勺2和罐盖3；取物勺包括勺头21和勺柄22；罐盖包括盖板31和侧壁32；盖板的内壁设有向下凸出的悬挂凸台4，悬挂凸台上设有沿水平方向贯穿悬挂凸台的悬挂孔41和连通悬挂孔与外界的导向通道42；勺柄从导向通道中进入并卡接在悬挂孔中。
本实施例中，导向通道包括沿铅垂线方向设置在悬挂凸台底部上的导向缺口421、以及从导向缺口顶部沿水平方向延伸的平移滑孔422；悬挂孔与平移滑孔连通并位于平移滑孔远离导向缺口的一侧端的下方。勺柄尾部设有防脱凸台221，该防脱凸台防止勺柄在悬挂孔中水平移动而掉落。
本实施例使用时，把勺柄从导向通道中进入并卡接在悬挂孔中，从而将取物勺固定在罐盖内壁上，使得取物勺不会掉落至罐体内，避免与物料接触，从而保证卫生，避免污染；当需要使用取物勺时，把取物勺从悬挂孔中移出即可，较为方便快捷。
（实施例2）
图5是本发明第二种结构中悬挂凸台的一种结构示意图，显示了本发明的第二种具体实施方式。
本实施例与实施例1基本相同，不同之处在于：见图5所示，悬挂孔和导向通道组合形成倒Y字型。
显然，本发明的上述实施例仅仅是为清楚地说明本发明所作的举例，而并非是对本发明的实施方式的限定。对于所属领域的普通技术人员来说，在上述说明的基础上还可以做出其它不同形式的变化或变动。这里无需也无法对所有的实施方式予以穷举。而这些属于本发明的实质精神所引伸出的显而易见的变化或变动仍属于本发明的保护范围。

1.一种硬包装罐，包括罐体(1)、取物勺(2)和罐盖(3)；取物勺包括勺头(21)和勺柄(22)；罐盖包括盖板(31)和侧壁(32)；其特征在于：盖板的内壁设有向下凸出的两个悬挂凸台(4)，各悬挂凸台上设有沿水平方向贯穿悬挂凸台的悬挂孔(41)和连通悬挂孔与外界的导向通道(42)；导向通道包括沿铅垂线方向设置在悬挂凸台底部上的导向缺口(421)、以及从导向缺口顶部沿水平方向延伸的平移滑孔(422)；悬挂孔与平移滑孔连通并位于平移滑孔远离导向缺口的一侧端的下方；勺柄从导向缺口中向上滑入平移滑孔(422)，再向下进入并卡接在悬挂孔中；勺柄尾部设有防脱凸台（221），该防脱凸台防止勺柄在悬挂孔中水平移动而掉落。
